When the mold is opened, the movable mold moves downwards, so that the mounting seat 7 is driven to move downwards, and when the first buckling surface 51 is contacted with the second buckling surface 21, the movable mold continues to move downwards, and the shovel machine 8 drives the core pulling to move; when the die is closed, the movable die is driven to move upwards, the shovel machine 8 is propped against the collision block 1, and then the core pulling reset is driven. When the mold needs to be disassembled, the movable mold continues to move downwards after the mold is opened, and when the second inclined surface 31 of the draw hook 3 is matched with the second inclined surface of the movable block 5, the movable block 5 is pushed to move towards the mounting hole until the first buckling surface 51 is separated from the second buckling surface 21, so that the buckling machine 2 is separated from the shovel machine 8. When the connecting device is installed, the connecting device can be connected with the shovel machine 8 only by moving the pushing movable block into the installation hole and then moving the movable die upwards until the first buckling surface 51 of the movable block 5 is higher than the second buckling surface 21. In the above embodiment, the overall height of the shovel 8 can be increased by simply increasing the distance between the first and second fastening surfaces 51 and 21.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, a step 22 is provided to extend from a side of the sear 2 adjacent to the shovel 8, and the second surface 21 is provided on an upper surface of the step 22.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, a guiding slot 23 for guiding the hook is vertically formed in the middle of the button attaching machine 2. Utilize guiding groove 23, improve the reliability and the stability that drag hook 3 and movable block 5 mutually cooperated.
