The first end 621 of the driving shaft 62 is provided with a fixing groove 66, the fixing groove 66 is clamped in the seat back 1, the first end 621 is rotatably inserted in the fixing groove 66, a through hole 11 is arranged on the opposite side of the seat back 1 to the fixing groove 66, and the second end 622 is rotatably inserted in the through hole 11. As shown in FIG. 3, preferably, the driving shaft 62 is provided at the outer side thereof with first engaging teeth 623, and the massage belt 63 is provided at the inner side thereof with second engaging teeth 631 which are engaged with the first engaging teeth 623. The first occluding teeth 623 and the second occluding teeth 631 are occluded with each other, and when the driving shaft 62 rotates clockwise, the first occluding teeth 623 occlude the second occluding teeth 631, so that the massage belt 63 is driven to rotate along with the driving shaft 62, the rotation of the massage belt 63 is realized, and the cyclic continuous top-down massage on the back of a patient is realized.

A shell 643 covers the outer side of the driving device 64, and the shell 643 is fixedly connected with the chair back 1 and the second side plate 4; a driving power source 644 is disposed in the housing 643, and the driving power source 644 is electrically connected to the driving motor 641. The housing 643 is configured to protect the second end 622, the driving motor 641, and the driving chain 642 from being exposed to the outside, thereby preventing accidental injury to the patient or other caretaker when the driving device 64 is activated. The driving power supply 644 is electrically connected with a switch button, the switch button is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the outer shell 643, when the massage needs to be started, the switch is pressed to connect the driving power supply 644, the driving power supply 644 supplies power to the driving motor 641, the driving motor 641 rotates to drive the driving shaft 62 to rotate, and the driving shaft 62 drives the massage belt 63 to rotate, so that the massage on the back of the patient is realized. The driving device 64 is electrically driven, when the back of the patient is in fatigue and tension or muscle spasm, only the power supply 644 needs to be driven, and then the back of the patient leans against the chair back 1 to massage, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the mind and the body of the patient can be relaxed and relaxed.
