a third obtaining unit 13, where the third obtaining unit 13 is configured to obtain a first travel plan by using an information consultation interface according to the destination information and the current position information, where the information consultation interface is connected to a vehicle system, and the vehicle system is connected to a city data processing system;
a fourth obtaining unit 14, wherein the fourth obtaining unit 14 is used for obtaining weather information from the internet;
a first judging unit 15, where the first judging unit 15 is configured to judge whether the weather information satisfies a first preset condition;
a fifth obtaining unit 16, where the fifth obtaining unit 16 is configured to obtain first adjustment information when the first preset condition is not satisfied;
a first playing unit 17, where the first playing unit 17 is configured to obtain a second trip plan by the electronic device according to the first adjustment information, and play the second trip plan to the user through the blind guiding earphone.

and the second playing unit is used for playing the first trip information to the user through the blind guiding earphone.

a second judging unit, configured to judge whether the electronic device includes a history learning tag according to the first instruction information;

a twelfth obtaining unit, configured to obtain current environment information of the user;
a thirteenth obtaining unit that obtains a dangerous area in the current environmental information;
and the fifth playing unit is used for acquiring first warning information according to the dangerous area and playing the first warning information to the user through the blind guiding earphone.
Further, the apparatus further comprises: and in the process that the user travels according to the second travel scheme, the blind guiding earphone plays real-time road traveling information to the user.

Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 306 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium.
The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.

Based on the same inventive concept as the information determination method based on the blind-guiding earphone in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, realizes the following steps of obtaining destination information input by a user; obtaining the current position information of the user according to a GPS; obtaining a first travel scheme by utilizing an information consultation interface according to the destination information and the current position information, wherein the information consultation interface is connected with a vehicle system, and the vehicle system is connected with a city data processing system; obtaining weather information from the internet; judging whether the weather information meets a first preset condition or not; when the first preset condition is not met, obtaining first adjustment information; and the electronic equipment obtains a second trip scheme according to the first adjustment information, and plays the second trip scheme to the user through the blind guiding earphone.
In a specific implementation, when the program is executed by a processor, any method step in the first embodiment may be further implemented.
One or more technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application have at least one or more of the following technical effects:
the information determining method and device based on the blind guide earphone comprise the blind guide earphone and electronic equipment, wherein the blind guide earphone is in communication connection with the electronic equipment, and destination information input by a user is obtained; obtaining the current position information of the user according to a GPS; obtaining a first travel scheme by utilizing an information consultation interface according to the destination information and the current position information, wherein the information consultation interface is connected with a vehicle system, and the vehicle system is connected with a city data processing system; obtaining weather information from the internet; judging whether the weather information meets a first preset condition or not; when the first preset condition is not met, obtaining first adjustment information; the electronic equipment obtains a second trip scheme according to the first adjustment information, and plays the second trip scheme for the user through the blind guiding earphone, so that the technical effects of greatly improving the user experience feeling and guiding the blind to safely trip in severe weather are achieved, and the technical problems that in the prior art, the blind guiding equipment cannot select a trip route for the blind according to the weather environment, great inconvenience is brought to the trip of the blind, and the user experience feeling is poor are solved.

Claims (10)

1. An information determination method based on a blind-guide earphone comprises the blind-guide earphone and an electronic device, wherein the blind-guide earphone is in communication connection with the electronic device, and the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining destination information input by a user;
obtaining the current position information of the user according to a GPS;
obtaining a first travel scheme by utilizing an information consultation interface according to the destination information and the current position information, wherein the information consultation interface is connected with a vehicle system, and the vehicle system is connected with a city data processing system;
obtaining weather information from the internet according to the information consultation interface;
judging whether the weather information meets a first preset condition or not;
when the first preset condition is not met, obtaining first adjustment information;
and the electronic equipment obtains a second trip scheme according to the first adjustment information, and plays the second trip scheme to the user through the blind guiding earphone.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining first trip information according to the weather information, wherein the first trip information comprises solar irradiation intensity and dressing indexes;
and playing the first trip information to the user through the blind guiding earphone.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining first instruction information of the user;
judging whether the electronic equipment contains a history learning label or not according to the first instruction information;
and when the historical learning label is included, the electronic equipment starts a learning system according to the first instruction information, and plays learning content to the user from the position of the historical learning label.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining voice spectrum characteristics of the user;
obtaining second instruction information input into the electronic equipment by an inputter;
judging whether the second instruction information meets a second preset condition or not according to the voice spectrum characteristics of the user;
and when the current time does not meet the preset time, the electronic equipment starts an alarm system and stops the next operation.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining an electronic map and road condition information from the Internet;
judging whether the electronic map and the road condition information meet preset conditions or not;
when the third preset condition is not met, second adjustment information is obtained;
and the electronic equipment obtains a third trip scheme according to the second adjustment information, and plays the third trip scheme to the user through the blind guiding earphone.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining current environment information of the user;
obtaining a dangerous area in the current environmental information;
and first warning information is obtained according to the dangerous area, and the first warning information is played to the user through the blind guiding earphone.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the electronic device obtains a second travel scheme according to the first adjustment information and plays the second travel scheme to the user through the blind guiding earphone, the method further comprises:
and in the process that the user travels according to the second travel scheme, the blind guiding earphone plays real-time road traveling information to the user.
8. An information determination apparatus based on a blind-guiding earphone, the apparatus comprising:
a first obtaining unit configured to obtain destination information input by a user;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain current location information of the user according to a GPS positioning system;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first travel plan by using an information consultation interface according to the destination information and the current position information, where the information consultation interface is connected to a vehicle system, and the vehicle system is connected to a city data processing system;
a fourth obtaining unit configured to obtain weather information from the internet;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the weather information meets a first preset condition or not;
a fifth obtaining unit configured to obtain first adjustment information when the first preset condition is not satisfied;
and the first playing unit is used for obtaining a second trip scheme by the electronic equipment according to the first adjustment information and playing the second trip scheme to the user through the blind guiding earphone.
9. A blind-guide-earphone-based information determination apparatus comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the following steps when executing the program:
obtaining destination information input by a user;
obtaining the current position information of the user according to a GPS;
obtaining a first travel scheme by utilizing an information consultation interface according to the destination information and the current position information, wherein the information consultation interface is connected with a vehicle system, and the vehicle system is connected with a city data processing system;
obtaining weather information from the internet;
judging whether the weather information meets a first preset condition or not;
when the first preset condition is not met, obtaining first adjustment information;
and the electronic equipment obtains a second trip scheme according to the first adjustment information, and plays the second trip scheme to the user through the blind guiding earphone.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of:
obtaining destination information input by a user;
obtaining the current position information of the user according to a GPS;
obtaining a first travel scheme by utilizing an information consultation interface according to the destination information and the current position information, wherein the information consultation interface is connected with a vehicle system, and the vehicle system is connected with a city data processing system;
obtaining weather information from the internet;
judging whether the weather information meets a first preset condition or not;
when the first preset condition is not met, obtaining first adjustment information;
and the electronic equipment obtains a second trip scheme according to the first adjustment information, and plays the second trip scheme to the user through the blind guiding earphone.
