本发明公开了一种高节能保温、隔音耐火的钢质门,包括门扇骨架和两个分别安装在门扇骨架前后端面的门扇面板,所述门扇骨架为矩形玻纤加强聚氨酯框体,所述门扇骨架内部位于两个所述门扇面板之间设置有填充层,所述填充层包括有防火板,所述防火板分别靠近前后门扇面板的两边表面上连接有蜂窝材料层,每个所述蜂窝材料层均由弹性蜂窝橡胶片和包裹在弹性蜂窝橡胶片外表面的蜂窝面板组成。本发明以玻纤加强聚氨酯材料制成型材做为门扇的骨架,可以保证门扇的强度,同时做为断桥配合两个背、面板之间的蜂窝材料和防火板起到保温、隔音、耐火的作用,并且借助其高效保温的作用还可起到较高的节能效果。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及钢质门的技术领域,具体为一种高节能保温、隔音耐火的钢质门。
背景技术
现有钢质门门扇,大多数采用背、面两张钢质板冷弯成形,两张面板板或者机械咬合,或者焊接、铆接。两张面板之间直接连着的形式,存在着冷桥和传声介质,无法满足更高的保温、隔音和耐火要求,因此,在面对温度差异需要保持稳定的室内环境下,同样也不能带来有效的节能效果。
发明内容
本发明主要提供了一种高节能保温、隔音耐火的钢质门,用以解决上述背景技术中提出的技术问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:
一种高节能保温、隔音耐火的钢质门,包括门扇骨架和两个分别安装在门扇骨架前后端面的门扇面板,所述门扇骨架为矩形玻纤加强聚氨酯框体,所述门扇骨架内部位于两个所述门扇面板之间设置有填充层,所述填充层包括有防火板,所述防火板分别靠近前后门扇面板的两边表面上连接有蜂窝材料层,每个所述蜂窝材料层均由弹性蜂窝橡胶片和包裹在弹性蜂窝橡胶片外表面的蜂窝面板组成,所述门扇骨架内框壁中心处安装有限位条,所述填充层内嵌于所述限位条构成的框体内,且两个所述门扇面板的内表面边缘处均与该限位条两边的侧壁相连接;
所述门扇骨架靠近后方门扇面板一侧的外周边设置有盖缝板,所述盖缝板前端面上环绕所述门扇骨架外周边设置有第一密封垫,且两个所述门扇面板侧壁的外周边均设置有第二密封垫。
优选的,所述限位条和盖缝板与所述门扇骨架均为一体无缝式连接。
优选的,两个所述门扇面板均为镀锌冷轧钢板,且两个所述门扇面板外表面均涂刷防火涂料。
优选的,两个所述门扇面板内表面上均铸焊有米字加强筋,所述米字加强筋的每个筋条截面均为直边弧形。
优选的,两个所述门扇面板上均贯穿开设有若干个安装孔,每两个为一组,每组逐一位于每个所述筋条靠近门扇面板边缘头部的两侧。
优选的,每个所述安装孔外侧开口处均设置有螺母隐藏槽,两个所述门扇面板上相对应的每两个安装孔内均穿插有六角长螺杆,所述六角长螺杆两端的杆体上分别套设有两组平垫和密封胶圈,且所述六角长螺杆远离螺帽一端杆体上螺纹连接有六角螺母,所述六角长螺杆的螺帽和六角螺母均内嵌于对应的螺母隐藏槽内。
优选的,每个所述六角长螺杆穿插两个所述门扇面板上的每两个安装孔时均贯穿所述限位条壳体并呈转动连接。
优选的,每个所述密封胶圈均为防火橡胶制成,且直径于所述螺母隐藏槽的直径相等。
优选的,所述第一密封垫和两个所述第二密封垫均为防火橡胶制成,且厚度均为1-2mm。
优选的,所述弹性蜂窝橡胶片为耐热橡胶制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
其一,本发明的钢质门利用玻纤加强聚氨酯材料的型材为骨架,两侧加装镀锌冷轧钢板制作的背、面板,内部填充蜂窝材料和防火板,构成了钢质门的门扇,玻纤加强聚氨酯材料本身具有良好的机械性能;同时材料本身达到B1级不燃,因此以玻纤加强聚氨酯材料制成型材做为门扇的骨架,可以保证门扇的强度,同时做为断桥配合两个背、面板之间的蜂窝材料和防火板起到保温、隔音、耐火的作用,并且其保温效果突出,运用在面对温度差异需要保持稳定的室内环境下,能够起到较高的节能效果;
其二,本发明的钢质门在门扇骨架靠近后方门扇面板一侧的外周边设置有盖缝板,然后在盖缝板前端面上环绕门扇骨架外周边通过第一密封垫和门框进行挤压接触,处于关闭状态下,带来较好的密封效果,并且背、面的两个门扇面板侧壁的外周边都设置了第二密封垫,在和门扇骨架进行契合连接时进一步的增强了整体钢质门的密封效果。

实施例一,请参照附图2所示,本发明的技术方案提供了一种高节能保温、隔音耐火的钢质门,包括门扇骨架1和两个分别安装在门扇骨架1前后端面的门扇面板2,所述门扇骨架1为矩形玻纤加强聚氨酯框体,两个所述门扇面板2均为镀锌冷轧钢板,且两个所述门扇面板2外表面均涂刷防火涂料,该防火涂料主要由胶结料(硅酸盐水泥、氯氧化镁或无机高温黏结剂等)、骨料(膨胀蛭石、膨胀珍珠岩、硅酸铝纤维、矿棉、岩棉等)、化学助剂(改性剂、硬化剂、防水剂等)和水组成,所述门扇骨架1内部位于两个所述门扇面板2之间设置有填充层3,所述填充层3包括有防火板31,所述防火板31分别靠近前后门扇面板2的两边表面上连接有蜂窝材料层32,两个蜂窝材料层32可使用耐热胶粘接在防火板31两边表面,每个所述蜂窝材料层32均由弹性蜂窝橡胶片32a和包裹在弹性蜂窝橡胶片32a外表面的蜂窝面板32b组成,所述弹性蜂窝橡胶片32a为耐热橡胶制成,该耐热橡胶主要为氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶,耐热温度区间为130-150度,避免在发生火灾时受热融化,所述门扇骨架1内框壁中心处安装有限位条11,所述填充层3内嵌于所述限位条11构成的框体内,且两个所述门扇面板2的内表面边缘处均与该限位条11两边的侧壁相连接;所述门扇骨架1靠近后方门扇面板2一侧的外周边设置有盖缝板12,所述限位条11和盖缝板12与所述门扇骨架1均为一体无缝式连接,保持了盖缝板12的连接强度,所述盖缝板12前端面上环绕所述门扇骨架1外周边设置有第一密封垫13,且两个所述门扇面板2侧壁的外周边均设置有第二密封垫22,所述第一密封垫13和两个所述第二密封垫22均为防火橡胶制成,且厚度均为1-2mm,该防火橡胶主要为陶瓷化防火硅橡胶,其具有非常好的防火、耐火、阻燃、低烟、无毒的性能,在正常状态下可保持较好的密封效果,而在遇到火灾燃烧后的残余物为陶瓷状硬壳,硬壳在火灾(600-1300℃)环境下不熔融,不滴落,起到坚固的保护作用。
实施例二,请参照附图2所示,两个所述门扇面板2内表面上均铸焊有米字加强筋21,所述米字加强筋21的每个筋条截面均为直边弧形,通过米字加强筋21的设计,使得每个门扇面板2强度得到提升,抗冲击能力得到加强,两个所述门扇面板2上均贯穿开设有若干个安装孔23,每两个为一组,每组逐一位于每个所述筋条靠近门扇面板2边缘头部的两侧,每个所述安装孔23外侧开口处均设置有螺母隐藏槽23a,两个所述门扇面板2上相对应的每两个安装孔23内均穿插有六角长螺杆24,所述六角长螺杆24两端的杆体上分别套设有两组平垫24a和密封胶圈24b,且所述六角长螺杆24远离螺帽一端杆体上螺纹连接有六角螺母24c,所述六角长螺杆24的螺帽和六角螺母24c均内嵌于对应的螺母隐藏槽23a内,每个所述六角长螺杆24穿插两个所述门扇面板2上的每两个安装孔23时均贯穿所述限位条11壳体并呈转动连接,两个门扇面板2通过多个六角长螺杆24和门扇骨架1内的限位条11进行贯穿的转动连接,拧动每个六角长螺杆24和对应的六角螺母24c进行紧固后,较好的保持了两个门扇面板2和门扇骨架1的稳定连接,每个所述密封胶圈24b均为防火橡胶制成,且直径于所述螺母隐藏槽23a的直径相等,该防火橡胶与第一密封垫13和两个第二密封垫22的材质一样,效果相同,进一步的加强了防火效果。
本发明的具体流程如下:
首先,将矩形玻纤加强聚氨酯框体的门扇骨架1和两个分别安装在该门扇骨架1前后端面的镀锌冷轧钢板制作的门扇面板2组成相应的门扇,然后通过铰链和配套的门框进行连接,并按需求安装在建筑内的安全通道口或者作为需要保持温度稳定的房间作为出入门均可,在进行内部的防火板31和两个蜂窝材料层32进行安装时,先将两个蜂窝材料层32和防火板31的两边表面进行粘接连接,然后契合在门扇骨架1内的限位条11构成的框体内,再将背、面的两个门扇面板2契合在门扇骨架1两边,紧接着在两个相对应的安装孔23之间通过六角长螺杆24进行贯穿限位条11壳体,并在六角长螺杆24的两端套上两组平垫24a和密封胶圈24b,随后和六角螺母24c进行螺纹啮合后使用工具进行拧动紧固,依次在两个相对应的安装孔23之间重复安装,直至两个门扇面板2和门扇骨架1保持稳定的连接为止,在门扇处于正常关闭使用时,可利用两个蜂窝材料层32配合中间的防火板31加强两个门扇面板2的保温、隔音以及节能效果,而在发生火灾的情况下,可通过门扇骨架1为玻纤加强聚氨酯型材的阻燃特性配合防火板31和每个缝隙处的防火橡胶进行严密的阻火功能。

1.一种高节能保温、隔音耐火的钢质门,包括门扇骨架(1)和两个分别安装在门扇骨架(1)前后端面的门扇面板(2),其特征在于,所述门扇骨架(1)为矩形玻纤加强聚氨酯框体,所述门扇骨架(1)内部位于两个所述门扇面板(2)之间设置有填充层(3),所述填充层(3)包括有防火板(31),所述防火板(31)分别靠近前后门扇面板(2)的两边表面上连接有蜂窝材料层(32),每个所述蜂窝材料层(32)均由弹性蜂窝橡胶片(31a)和包裹在弹性蜂窝橡胶片(31a)外表面的蜂窝面板(31b)组成,所述门扇骨架(1)内框壁中心处安装有限位条(11),所述填充层(3)内嵌于所述限位条(11)构成的框体内,且两个所述门扇面板(2)的内表面边缘处均与该限位条(11)两边的侧壁相连接;
所述门扇骨架(1)靠近后方门扇面板(2)一侧的外周边设置有盖缝板(12),所述盖缝板(12)前端面上环绕所述门扇骨架(1)外周边设置有第一密封垫(13),且两个所述门扇面板(2)侧壁的外周边均设置有第二密封垫(22);

每个所述安装孔(23)外侧开口处均设置有螺母隐藏槽(23a),两个所述门扇面板(2)上相对应的每两个安装孔(23)内均穿插有六角长螺杆(24),所述六角长螺杆(24)两端的杆体上分别套设有两组平垫(24a)和密封胶圈(24b),且所述六角长螺杆(24)远离螺帽一端杆体上螺纹连接有六角螺母(24c),所述六角长螺杆(24)的螺帽和六角螺母(24c)均内嵌于对应的螺母隐藏槽(23a)内,每个所述六角长螺杆(24)穿插两个所述门扇面板(2)上的每两个安装孔(23)时均贯穿所述限位条(11)壳体并呈转动连接,
每个所述密封胶圈(24b)均为防火橡胶制成,且直径于所述螺母隐藏槽(23a)的直径相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高节能保温、隔音耐火的钢质门,其特征在于,所述第一密封垫(13)和两个所述第二密封垫(22)均为防火橡胶制成,且厚度均为1-2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高节能保温、隔音耐火的钢质门,其特征在于,所述弹性蜂窝橡胶片(31a)为耐热橡胶制成。
