Claims (5)
1. A concrete mixer comprises a supporting seat (1), a mixing tank (2) and a first driving motor (3), wherein the mixing tank (2) and the first driving motor (3) are arranged at the top of the supporting seat (1), a feeding hole (4) and a discharging hole (5) are respectively arranged at the top of the mixing tank (2) and the side surface of the mixing tank (2), the concrete mixer is characterized in that the axis of the mixing tank (2) is horizontally arranged, a first fixing part (6) and a second fixing part (7) are respectively arranged at the two ends of the mixing tank (2), the axes of the first fixing part (6) and the second fixing part (7) are respectively overlapped with the axis of the mixing tank (2), a first supporting frame (8) matched with the first fixing part (6) and a second supporting frame (9) matched with the second fixing part (7) are respectively arranged at the top of the supporting seat (1) and opposite to the two ends of the mixing tank (2), the top of the first support frame (8) is provided with a first through hole (10) matched with the first fixing part (6), the top of the second support frame (9) is provided with a second through hole (11) matched with the second fixing part (7), the first fixing part (6) can movably penetrate through the first through hole (10), the second fixing part (7) can movably penetrate through the second through hole (11), one side of the top of the support seat (1), which is opposite to the stirring barrel (2) and is provided with the second fixing part (7), is provided with a boss (12), the first driving motor (3) is arranged at the top of the boss (12), the axis of the first driving motor (3) is vertically arranged, the end face of one end of the stirring barrel (2), which is provided with the second fixing part (7), is provided with a first convex ring (13), and the first convex ring (13) and the stirring barrel (2) are coaxially arranged, the outside of first bulge loop (13) is in succession and evenly be provided with tooth (14), the output of first driving motor (3) be provided with drive gear (15) that tooth (14) match each other, the top of supporting seat (1) is provided with unable adjustment base (16), the top of unable adjustment base (16) is provided with third fixed part (17), the bottom of supporting seat (1) be provided with fourth fixed part (18) that third fixed part (17) match each other, articulated each other between fourth fixed part (18) and third fixed part (17), the both ends of relative third fixed part (17) of unable adjustment base (16) are provided with first hydro-cylinder (19) and second hydro-cylinder (20) respectively, the output of first hydro-cylinder (19) and the output of second hydro-cylinder (20) all interconnect with the bottom of supporting seat (1).

A concrete mixer according to claim 1, wherein articulated bearings are provided between the bottom of the first cylinder (19) and the top of the stationary base (16), between the output of the first cylinder (19) and the bottom of the support base (1), between the bottom of the second cylinder (20) and the top of the stationary base (16) and between the output of the second cylinder (20) and the bottom of the support base (1).
3. A concrete mixer according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the outer surfaces of the teeth (14) and the transmission gear (15) are provided with a nitride layer, the nitride layer having a thickness of 0.07 mm.
4. A concrete mixer according to claim 1, wherein the second attachment portion (7) is provided on its outer side with an eccentric mass (21) adapted to the second aperture (11), the axis of the eccentric mass (21) and the axis of the second attachment portion (7) being arranged to coincide.
5. A concrete mixer according to claim 4, wherein the eccentric mass (21) is provided with a protrusion (22) on one side, the protrusion (22) protruding outside the eccentric mass (21) to a height of no more than 10 mm.
