Abstract
The invention discloses a flue gas purification tower which comprises a tower body, a first gas distributor, an alkali liquor spraying system, a second gas distributor and a filtering fog layer. The lower part and the top of the tower body are respectively and correspondingly provided with a flue gas inlet pipe and a flue gas outlet, the tower body is limited with a tower cavity, and the tower cavity is communicated with the flue gas inlet pipe and the flue gas outlet; the first gas distributor is arranged in the tower cavity and is positioned above the flue gas inlet pipe; the alkali liquor spraying system comprises a first nozzle, the first nozzle is positioned in the tower cavity and above the first gas distributor and is used for spraying alkali liquor to purify flue gas downwards; the second gas distributor is positioned in the tower cavity and above the first nozzle; the filtering demisting layer is positioned in the tower cavity and above the second distributor. After the flue gas is treated by the flue gas purification tower provided by the embodiment of the invention, the purification rate can reach more than 90%, the purification effect is very good, and the pollution of the flue gas to the environment is greatly reduced.

Experiments prove that after the flue gas is treated by the flue gas purification tower provided by the embodiment of the invention, the purification rate can reach more than 90%, the purification effect is very good, and the pollution of the flue gas to the environment is greatly reduced.

The lower part and the top of the tower body 1 are respectively and correspondingly provided with a flue gas inlet pipe 2 and a flue gas outlet 12, the tower body 1 is limited with a tower cavity 11, and the tower cavity 11 is communicated with the flue gas inlet pipe 2 and the flue gas outlet 12; the first gas distributor 3 is arranged in the tower cavity 11 and is positioned above the flue gas inlet pipe 2; the alkali liquor spraying system 4 comprises a first nozzle 41, the first nozzle 41 is positioned in the tower cavity 11 and above the first gas distributor 3 and is used for spraying alkali liquor to purify flue gas; the second gas distributor 5 is positioned in the tower cavity 11 and above the first nozzle 41; the filtered mist layer 6 is positioned in the tower cavity 11 and above the second distributor.
According to the flue gas purification tower 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, flue gas flows upwards through the first gas distributor 3, and flue gas airflow is balanced, so that alkali liquor sprayed from the first nozzle 41 of the alkali liquor spraying system 4 can fully react with the flue gas, and pollutants such as acid gas, heavy metal particles, dioxin and the like in the flue gas are dissolved in the alkali liquor, so that the pollutants are separated and removed from the flue gas; meanwhile, the second gas distributor 5 is sequentially arranged above the first nozzle 41, so that the flue gas treated by the alkali liquor can flow upwards in a balanced manner and enter the filtered fog layer 6, and pollutants such as fog drops in the flue gas treated by the alkali liquor can be effectively removed through the filtered fog layer 6, so that the tail gas treated by the filtered fog layer 6 is effectively purified. Experiments prove that after the flue gas is treated by the flue gas purification tower 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the purification rate can reach more than 90%, the purification effect is very good, and the pollution of the flue gas to the environment is greatly reduced.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first gas distributor 3 and the second gas distributor 5 are both venturi tube frames made of halogen-acid-resistant steel, so that smoke can flow upwards in a balanced and stable manner, the blockage phenomenon cannot occur after long-term use, the corrosion cannot occur easily, and meanwhile, the installation is convenient and the long-term maintenance is convenient.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the filtering and demisting layer 6 comprises an adsorbing material supporting layer 61 and an active coke adsorbing layer 62, wherein the adsorbing material supporting layer 61 is positioned above the second gas distributor 5, and the active coke adsorbing layer 62 is positioned above the second gas distributor 5. Wherein, the active coke adsorption layer 62 comprises a supporting filter screen and active coke particles wrapped in the supporting filter screen; the supporting filter screen is composed of a halogen acid resistant steel screen plate and a fixing device. Through the adsorbing material supporting layer 61 and the active coke adsorption layer 62, fog drops and pollutants in the flue gas can be effectively filtered and adsorbed, and the flue gas purification effect is good.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the defogging filler spray washing device 7 comprises a second nozzle 71, and the second nozzle 71 is positioned above the fog layer 6. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the lye spraying system 4 further comprises a liquid accumulation tank 42, a pipe 44 and a circulation pump 43. Because the liquid accumulation tank 42 is located at the bottom of the tower cavity 11, the alkali liquor sprayed by the first nozzle 41 and the pollutants absorbed by the alkali liquor can freely fall into the liquid accumulation tank 42, the alkali liquor is recycled, and meanwhile, the investment and the energy consumption of a separate conveying system are avoided, and on the other hand, after the liquid sprayed by the second nozzle 71 is cleaned by the filtered fog layer 6, the pollutants are communicated and also fall into the liquid accumulation tank 42 under the action of gravity.
According to a still further embodiment of the present invention, one end of the pipeline 44 extends out of the tower body 1 from the effusion cell 42, the other end of the pipeline 44 extends out of the tower body 1 through the tower body 1 and into the tower cavity 11, and the other end of the pipeline 44 is located above the first gas distributor 3, wherein the circulation pump 43 is located on the pipeline 44 and outside the tower body 1 for easy installation and maintenance.

the first gas distributor is arranged in the tower cavity and is positioned above the flue gas inlet pipe;
the alkali liquor spraying system comprises a first nozzle, the first nozzle is positioned in the tower cavity and above the first gas distributor and is used for spraying alkali liquor downwards to purify flue gas;
a second gas distributor located within the tower cavity above the first nozzle;
and the filtering fog layer is positioned in the tower cavity and above the second distributor.
2. The flue gas purification tower of claim 1, wherein the first gas distributor and the second gas distributor are both venturi tube frames made of halogen-resistant acid steel.
3. The flue gas purification tower of claim 1, wherein the filtered mist layer comprises an adsorbing material supporting layer and an active coke adsorbing layer, the adsorbing material supporting layer is located above the second gas distributor, and the active coke adsorbing layer is located above the second gas distributor.
4. The flue gas purification tower of claim 3, wherein the activated coke adsorption layer comprises a support screen and activated coke particles wrapped in the support screen.
5. The flue gas purification tower of claim 4, wherein the support screen is composed of a halogen acid resistant steel mesh plate and a fixing device.
6. The flue gas purification tower according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
the demisting filler spraying and washing device comprises a second nozzle, and the second nozzle is positioned above the filtering fog layer.
7. The flue gas purification tower of claim 1, wherein the lye spraying system further comprises:
the liquid accumulation tank is used for storing alkali liquor;
the pipeline extends from the liquid accumulation groove to the position above the first gas distributor, and the first nozzle is arranged on the pipeline and positioned above the first gas distributor;
and the circulating pump is used for conveying the alkali liquor in the liquid accumulation tank to the first nozzle along the pipeline.
