The invention provides a smoke treatment device for laser printing, which is shown in figures 1-5 and comprises a laser printer 1, wherein a smoke extraction component 2 is fixedly arranged on one side of the laser printer 1, the smoke extraction component 2 comprises an air draft fan 201, a filter cavity 202 is fixedly arranged at an air inlet of the air draft fan 201, and an air draft pipeline 203 is arranged between the filter cavity 202 and the laser printer 1.
The filter chamber 202 comprises a hollow tube 2021, two groups of filter plates 2022 are slidably mounted in the hollow tube 2021, flanges 2023 are fixedly mounted at two ends of the hollow tube 2021, the two groups of filter plates 2022 are slidably mounted in the hollow tube 2021, a spring 2024 is fixedly mounted between the two groups of filter plates 2022, the spring 2024 is arranged, the filter plates 2022 are prevented from being stressed too much in wind flow and are easy to damage after long-term use, and the spring 2024 is used for providing buffering.
The air draft pipeline 203 comprises an air chamber 2031, a notch 101 is formed in one side of the laser printer 1, the air chamber 2031 is fixedly mounted on one side of the notch 101, the air chamber 2031 is communicated with the notch 101, a first pipeline 2032, a second pipeline 2033 and a third pipeline 2034 are fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the air chamber 2031 respectively, one end of the third pipeline 2034 is fixedly connected with one end of a hollow pipe 2021, a cross 7 is fixedly mounted among the first pipeline 2032, the second pipeline 2033 and the third pipeline 2034, the cross 7 is used for connecting the first pipeline 2032, the second pipeline 2033 and the third pipeline 2034 and is communicated to the air draft fan 201 in a centralized manner, the installation is convenient, and the pipeline cleaning is easy to disassemble.
A gas outlet of the exhaust fan 201 is fixedly connected with a flue gas treatment box 3, a purification barrel 4 is fixedly arranged in the flue gas treatment box 3 at a middle position, a baffle 301 is arranged above the purification barrel 4 in the flue gas treatment box 3, the baffle 301 can be obliquely arranged in the flue gas treatment box 3 to shield the top of the purification barrel 4, and a spraying product is prevented from falling into the purification barrel 4 to influence the purification effect; a mounting pipeline 8 is fixedly mounted on one side, close to the bottom, of the flue gas treatment box 3, one end of the mounting pipeline 8 penetrates through the flue gas treatment box 3 and extends into the flue gas treatment box 3, one end, located inside the flue gas treatment box 3, of the mounting pipeline 8 is fixedly connected with the purification barrel 4 and extends into the purification barrel 4, and gas is purified by using purification liquid in the purification barrel 4; a spray assembly 5 is fixedly arranged above the purification barrel 4 in the flue gas treatment box 3, the spray assembly 5 comprises a water pump 501, a water outlet of the water pump 501 penetrates through the flue gas treatment box 3 and is fixedly connected with a spray pipe 502, the bottom of the spray pipe 502 is fixedly provided with a high-pressure spray nozzle 503, and the high-pressure spray nozzle 503 sprays gas to remove particles in the flue gas; a gas-water separator 6 is arranged above a flue gas treatment box 3, a cover plate 9 is fixedly arranged at the top of the flue gas treatment box 3, the gas-water separator 6 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the cover plate 9, a through hole 10 is formed in the cover plate 9 at the mounting position of the gas-water separator 6, an annular rail 11 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of a spray pipe 502, a cavity 12 is formed in the annular rail 11, the cavity 12 is communicated with the spray pipe 502, a water pipe 13 is fixedly arranged at a water outlet of a water pump 501, the water pipe 13 is fixedly arranged in the annular rail 11 through a bearing 14, a connecting rod 18 is fixedly arranged at the middle position of the top of the spray pipe 502, one end of the connecting rod 18, which is far away from the spray pipe 502, penetrates through the cover plate 9 and extends to the outside of the flue gas treatment box 3, a motor 19 is fixedly connected to, the spraying effect is improved.

The structure principle is as follows: a group of communicated smoke extraction assemblies 2 are arranged at a smoke outlet position on one side of a laser printer 1, the smoke extraction assemblies are communicated with an air extraction pipeline 203 through an air extraction fan 201, a filter chamber 202 is arranged on one side of the air extraction fan 201, the filter plate 2022 is used for filtering and adsorbing the adsorbed waste gas and smoke dust, and the filter plate 2023 is used for connecting, so that the smoke gas and the smoke dust are extracted in time and are convenient to clean, and various discomforts caused by the fact that workers inhale the waste gas are prevented;
