本发明公开了一种索塔横梁施工方法,主要优化现浇支架的设置、使用和浇筑施工方案,相应地配套设置一些构件。本申请方案采用现浇支架的建造方式,然后围绕现浇支架的设置和浇筑改进施工方案,克服了传统方式施工现浇支架的难题,充分利用了现浇支架承载能力强、安装方便、施工高效、用钢量小节约成本等优点,其中爬模爬架的设置方便逐层施工下塔柱和预埋辅助连接构件,通过支撑构柱和高空牛腿共同支撑现浇支架横梁及其现浇支架,提供了稳定的施工平台,而且水平预应力筋锁能有效防止下横梁在浇筑过程中下塔柱向外扩张变形,分批浇筑现浇支架以及配套使用固定模板也容易保证现浇支架处于正确的位置。此发明用于桥梁施工领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及桥梁施工领域,特别是涉及一种索塔横梁施工方法。
背景技术
带塔墩的菱形索塔又叫钻石形主塔,作为斜拉桥的支撑点,可以参照说明书附图2。索塔中呈钻石形状的受压塔式结构,承受呈基本对称状斜拉索传递而来的斜向下拉力,并将力载荷通过桥塔基础结构传递至地基深处,主塔受力一般为压力。索塔可采用混凝土结构、钢-混凝土组合结构或钢结构。
随着我国交通路网的大规模发展,山区的大型桥梁建设也是屡屡出现,并且山区地形复杂,高程变化大,因此索塔+斜拉桥的方式如雨后春笋般层出不穷,如何能更安全更方便地进行大体积菱形的索塔的下横梁的施工也成为行业内的研究重点。
现有技术中提到的CN106436573A超高索塔大跨度上横梁牛腿钢桁支架施工方法和CN106677070A一种高空大跨度重载横梁施工支架及施工方法在施工时均采用钢牛腿加钢拱架的支撑方式进行横梁施工,用钢量巨大,并且构件庞大、吊装困难,花费时间较长,耽误工期,且经济投入大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种合理减少用钢量、降低安装难度、降低生产成本的索塔横梁施工方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种索塔横梁施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.依次施工塔墩、两个下塔柱和两个上塔柱,利用爬模爬架逐层施工下塔柱,同时两个下塔柱均在与下横梁相交的位置预埋辅助连接构件;
S2.以塔墩的墩顶作为支撑面设置支撑构柱,在下塔柱的内侧设置高空牛腿,支撑构柱和两侧高空牛腿的上端设置现浇支架横梁,现浇支架横梁上方铺设木底模和木侧模,在两个下塔柱之间在将要设置现浇支架的位置设置若干条水平预应力筋锁;
S3.在木底模和木侧模上安装用于浇筑下横梁的现浇支架,然后现浇支架与辅助连接构件连接固定;
S4.分两次浇筑下横梁,第一次浇筑部分下横梁,部分下横梁包裹水平预应力筋锁形成永久性结构,之后调节各条水平预应力筋锁的张拉力之和为所承受吨位的一半,待第一次浇筑的部分下横梁强度稳定后进行第二次浇筑,然后提高各条水平预应力筋锁的张拉力之和至所承受吨位;
S5.对辅助连接构件进行封堵或回填或压浆处理,拆除木底模、木侧模、支撑构柱和爬模爬架。
作为上述方案的改进,步骤S1中辅助连接构件包括接茬钢筋和预应力孔道连接件。
作为上述方案的改进,步骤S1中设置辅助连接构件时,在下塔柱表面设置一块木模板,并在此木模板上按照设计位置钻出合适大小以便固定住接茬钢筋和预应力孔道连接件,然后用胶带或钢丝或焊接方式进一步固定接茬钢筋和预应力孔道连接件。
作为上述方案的改进,步骤S3中在现浇支架与辅助连接构件连接之前,对现浇支架连接下塔柱的交叉截面进行凿毛处理。
作为上述方案的改进,步骤S3中采用塔式吊机将现浇支架横梁吊至支撑构柱和两侧高空牛腿的上端。
作为上述方案的改进,步骤S3中现浇支架的内侧加装有固定模板,固定模板固定现浇支架自身的钢筋和预应力连接件。
作为上述方案的改进,所述步骤S4中,在下横梁第一次浇筑过程中根据浇筑进度分次分级张拉,调节两侧下塔柱之间的各条水平预应力筋锁的张拉力之和为所承受吨位的一半;然后在下横梁第二次浇筑过程中根据浇筑进度分次分级张拉,提高两侧下塔柱之间的各条水平预应力筋锁的张拉力之和至所承受设计吨位。
本发明的有益效果:本申请方案在下横梁离地面较高的情况下,采用现浇支架的建造方式,然后围绕现浇支架的设置和浇筑改进施工方案,克服了传统方式施工现浇支架的难题,充分利用了现浇支架承载能力强、安装方便、施工高效、用钢量小节约成本等优点。其中爬模爬架的设置方便逐层施工下塔柱和预埋辅助连接构件;利用塔墩的墩顶作为支撑面设置支撑构柱,同时结合高空牛腿共同支撑现浇支架横梁及其现浇支架,提供了非常稳定的施工平台;而且水平预应力筋锁能有效防止下横梁在浇筑过程中下塔柱向外扩张变形破坏下塔柱线型美感;分批浇筑现浇支架以及配套使用固定模板也容易保证现浇支架处于正确的位置。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明为一种索塔横梁施工方法,主要优化现浇支架的设置、使用和浇筑施工方案,相应地配套设置一些构件。本实施例中,现浇支架主要由多根钢筋搭接捆绑而成,近似立方体结构。
参照图2,索塔从下到上分为塔墩1、下塔柱2和上塔柱3,两根下塔柱2略微向外倾斜,而两根上塔柱3略微向内倾斜,如此组成钻石形主塔。一般在下塔柱2和上塔柱3之间的拐点设置下横梁4,下横梁4起到保持索塔结构的作用。图2中由于纸面高度的限制,实际上塔墩1的高度远比图2中所示要高。
施工时具体包括以下步骤。
S1.依次施工塔墩1、两个下塔柱2和两个上塔柱3,采用异步施工方式,即先利用爬模爬架6逐层施工下塔柱2。等爬模爬架6施工通过后预埋辅助连接构件,同时两个下塔柱2也均在与下横梁4相交的位置预埋辅助连接构件。
这里所提到的爬模爬架6均包括预埋在下塔柱2一圈的斜撑和布置在多个斜撑上的水平平台,水平平台上可临时站立。
这里所提到的辅助连接构件包括接茬钢筋、预应力孔道连接件、穿预应力筋以及部分腹板,根据情况选择使用具体的构件。在对应下横梁4的位置主要设置接茬钢筋、预应力孔道连接件和穿预应力筋;对于接茬钢筋和预应力孔道连接件,可以理解为在下塔柱2的表面露出多根钢筋,而且多根钢筋之间彼此再设置钢筋,此时钢筋横纵搭接形成网格结构。下塔柱2在其余爬模爬架6的位置也合理选择设置部分辅助连接构件,比如突出的方钢构件,方便后续设置其他支撑平台。
为了方便现浇支架连接,在其他实施例中还可以在下塔柱2的表面预埋木盒子,之后拆模形成孔洞,为钢筋和预应力管道的接头连接创造空间。
在步骤S1中,设置辅助连接构件时,在下塔柱2表面设置一块木模板,并在此木模板上按照设计位置钻出大小合适的孔洞以便固定住接茬钢筋和预应力孔道连接件,然后用胶带或钢丝或焊接方式进一步固定接茬钢筋和预应力孔道连接件。木模板方便加工,不过这里可以将木模板替换为钢模板,也能起到相同的固定效果。
S2.以塔墩1的墩顶为支撑面然后设置支撑构柱8,在下塔柱2的内侧设置高空牛腿7。高空牛腿7采用直接预埋的方式。支撑构柱8和两侧高空牛腿7的上端设置先设置现浇支架横梁5,然后在现浇支架横梁5上铺设木底模和两个木侧模,木底模和两个木侧模共同组成U形结构。两个下塔柱2之间在将要设置现浇支架的位置设置若干条水平预应力筋锁。
作为优选,爬模爬架6随着下塔柱2的施工逐渐往上间隔布置,等爬模爬架6和高空牛腿7施工通过后再施工现浇支架横梁5。
对于支撑构柱8,支撑构柱8为钢桁架结构,为了提高支撑构柱8的稳定性,塔墩1的墩顶预埋有可连接并固定支撑构柱8的连接件。对于现浇支架横梁5的结构,一般以桁架结构为主,密布钢筋或上面铺设木板,如此作为承载平台。对于高空牛腿7,一般是先在下塔柱2预埋一个平台,该平台上再设置合理数量的高空牛腿7。比如图1中表示,一个平台上既可以设置竖直的高空牛腿7,也可以设置倾斜的高空牛腿7,或者同时使用多个支撑角度不同的高空牛腿7支撑。从整体上看,两根下塔柱2上的左右两侧的高空牛腿7分别支撑现浇支架横梁5的左右两侧,支撑构柱8支撑现浇支架横梁5的中间位置。
作为优选,在支撑构柱8和高空牛腿7支撑现浇支架横梁5的时候,也适当修正现浇支架横梁5所在高度。
作为优选,采用塔式吊机将现浇支架横梁5吊至支撑构柱8和两侧高空牛腿7的上端。
S3.木底模和木侧模上安装用于浇筑下横梁4的现浇支架,对现浇支架连接下塔柱2的交叉截面进行凿毛处理,然后现浇支架与辅助连接构件连接固定。由于现浇支架主要为钢筋穿插的结构,所以在现浇支架的内外侧加装固定模板;这里所述的固定模板采用钢构件组成栅栏状,与现浇支架捆绑或焊接为一体,从而固定现浇支架自身的钢筋和预应力连接件。
S4.分两次浇筑下横梁4,第一次浇筑部分下横梁,同时这部分下横梁包裹部分水平预应力筋锁形成永久性结构,在下横梁4第一次浇筑过程中根据浇筑进度分次分级张拉,调节两侧下塔柱2之间的各条水平预应力筋锁的张拉力之和为所承受吨位的一半,待第一次浇筑的部分下横梁4强度稳定后进行第二次浇筑,第二次浇筑的部分下横梁也包裹部分水平预应力筋锁形成永久性结构,然后在下横梁4第二次浇筑过程中根据浇筑进度分次分级张拉,提高两侧下塔柱2之间的各条水平预应力筋锁的张拉力之和至所承受设计吨位。
作为优选,现浇支架的内外侧的固定模板也分两次安装,第一次的固定模板安装至第一次浇筑的标高,第二次的固定模板以第一次浇筑的部分下横梁4为施工平台,主要用于固定剩余的现浇支架。
水平预应力筋锁数量较多,在调整张拉力时可以先将半数的水平预应力筋锁调至100%张力状态,剩下一半的水平预应力筋锁在第二次浇筑的时候再调至100%张力状态。另一种实施方式是第一次将全部的水平预应力筋锁调至50%张力状态,第二次浇筑的时候再全部提升至100%张力状态。当然可以将两种方式混合使用,只要总张拉力之和分别在50%和100%两个幅度即可。
对于下横梁4的具体施工步骤,诸如施工放线、支撑、检查签证、布置底板、浇筑、振捣、养护、拆模之类,参照现有的施工手册即可。
S5.对辅助连接构件进行封堵或回填或压浆处理,拆除木底模、木侧模、支撑构柱8和爬模爬架6。
本申请方案在下横梁4离地面较高的情况下,采用现浇支架的建造方式,然后围绕现浇支架的设置和浇筑改进施工方案,克服了传统方式施工现浇支架的难题,充分利用了现浇支架承载能力强、安装方便、施工高效、用钢量小节约成本等优点。其中爬模爬架6的设置方便逐层施工下塔柱2和预埋辅助连接构件;利用塔墩1的墩顶作为支撑面设置支撑构柱8,同时结合高空牛腿7共同支撑现浇支架横梁5及其现浇支架,提供了非常稳定的施工平台;而且水平预应力筋锁能有效防止下横梁4在浇筑过程中下塔柱2向外扩张变形破坏下塔柱2线型美感;分批浇筑现浇支架以及配套使用固定模板也容易保证现浇支架处于正确的位置。
该申请方案实施取得了成功,加快了施工工期,提供了成功且可复制的经验,为企业赢得了良好的社会声誉。
当然,本设计创造并不局限于上述实施方式,上述各实施例不同特征的组合,也可以达到良好的效果。熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种索塔横梁施工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1.依次施工塔墩、两个下塔柱和两个上塔柱,利用爬模爬架逐层施工下塔柱,同时两个下塔柱均在与下横梁相交的位置预埋辅助连接构件;
S2.以塔墩的墩顶作为支撑面设置支撑构柱,在下塔柱的内侧设置高空牛腿,支撑构柱和两侧高空牛腿的上端设置现浇支架横梁,现浇支架横梁上方铺设木底模和木侧模,在两个下塔柱之间的将要设置现浇支架的位置设置若干条水平预应力筋锁;
S3.在木底模和木侧模上安装用于浇筑下横梁的现浇支架,然后现浇支架与辅助连接构件连接固定;
S4.分两次浇筑下横梁,第一次浇筑部分下横梁,部分下横梁包裹水平预应力筋锁形成永久性结构,之后调节各条水平预应力筋锁的张拉力之和为所承受吨位的一半,待第一次浇筑的部分下横梁强度稳定后进行第二次浇筑,然后提高各条水平预应力筋锁的张拉力之和至所承受吨位;
S5.对辅助连接构件进行封堵或回填或压浆处理,拆除木底模、木侧模、支撑构柱和爬模爬架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的索塔横梁施工方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中辅助连接构件包括接茬钢筋和预应力孔道连接件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的索塔横梁施工方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中设置辅助连接构件时,在下塔柱表面设置一块木模板,并在此木模板上按照设计位置钻出合适大小以便固定住接茬钢筋和预应力孔道连接件,然后用胶带或钢丝或焊接方式进一步固定接茬钢筋和预应力孔道连接件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的索塔横梁施工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中在现浇支架与辅助连接构件连接之前,对现浇支架连接下塔柱的交叉截面进行凿毛处理。
5.根据权利要求4所述的索塔横梁施工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中采用塔式吊机将现浇支架横梁吊至支撑构柱和两侧高空牛腿的上端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的索塔横梁施工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中现浇支架的内侧加装有固定模板,所述固定模板固定现浇支架自身的钢筋和预应力连接件。
