Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a second tank body 64 is arranged on the treatment chamber 6 below the flow guide plate 65, the second tank body 64 is communicated with the first tank body 18, the relative height of the upper end surface of the second tank body 64 is higher than that of the upper end surface of the first tank body 18, and inverted teeth for blocking impurities are arranged in the second tank body 64.
The motors in this embodiment are all three-phase asynchronous motors.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the motor is hooked on the hook 14, the adjusting rod 31 is moved towards the direction of the first clamping arm 21, the two adjusting blocks 32 on the adjusting rod 31 drive the second clamping arm 22 to move towards the direction close to the first clamping arm 21, so that the first clamping arm 21 and the second clamping arm 22 clamp and fix the motor, the spring 24 is compressed, and the adjusting rod 31 is rotated to clamp and fix the fixing rod 33 on the adjusting rod 31 with the limiting groove; then, the locking rod 34 is moved toward the adjusting rod 31, so that the locking rod 34 is locked with the second through hole of the adjusting rod 31.
The chain in the sliding track 11 drives one end of the fixed block 12, the connecting rod 13 on the fixed block 12 moves, when the first gear 17 on the connecting rod 13 is engaged with the gear teeth 16 on the limiting track 15, the connecting rod 13 rotates, and the motor on the hook 14 rotates accordingly.
The paint in the holding tank 41 is sprayed out of the first head through the first connection pipe 42 by the power pump. When the first nozzle is blocked, the first motor 51 is started, the output shaft of the first motor 51 drives the two gears to rotate, the third gear 53 meshed with the second gear 52 rotates, the third gear 53 drives the second adjusting block to rotate, the second adjusting block drives the air cylinder 43 to rotate, the first adjusting block on the air cylinder 43 rotates, the first nozzle on the first adjusting block rotates, and an operator stands on the pedal 9 to maintain the blocked first nozzle.
When the motor is painted, the blower is started to introduce the exhaust gas from the painting room 1 into the air duct 613 through the suction hood 612 and then into the treatment chamber 6 through the exhaust hood 611. The outside water enters the second connecting pipe 621, the water in the second connecting pipe 621 enters the second spray head 622, and the water sprayed by the second spray head 622 is used for spraying the waste gas; when the third motor 633 is started, the output shaft of the third motor 633 drives the fourth gear 631 to rotate, the fifth gear 632 engaged with the fourth gear 631 rotates, and the fifth gear 632 drives the second connecting pipe 621 to rotate, so as to realize the movement of the second nozzle 622.
The sprayed water falls on the guide plate 65, then drops into the second tank body 64, then enters the first tank body 18, and the wastewater in the first tank body 18 enters the water tank through the filter screen 19 and is finally discharged through the drain pipe; when the fourth motor 732 is started, the output shaft of the fourth motor 732 drives the first screw 731 to rotate, the first screw 731 drives the first slider 71 to move, the first slider 71 drives the cleaning rod 72 to move, and the brush on the cleaning rod 72 can clean the filter screen 19.
When the second motor 831 is started, the output shaft of the second motor 831 drives the second screw 832 to rotate, the second screw 832 drives the second sliding block 82 to slide in the third sliding groove 651, the second sliding block 82 drives one end of the cleaning rod 81, and the brush on the cleaning rod 81 can clean the side wall of the guide plate 65.

the connecting block (23) is provided with a first through hole communicated with the groove, the adjusting rod (31) is provided with a second through hole, and the first through hole is connected with a clamping rod (34) in a sliding manner and connected with the second through hole in a clamping manner.
