The ejection assembly 24 comprises a fixed cylinder 28, a first spring 29, a piston plate 30 and a piston column 31, the fixed cylinder 28 is mounted on the inner wall of the movable die 18 close to the hydraulic cylinder 39, one end of the piston column 31 extends into the cavity 20 in a sliding manner and is connected with the top plate 21, a limit sliding plate 27 is sleeved on the outer wall of the piston column 31, the other end of the piston column 31 extends into the fixed cylinder 28 in a sliding manner and is connected with the piston plate 30, the piston plate 30 is arranged on the inner wall of the fixed cylinder 28 in a sliding manner, and the side surface of the piston plate 30 is connected with the inner wall of the fixed cylinder 28 through the first spring 29. The problems of difficult workpiece taking of the ejection mechanism and complicated operation process exist in the multi-color injection mold.
Rectangular through holes matched with the inserting plates 36 are respectively formed in two sides of the movable die 18, fixing blocks 37 are respectively arranged on two sides, close to the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder 39, of the equipment cavity 23, fixing grooves 38 matched with the inserting plates 36 are formed in the fixing blocks 37, and the rectangular through holes and the fixing grooves 38 are located on the same plane.

The injection molding method of the multicolor injection mold comprises the following steps:
s1, adding raw materials with different colors into the storage barrel 5 respectively, then driving the screw rod 11 to rotate by starting the motor 10, so that the raw materials in the storage barrel 5 are injected into the cavity 20 of the injection molding mechanism 9 by the rotating screw rod 11 through the feeding pipe 12, the injection molding pipe 13 and the injection molding communicating pipe in sequence respectively;
s2, after the raw materials are subjected to injection molding, starting the hydraulic cylinder 39 to separate the movable mold 18 from the fixed mold 16, under the action of the elastic restoring force of the first spring 29, pushing the piston plate 30 to drive the piston rod 31 to move towards the direction close to the cavity 20, the piston rod 31 driving the top plate 21 to move along the cavity 20 in the movable mold 18, so as to eject the mold from the cavity 20 after injection molding, meanwhile, the moving piston rod 31 driving the limit slide block 26 to slide along the inner wall of the equipment cavity 23 through the limit slide plate 27, so that the positioning column 17 slides along the movable mold 18 through the positioning hole 22, then taking out the ejected mold through the gripper 7, when the injection molding is continued, contracting the hydraulic cylinder 39 is controlled to close the movable mold 18 and the fixed mold 16, meanwhile, the positioning column 17 pushing the limit slide block 26 to drive the limit slide plate 27 to move towards the direction far away from, thereby driving the top plate 21 to reset to the bottom of the cavity 20;
s3, when molds with different structures and sizes need to be produced, the pull handle 32 is pulled to drive the pull rod 33 to move, the pull rod 33 enables the insert plate 36 to be separated from the fixing groove 38 through the sliding plate 35 and to be contracted into the movable mold mounting seat 19, and therefore the movable mold 18 is taken out of the movable mold mounting seat 19 and replaced by the movable mold 18 meeting the production process indexes for injection molding production.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: raw materials with different colors are respectively added into a storage cylinder 5, then a screw rod 11 is driven to rotate by a starting motor 10, so that the raw materials in the storage cylinder 5 are respectively injected into a cavity 20 in an injection mechanism 9 for molding by the rotating screw rod 11 through a feeding pipe 12, an injection molding pipe 13 and an injection molding communicating pipe in sequence, wherein a heat preservation layer 14 plays a role in heat preservation on the raw materials, so that the raw materials have good circulation performance in the injection molding process, and the molding quality of products is improved. The method has the advantages that a new die cannot be formed after reprocessing, so that a plurality of sets of dies need to be manufactured, and the die assembly can be completed through double-color die opening, so that the problems of time and labor waste, raw material waste, repeated positioning and complex operation are solved;
after the raw materials are subjected to injection molding, the hydraulic cylinder 39 is started to separate the movable mold 18 from the fixed mold 16, under the action of the elastic restoring force of the first spring 29, the piston plate 30 is pushed to drive the piston rod 31 to move towards the direction close to the cavity 20, the piston rod 31 drives the top plate 21 to move along the cavity 20 in the movable mold 18, so that the mold after injection molding is ejected out of the cavity 20, meanwhile, the moved piston rod 31 drives the limit slider 26 to slide along the inner wall of the equipment cavity 23 through the limit sliding plate 27, so that the positioning column 17 slides along the movable mold 18 through the positioning hole 22, then, the ejected mold is taken out through the mechanical claw 7, when injection molding is continued, the hydraulic cylinder 39 is controlled to contract, the movable mold 18 and the fixed mold 16 are closed, meanwhile, the positioning column 17 pushes the limit slider 26, the limit sliding plate 27 is driven to move towards the direction far away from the cavity 20, so, therefore, the invention realizes that the ejection mechanism automatically ejects the injection-molded mold when the movable mold 18 is separated from the fixed mold 16, and the ejection mechanism automatically resets the top plate 21 to perform injection molding again when the movable mold 18 is closed with the fixed mold 16, thereby greatly improving the injection molding efficiency of the multicolor mold and solving the problems of difficult workpiece taking of the ejection mechanism and complicated operation process of the multicolor injection mold in the prior art;
when needs produce not isostructure, during the mould of size, drive pull rod 33 through pulling pull handle 32 and remove, pull rod 33 makes picture peg 36 break away from in fixed slot 38 through slide 35, and shrink to in the movable mould mount pad 19, thereby just take out movable mould 18 from the movable mould mount pad 19, change into the movable mould 18 that accords with the production technology index and carry out the production of moulding plastics, thereby solved the inconvenient dismantlement of current polychrome injection mold, when needs production not isostructure, during the mould of size, it wastes time and energy to change the mould, it is not high-efficient swift enough, work efficiency's problem has been reduced.

feed mechanism includes motor (10), hob (11), material loading pipe (12) and injection molding pipe (13), motor (10) are installed on the lateral wall of last workbin (2) keeping away from injection molding case (4), be provided with injection molding pipe (13) in injection molding case (4), be provided with hob (11) in injection molding pipe (13), hob (11) are connected with the output of motor (10), material storage cylinder (5) feed end intercommunication through material loading pipe (12) and injection molding pipe (13), the discharge end of injection molding pipe (13) is connected with the feed end of mechanism (9) of moulding plastics through moulding plastics communicating pipe, it is located the inside of communicating pipe (3) to mould plastics communicating pipe.

The multicolor injection mold according to claim 1, wherein the injection mechanism (9) comprises a fixed mold mounting seat (15), a fixed mold (16), a movable mold (18), a movable mold mounting seat (19) and a cavity (20), the fixed mold (16) is arranged on the fixed mold mounting seat (15), the movable mold (18) is arranged on the movable mold mounting seat (19) through an installation mechanism, the fixed mold mounting seat (15) and the movable mold mounting seat (19) are both of a U-shaped structure, the fixed mold mounting seat (15) is arranged on the inner wall of the injection molding box (4) close to the upper material box (2), the movable mold mounting seat (19) is slidably arranged on the inner wall of the injection molding box (4), the movable mold mounting seat (19) is connected with the output end of the hydraulic cylinder (39), the hydraulic cylinder (39) is arranged on the inner wall of the injection molding box (4) far away from the upper material box (2), and the fixed mold (16) is provided with, the discharge end of the injection molding communicating pipe penetrates through the fixed mold mounting seat (15) and is communicated with an injection molding opening in the fixed mold (16).
