本发明涉及海洋工程警示装置制造技术领域,具体涉及一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置。
背景技术
海洋工程具体包括:围填海、海上堤坝工程,人工岛、海上和海底物资储藏设施、跨海桥梁、海底隧道工程,海底管道、海底电(光)缆工程,海洋矿产资源勘探开发及其附属工程,海上潮汐电站、波浪电站、温差电站等海洋能源开发利用工程,大型海水养殖场、人工鱼礁工程等,其中海岸堤坝作为必备的海洋工程之一,其建造质量的高低,将直接关系到海岸边人民的生命财产安全。
而在我们比较常见的海岸堤坝上,常常会安装一些警示装置,以此对海岸边的行人进行提醒,防止群众攀爬海岸堤坝导致发生安全事故,一方面能够对海岸上的车辆行人起到一个安全警示作用,另一方面也能够给堤坝附件水域的船只起到一个预警效果,防止船只搁浅等情况,但是目前用在海岸堤坝上的警示装置,警示效果不明显,警示范围小,并且耗电量大,不能够很好的利用海岸边的自然优势,因此需要设计一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置来解决此类问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,如:目前海岸堤坝上的安全警示装置,警示效果不佳,且所能影响的区域范围有限,自身耗电量大,不能够充分利用海岸边独特的地理环境优势。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置,包括浇筑在海岸边上的堤坝,所述堤坝的顶端固定设有底座,所述底座的顶端固定设有支撑柱一,所述支撑柱一的顶端固定设有警示灯,所述堤坝的顶端固定设有多根支撑杆,所述支撑杆之间连接有拦截栅栏,所述堤坝位于支撑杆的下方设有固定槽,所述固定槽中设有固定底板,所述支撑杆的底端与固定底板的上侧壁固定连接,且所述固定底板通过固定螺丝固定在固定槽中,所述支撑柱一远离支撑杆的一侧设有第一发电装置,且第一发电装置固定设置在堤坝的顶端,所述堤坝内部设有设备储藏结构,且所述堤坝远离海岸的一侧设有水力发电装置。
优选的,所述第一发电装置包括支撑柱二,所述支撑柱二的底端固定装置在堤坝的上侧壁上,所述支撑柱二的顶端固定设有小型风力发电机,所述小型风力发电机的输出端对称固定设有多个圆杆,所述圆杆远离支撑柱二的一端固定设有风力勺,所述支撑柱二的侧壁上固定设有太阳能电池板,其中一个所述圆杆的底端固定设有低杆,所述低杆的底端固定设有横杆,所述横杆的底端固定设有毛刷,且所述毛刷为尼龙材料制成。
优选的,所述设备储藏结构包括设置在堤坝内部的设备室,所述设备室中设有蓄电池,所述设备室远离海洋的一侧设有设备门,所述设备门的一端通过活页与堤坝转动连接,所述设备门上固定设有门把手,且所述门把手表面设有橡胶材料制成防滑套。

参照图1-6,一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置,包括浇筑在海岸边上的堤坝1,堤坝1远离海洋的一侧壁上固定设有LED显示屏31,且LED显示屏的外侧固定设有PVC透明防护罩32,通过LED显示屏31可以播放一些即使信息,例如天气状况或者交通信息等,增加整个装置的实用性,堤坝1的主体为混凝土材料浇筑而成,且堤坝1远离海洋的一侧设有铝合金材料制成的登高梯,方便工作人员排上堤坝1,对装置进行维护检修,堤坝1的顶端固定设有底座2,底座2的顶端固定设有支撑柱一3,支撑柱一3的顶端固定设有警示灯4,这里的警示灯4主体发出红色灯光,主要是为了警示效果更强,堤坝1的顶端固定设有多根支撑杆5,支撑杆5之间连接有拦截栅栏6,通过拦截栅栏6可以防止行人攀爬过堤坝1,避免出现安全隐患,增加整个装置的安全防护,支撑杆5和拦截栅栏6表面均涂有反光漆,且支撑杆5和拦截栅栏6的主体为不锈钢材料制成,通过涂在支撑杆5和拦截栅栏6上的反光漆,当阳光以及汽车灯光等光线照射在其表面上时,能够对这些光线进行有效折射,以此提醒过往的车辆在途径堤坝1路段时减速慢行,堤坝1位于支撑杆5的下方设有固定槽7,固定槽7中设有固定底板8,支撑杆5的底端与固定底板8的上侧壁固定连接,且固定底板8通过固定螺丝9固定在固定槽7中,以此便于对支撑杆5和拦截栅栏6进行拆装,支撑柱一3远离支撑杆5的一侧设有第一发电装置,且第一发电装置固定设置在堤坝1的顶端,第一发电装置包括支撑柱二10,支撑柱二10的底端固定装置在堤坝1的上侧壁上,支撑柱二10的顶端固定设有小型风力发电机11,小型风力发电机11的具体型号为DLZ-NE-S100W-400W,小型风力发电机11的输出端对称固定设有多个圆杆12,圆杆12远离支撑柱二10的一端固定设有风力勺13,此处的风力勺13外形主体类似于风力测速仪上的叶片,且多个风力勺13成螺旋对称设置,考虑到海岸边的风向大多是不固定的,千变万化,这么做主要目的是为了能够实现适应不同方向上的风,面对不同的风向,风力勺13都能够受到风力的推动,由此借助风力勺13对圆杆12进行推动,从而使得小型风力发电机11的输出轴进行转动,并最终能够产生相应的电能,支撑柱二10的侧壁上固定设有太阳能电池板17,当天气晴朗时,利用太阳能电池板17能够将光能转化成电能储存起来,其中一个圆杆12的底端固定设有低杆14,低杆14的底端固定设有横杆15,横杆15的底端固定设有毛刷16,且毛刷16为尼龙材料制成,当海岸边的风推动着圆杆12围绕着支撑柱二10进行转动时,由此带动圆杆12下方的横杆15同样围绕着支撑柱二10进行旋转,以此使得横杆15底端的毛刷16对太阳能电池板17上侧壁进行清扫,这里主要是考虑到太阳能电池板17处于室外设置,长时间使用后其表面极容易堆积一些灰尘,太阳能电池板17受到灰尘的遮挡后,其实际接收的太阳光线相比较以前而言明显不足,所以必须顶起对其表面进行清扫,保证其能够充分受到太阳光线的照射,提高其实际的发电效率,堤坝1内部设有设备储藏结构,设备储藏结构包括设置在堤坝1内部的设备室27,这里的设备室27内壁上铺设于防水层,目的是为了避免设备室27内出现渗水的情况,设备室27中设有蓄电池30,通过蓄电池30将电能储存起来备用,设备室27远离海洋的一侧设有设备门28,设备门28的一端通过活页与堤坝1转动连接,设备门28上固定设有门把手29,且门把手29表面设有橡胶材料制成防滑套,且堤坝1远离海岸的一侧设有水力发电装置,水力发电装置包括储水池18,储水池18位于堤坝1靠近海洋的一侧设置,储水池18内设有储水腔19,储水池18靠近海洋的一侧壁上设有及时进水口21,储水腔19位于进水口21一侧壁上固定设有导流罩一20,导流罩一20内壁上固定设有第一水力发电机组22,导流罩一20上下端为贯穿设置,且导流罩一20顶端开口正对与第一水力发电机组22的上方设置,储水池18靠近海洋一侧的底端固定设有出水管23,出水管23位于储水池18外侧的一端连接有电动截止阀24,储水池18远离堤坝1的一侧设有导流罩二25,导流罩二25内壁上固定设有第二水力发电机组26,导流罩二25的两端也呈贯穿状态设置,且第一水力发电机组22和第二水力发电机组26均为多个水力发电机组成,电动截止阀24出水口端正对第二水力发电机组26设置,通过水力发电装置,可以利用海水涨潮和退潮所产生的势能进行发电,环保高效无污染。
本发明中,本装置在安装完毕后,结合海岸边上风力较大的特点,通过海风推动风力勺13,由此带动小型风力发电机11进行发电,所产生的的电能储存到蓄电池30中,当天气较为晴朗,太阳光线比较充足时,太阳能电池板17能够将光能转化为电能,并且同样储存到蓄电池30中备用,海岸边每天都经历涨潮和退潮的过程,涨潮后海水进入到储水池18中,并且在海水灌入到储水池18的过程中,海水的冲击力使得第一水力发电机组22运转,由此利用海水的势能进行一次发电,当退潮时,储水池18内的海水流出,推动第二水力发电机组26运转,实现再次大点,由此产生的电能再次储存到蓄电池30中,并且通过蓄电池30对警示灯4和LED显示屏31进行供电,实现海岸边的实时警示效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置,包括浇筑在海岸边上的堤坝(1),其特征在于,所述堤坝(1)的顶端固定设有底座(2),所述底座(2)的顶端固定设有支撑柱一(3),所述支撑柱一(3)的顶端固定设有警示灯(4),所述堤坝(1)的顶端固定设有多根支撑杆(5),所述支撑杆(5)之间连接有拦截栅栏(6),所述堤坝(1)位于支撑杆(5)的下方设有固定槽(7),所述固定槽(7)中设有固定底板(8),所述支撑杆(5)的底端与固定底板(8)的上侧壁固定连接,且所述固定底板(8)通过固定螺丝(9)固定在固定槽(7)中,所述支撑柱一(3)远离支撑杆(5)的一侧设有第一发电装置,且第一发电装置固定设置在堤坝(1)的顶端,所述堤坝(1)内部设有设备储藏结构,且所述堤坝(1)远离海岸的一侧设有水力发电装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置,其特征在于,所述第一发电装置包括支撑柱二(10),所述支撑柱二(10)的底端固定装置在堤坝(1)的上侧壁上,所述支撑柱二(10)的顶端固定设有小型风力发电机(11),所述小型风力发电机(11)的输出端对称固定设有多个圆杆(12),所述圆杆(12)远离支撑柱二(10)的一端固定设有风力勺(13),所述支撑柱二(10)的侧壁上固定设有太阳能电池板(17),其中一个所述圆杆(12)的底端固定设有低杆(14),所述低杆(14)的底端固定设有横杆(15),所述横杆(15)的底端固定设有毛刷(16),且所述毛刷(16)为尼龙材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置,其特征在于,所述设备储藏结构包括设置在堤坝(1)内部的设备室(27),所述设备室(27)中设有蓄电池(30),所述设备室(27)远离海洋的一侧设有设备门(28),所述设备门(28)的一端通过活页与堤坝(1)转动连接,所述设备门(28)上固定设有门把手(29),且所述门把手(29)表面设有橡胶材料制成防滑套。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置,其特征在于,所述水力发电装置包括储水池(18),所述储水池(18)位于堤坝(1)靠近海洋的一侧设置,所述储水池(18)内设有储水腔(19),所述储水池(18)靠近海洋的一侧壁上设有及时进水口(21),所述储水腔(19)位于进水口(21)一侧壁上固定设有导流罩一(20),所述导流罩一(20)内壁上固定设有第一水力发电机组(22),所述导流罩一(20)上下端为贯穿设置,且所述导流罩一(20)顶端开口正对与第一水力发电机组(22)的上方设置,所述储水池(18)靠近海洋一侧的底端固定设有出水管(23),所述出水管(23)位于储水池(18)外侧的一端连接有电动截止阀(24),所述储水池(18)远离堤坝(1)的一侧设有导流罩二(25),所述导流罩二(25)内壁上固定设有第二水力发电机组(26),所述导流罩二(25)的两端也呈贯穿状态设置,且所述第一水力发电机组(22)和第二水力发电机组(26)均为多个水力发电机组成,所述电动截止阀(24)出水口端正对第二水力发电机组(26)设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置,其特征在于,所述堤坝(1)远离海洋的一侧壁上固定设有LED显示屏(31),且所述LED显示屏的外侧固定设有PVC透明防护罩(32)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置,其特征在于,所述支撑杆(5)和拦截栅栏(6)表面均涂有反光漆,且支撑杆(5)和拦截栅栏(6)的主体为不锈钢材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置,其特征在于,所述堤坝(1)的主体为混凝土材料浇筑而成,且所述堤坝(1)远离海洋的一侧设有铝合金材料制成的登高梯。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种海洋工程用新能源警示装置,其特征在于,所述小型风力发电机(11)的具体型号为DLZ-NE-S100W-400W。
