Wherein, the sisal pectin is extracted by the following method: 1) pulverizing sisal hemp, soaking in ethanol solution for 12min, draining, adding deionized water 12 times of sisal hemp, stirring, mixing, boiling for 9min, and cooling to obtain mixed solution I; 2) Adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution I obtained in the step 1) to 3, heating to 70 ℃, and reacting for 25min to obtain a mixed solution II; 3) dripping glycerol into the mixed solution II obtained in the step 2), uniformly stirring, refrigerating for 2.5 hours after the stirring is finished, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain pectin crude filtrate; 4) clarifying the pectin crude filtrate obtained in the step 3) to obtain pectin clarified liquid; 5) concentrating the pectin crude filtrate obtained in the step 4) in a vacuum environment, wherein the concentration temperature is 50 ℃ until the weight of the pectin clear solution reaches 1/6 before concentration; 6) adding an ethanol solution into the pectin concentrated solution obtained in the step 5), and standing for 25min to obtain flocculent precipitate; 7) drying the flocculent precipitate obtained in the step 6) until the water content of the precipitate is not more than 10%, and crushing the precipitate to obtain the sisal hemp pectin.
Wherein the acid agent is prepared by mixing citric acid and malic acid according to the weight ratio of 1: 3.
In this embodiment, the preparation method of the sisal pectin solid beverage includes the following steps:
1) pulverizing fructus Lycii to obtain fructus Lycii granule, adding purified water into fructus Lycii granule, boiling for 8min, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
2) adding other raw materials into the filtrate obtained in the step 1), stirring for 40 minutes at the rotating speed of 500r/min, and standing for 12 minutes to obtain a mixed solution;
3) distilling the mixed liquor obtained in the step 2) to obtain solid particles;
4) crushing the solid particles obtained in the step 3), and sieving the crushed solid particles with a 120-mesh sieve to obtain the sisal hemp pectin solid beverage.
Example 4
A sisal hemp pectin solid beverage comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 22 parts of sisal hemp pectin, 3 parts of fructose, 0.3 part of stevioside, 3.5 parts of medlar, 5 parts of maltodextrin, 5.5 parts of β -cyclodextrin, 9.5 parts of xylitol, 3.5 parts of an acid agent and 28 parts of purified water.
Wherein, the sisal pectin is extracted by the following method: 1) crushing sisal hemp, soaking in an ethanol solution for 14min, draining, adding deionized water 14 times the weight of the sisal hemp, stirring and mixing uniformly, boiling for 10min, and cooling to obtain a mixed solution I; 2) Adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution I obtained in the step 1) to 4, heating to 75 ℃, and reacting for 28min to obtain a mixed solution II; 3) Dripping glycerol into the mixed solution II obtained in the step 2), uniformly stirring, refrigerating for 2.7 hours after the stirring is finished, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain pectin crude filtrate; 4) clarifying the pectin crude filtrate obtained in the step 3) to obtain pectin clarified liquid; 5) concentrating the pectin crude filtrate obtained in the step 4) in a vacuum environment, wherein the concentration temperature is 55 ℃, until the weight of the pectin clear solution reaches 1/5 before concentration; 6) adding an ethanol solution into the pectin concentrated solution obtained in the step 5), and standing for 22min to obtain flocculent precipitate; 7) drying the flocculent precipitate obtained in the step 6) until the water content of the precipitate is not more than 10%, and crushing the precipitate to obtain the sisal hemp pectin.

Wherein, the sisal pectin is extracted by the following method: 1) crushing sisal hemp, soaking in an ethanol solution for 15min, draining, adding deionized water 15 times the weight of the sisal hemp, stirring and mixing uniformly, boiling for 10min, and cooling to obtain a mixed solution I; 2) Adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution I obtained in the step 1) to 4, heating to 80 ℃, and reacting for 30min to obtain a mixed solution II; 3) Dripping glycerol into the mixed solution II obtained in the step 2), uniformly stirring, refrigerating for 3 hours after the stirring is finished, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain pectin crude filtrate; 4) clarifying the pectin crude filtrate obtained in the step 3) to obtain pectin clarified liquid; 5) concentrating the pectin crude filtrate obtained in the step 4) in a vacuum environment at the concentration temperature of 60 ℃ until the weight of the pectin clear solution reaches 1/4 before concentration; 6) adding an ethanol solution into the pectin concentrated solution obtained in the step 5), and standing for 30min to obtain flocculent precipitate; 7) drying the flocculent precipitate obtained in the step 6) until the water content of the precipitate is not more than 10%, and crushing the precipitate to obtain the sisal hemp pectin.

4) crushing the solid particles obtained in the step 3), and screening the crushed solid particles through a 150-mesh screen to obtain the sisal hemp pectin solid beverage.

Compared with example 3, the method does not contain medlar, and the other steps are the same as example 3.

Compared with example 3, the method does not contain xylitol, and the other steps are the same as example 3.

Compared with example 3, the wolfberry fruit and xylitol are not contained, and the rest is the same as example 3.
The solid beverages prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested, and the test results are shown in table 1.

The results show that the solid beverage prepared by the invention has rich nutrition and good taste under the combined action of various raw materials, has the effects of clearing heat, moistening lung and relieving dyspepsia, and is suitable for drinking.

Claims (7)
1. The sisal hemp pectin solid beverage is characterized by comprising the following raw materials, by weight, 20-30 parts of sisal hemp pectin, 2-5 parts of fructose, 0.2-0.5 part of stevioside, 3-5 parts of wolfberry, 3-6 parts of maltodextrin, β -4-6 parts of cyclodextrin, 8-10 parts of xylitol, 2-4 parts of an acid agent and 20-30 parts of purified water.
2. The sisal hemp pectin solid beverage according to claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 22-28 parts of sisal hemp pectin, 3-4 parts of fructose, 0.3-0.4 part of stevioside, 3.5-4.5 parts of medlar, 4-5 parts of maltodextrin, 4.5-5.5 parts of β -cyclodextrin, 8.5-9.5 parts of xylitol, 2.5-3.5 parts of an acid agent, and 22-28 parts of purified water.
3. The sisal hemp pectin solid beverage according to claim 2, which comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 25 parts of sisal hemp pectin, 3.5 parts of fructose, 0.4 part of stevioside, 4 parts of medlar, 4.5 parts of maltodextrin, 5 parts of β -cyclodextrin, 9 parts of xylitol, 3 parts of an acid agent and 25 parts of purified water.

The sisal pectin solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the sisal pectin is extracted by the following method: 1) pulverizing sisal hemp, soaking in ethanol solution for 10-15min, draining, adding deionized water 10-15 times of sisal hemp, stirring, mixing, boiling for 8-10min, and cooling to obtain mixed solution I; 2) adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution I obtained in the step 1) to 2-4, heating to 60-80 ℃, and reacting for 20-30min to obtain a mixed solution II; 3) dripping glycerol into the mixed solution II obtained in the step 2), uniformly stirring, refrigerating for 2-3h after the stirring is finished, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain pectin crude filtrate; 4) clarifying the pectin crude filtrate obtained in the step 3) to obtain pectin clarified liquid; 5) concentrating the pectin crude filtrate obtained in step 4) in vacuum at 40-60 deg.C until the weight of pectin clear solution reaches 1/8-1/4 before concentration; 6) adding an ethanol solution into the pectin concentrated solution obtained in the step 5), and standing for 20-30min to obtain flocculent precipitate; 7) drying the flocculent precipitate obtained in the step 6) until the water content of the precipitate is not more than 10%, and crushing the precipitate to obtain the sisal hemp pectin.
5. The sisal pectin solid beverage of claim 1, wherein said acid agent is a mixture of citric acid and malic acid at a weight ratio of 1: 3.
6. A method for preparing the sisal pectin solid beverage according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the steps are as follows:
1) pulverizing fructus Lycii to obtain fructus Lycii granule, adding purified water into fructus Lycii granule, boiling for 5-10min, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
2) adding other raw materials into the filtrate obtained in the step 1), stirring for 30-50min at the rotating speed of 400-600r/min, and standing for 10-15min to obtain a mixed solution;
3) distilling the mixed liquor obtained in the step 2) to obtain solid particles;
4) crushing the solid particles obtained in the step 3), and sieving the crushed solid particles with a 100-mesh and 150-mesh sieve to obtain the sisal hemp pectin solid beverage.
7. Use of a solid beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 5 in the field of food.
