Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a turnover type instrument desk assembly tool which can be suitable for internal and external assembly of an automobile instrument desk, can meet the requirements of rapid positioning, clamping and turnover at any angle of instrument desks with different specifications and structural types through adjustment, can independently finish clamping and assembly of a large instrument desk of a commercial vehicle by one operator, and is convenient to install, adjust, use and maintain.
The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:
a turnover type instrument desk assembly tool comprises a base, a turnover frame, a fixed positioning clamping jaw, a translational positioning clamping jaw, a bearing supporting seat, a turbine worm speed reducer and a power input mechanism;
the two ends of the turnover frame are supported on the base through the supporting seats, the worm and gear speed reducer is fixed on the base, and the power input mechanism is connected with one end of the turnover frame through the worm and gear speed reducer; the overturning frame is provided with two guide rods which are parallel to each other; one guide rod is provided with two fixed positioning clamping jaws, and the other guide rod is provided with a translational positioning clamping jaw; the fixed positioning clamping jaw comprises a first fixed seat, a first fixed clamp, a movable clamp and a first driving mechanism; the first fixed seat is sleeved on one guide rod and can horizontally slide relative to the corresponding guide rod; the movable clamp is arranged in the first fixed clamp, and the first driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the first fixed clamp and used for driving the first movable clamp to move relative to the first fixed clamp; the first fixed clamp is detachably fixed on the first fixed seat, so that the first fixed clamp can be in a horizontal opening state or a vertical opening state and is respectively used for clamping an instrument desk without a front chord structure and an instrument desk with a front chord structure; the translational positioning clamping jaw comprises a second fixed seat, a rotating pin shaft, a first translational rod, a second fixed clamp, a second movable clamp, a second driving mechanism and a mounting seat; the second fixed seat is sleeved on the other guide rod and can horizontally slide relative to the corresponding guide rod; one end of the first translation rod is rotatably connected with the second fixed seat; one end of the second translation rod is rotatably connected with the other end of the first translation rod; the other end of the second translation rod is fixedly provided with a mounting seat; the second fixed clamp is detachably connected with the mounting seat and can move up and down relative to the mounting seat; the second fixed clamp is arranged in the second fixed clamp; and the second driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the second fixed clamp and used for driving the second movable clamp to move relative to the second fixed clamp.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages:
(1) according to the turnover type instrument desk assembly tool, the fixed positioning clamping jaw can be arranged into a horizontal opening and a vertical opening, so that the clamping of an instrument desk without a front chord structure and an instrument desk with a front chord structure can be met, and the translational positioning clamping jaw can adapt to the clamping of instrument desks with different widths through the rotation of the first translational rod and the second translational rod; the height and the direction of the translational positioning clamping jaw can be adjusted by adjusting the height and the rotation angle of the guide post, and the translational positioning clamping jaw is adaptive to the position height and the angle of the instrument desk; and the fixed positioning clamping jaw and the translational positioning clamping jaw can slide relative to the turnover frame, so that the whole tool is stronger in universality.
(2) The invention adopts two fixed positioning clamping jaws and one translational positioning clamping jaw, and adopts three-point positioning clamping, thereby having reliable positioning clamping.
(3) The self-locking worm gear speed reducer is adopted to drive the turnover, so that the labor is saved, the safety is realized, and the turnover requirement at any angle can be met; the hand wheel is replaced by the motor, and automatic overturning can be realized.
(4) The fixed clamp and the movable clamp are provided with the protection pads, so that the rapid clamping is ensured and the surface of the instrument desk is not damaged by clamping through the driving mechanism.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and embodiments.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the turnover type instrument desk assembly tool comprises a base 1, a turnover frame 2, a fixed positioning clamping jaw 3, a translational positioning clamping jaw 4, a bearing support seat 5, a worm and gear speed reducer 6 and a hand wheel 7;
the two ends of the turnover frame 2 are both provided with shaft heads, the shaft heads at the two ends are supported on the base 1 through a bearing support 5 and a spherical bearing support 8, the worm and gear speed reducer 6 is fixed on the base 1, the hand wheel 7 is connected with an input worm of the worm and gear speed reducer 6, and the output end of the worm and gear speed reducer 6 is connected with the shaft head at one end of the turnover frame 2; the overturning frame 2 is provided with two guide rods which are parallel to each other; one guide rod is provided with two fixed positioning clamping jaws 3, and the other guide rod is provided with a translational positioning clamping jaw 4; with reference to fig. 3 and 4, the fixed positioning clamping jaw 3 includes a first fixed seat 3-1, a first fixed clamp 3-2, a movable clamp 3-3, and a first driving mechanism 3-4; the first fixed seat 3-1 is sleeved on one guide rod and can horizontally slide relative to one guide rod; the first fixed clamp 3-2 is of a U-shaped structure, the movable clamp 3-3 is arranged in the first fixed clamp 3-2, and the first driving mechanism 3-4 is fixedly connected with the first fixed clamp 3-2 and used for driving the first movable clamp 3-3 to move relative to the first fixed clamp 3-2 so as to realize clamping and loosening actions on one end of the instrument desk; the first fixed clamp 3-2 is detachably fixed on the first fixed seat 3-1, so that the first fixed clamp 3-2 can be in a horizontal opening state or a vertical opening state and is respectively used for clamping an instrument desk without a front chord structure and an instrument desk with a front chord structure. With reference to fig. 5, the translational positioning clamping jaw 4 comprises a second fixed seat 4-1, a rotating pin 4-2, a first translational rod 4-3, a second translational rod 4-4, a second fixed clamp 4-5, a second movable clamp 4-6, a second driving mechanism 4-7 and a mounting seat 4-9; the second fixed seat 4-1 is sleeved on the other guide rod and can horizontally slide relative to the other guide rod; one end of the first translation rod 4-3 is rotatably connected with the second fixed seat 4-1 through a rotating pin shaft 4-2; one end of the second translation rod 4-4 is rotatably connected with the other end of the first translation rod 4-3 through a rotating pin shaft 4-2; the other end of the second translational rod 4-4 is fixedly provided with a mounting seat 4-9; the second fixed clamp 4-5 is detachably connected with the mounting seat 4-9 and can move up and down relative to the mounting seat 4-9; the second fixed clamp 4-5 is arranged in the second fixed clamp 4-5; the second driving mechanism 4-7 is fixedly connected with the second fixed clamp 4-5 and used for driving the second movable clamp 4-6 to move relative to the second fixed clamp 4-5 so as to realize the clamping and loosening actions on the other end of the instrument desk.
As an implementation mode, the first fixed seat 3-1 is provided with a mounting column 3-8; the upper end of the mounting column 3-8 is in threaded connection with the first fixed clamp 3-2, and the lower end of the mounting column is connected with the first fixed seat 3-1 through a nut 3-6. As another implementation mode, the upper end of the mounting column 3-8 is fixedly connected with the first fixed clamp 3-2, and the requirements of positioning and clamping instrument desks with different structures can be met by directly replacing the fixed positioning clamping jaws with horizontal openings and vertical openings.
Further, the first fixed clamp 3-2 and the movable clamp 3-3 are respectively provided with a first protection pad 3-5 for protecting the clamped instrument desk.
As an implementation mode, the lower end of the second fixed clamp 4-5 is fixed in a guide post 4-10, two arc-shaped fixed pressing plates are arranged on a mounting seat 4-9, and the guide post 4-10 is respectively fixed on the fixed pressing plates on the mounting seat 4-9 through two arc-shaped movable pressing plates. The clamping height and the clamping angle of the translational positioning clamping jaw 4 can be adjusted through the guide columns 4-10.
Further, the second fixed clamp 4-5 and the second movable clamp 4-6 are both provided with a second protection pad 4-8 for protecting the clamped instrument desk.
Further, the first driving mechanism 3-4 and the second driving mechanism 4-7 can adopt linear motion mechanisms such as air cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, electric cylinders and the like.
As an implementation mode, the lower ends of the first fixed clamp 3-2 and the second fixed clamp 4-5 are respectively provided with a locking bolt 3-7/4-11, and when the locking bolts are loosened, the fixed positioning clamping jaw 3 and the translational positioning clamping jaw 4 can slide on respective guide rods, and can be adjusted in position and locked according to instrument desks of different specifications.
As an implementation mode, the hand wheel 7 is replaced by a power input mechanism such as a motor, and automatic overturning can be realized.
With reference to fig. 6 and 7, the fixed positioning clamping jaw 3 of the turnover type instrument desk assembly tool can adopt a horizontal opening or vertical opening structure according to the existence of a front chord of the instrument desk assembly structure to perform combined positioning and clamping. The overturning frame 2 and the instrument desk to be assembled are driven to overturn by more than 270 degrees through the hand wheel 7 and the worm gear speed reducer 6, and can be stopped at any position in space, so that the assembling requirement is met. The posture of the translational positioning clamping jaw 4 can be adjusted by swinging the first translational rod 4-3 and the second translational rod 4-4 to rotate and adjusting the height of the guide column 4-10, and the clamping of instrument tables with different widths can be adapted by rotating the first translational rod 4-3 and the second translational rod 4-4; the height and the direction of the translational positioning clamping jaw 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the height and the rotation angle of the guide column 4-10, and the translational positioning clamping jaw is adapted to the position height and the angle of the instrument desk.
