the telescopic sleeve 3 comprises an end face 31 and a peripheral wall 32 which surrounds the end face 31 for one circle and is connected with the end face 31; the peripheral wall 32 is of a telescopic structure, and one end of the peripheral wall 32, which is far away from the end face 31, is connected to the side opening 12 in a sealing manner; or the peripheral wall 32 is a hard structure and can be arranged in the main shell 1 in a pushing/pulling manner, and an opening at one end of the peripheral wall 32, which is far away from the end face 31, is in sliding sealing fit with the inner wall of the main shell 1; the end face 31 is provided with a through hole 311 communicated with the fumigation and washing chamber inside the fumigation and washing instrument.
The end face 31 is provided with two through holes 311 communicated to the fumigation and washing chamber inside the fumigation and washing instrument, and the two through holes 311 facilitate the user to simultaneously perform fumigation physical therapy on two limbs, for example, simultaneously perform fumigation physical therapy on joints on two arms or two legs, so that a large amount of time is saved for the user. The limb part recognition device recognizes the limb part extending into the fumigation and washing chamber by adopting an image recognition technology, and comprises a graph acquisition device and a data analysis module, wherein the graph acquisition device acquires images of the limb in the fumigation and washing chamber, and the data analysis module analyzes and determines the corresponding limb part.

1. A fumigation and washing instrument is characterized by comprising:
the main shell comprises a top opening and two side openings arranged at two opposite sides of the main shell;
the upper cover is movably arranged on the top opening and opens/closes the top opening;
two telescopic external members which are respectively arranged on the main shell through the side openings at the two sides of the main shell to prolong or shorten the internal fumigation-washing chamber of the fumigation-washing instrument;
the telescopic sleeve comprises an end face and a peripheral wall which surrounds the end face for a circle and is connected with the end face; the peripheral wall is of a telescopic structure, and one end of the peripheral wall, which is far away from the end face, is connected to the side opening in a sealing manner; or the peripheral wall is of a hard structure and can be arranged in the main shell in a pushing/pulling mode, and an opening at one end, far away from the end face, of the peripheral wall is in sliding sealing fit with the inner wall of the main shell; the end surface is provided with a through hole communicated with the fumigation and washing cavity inside the fumigation and washing instrument;
the automatic spraying system includes:
the spraying device is arranged on the upper cover;
the liquid pumping device is arranged at the bottom of the main shell and is connected to the spraying device through a transmission pipeline;
the spraying system is arranged on the main shell, an inner wall layer, a waterproof layer and a heat insulation layer are sequentially arranged on the main shell from inside to outside, a first cavity is formed between the inner wall layer and the waterproof layer of the main shell, at least the bottom of the inner wall layer of the main shell is provided with a through hole, and liquid can enter the first cavity;
the spraying system comprises: the water flow driving mechanism comprises a driving motor arranged on the inner wall of a waterproof layer at the bottom of a main shell, a driving impeller is arranged on a rotating shaft of the driving motor and positioned in a first cavity, the driving impeller comprises an upper cover, a lower cover and a plurality of blades arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover and connected with the upper cover and the lower cover, a diversion trench extending from the bottom of the main shell to the edge of a top opening of the main shell is arranged on the inner wall of the waterproof shell of the main shell, a spraying hole is formed in one side, close to the top opening, of the inner wall layer of the main shell, a diversion plate is further arranged in the first cavity, one end of the diversion plate is connected with the top of the diversion trench, and the other end of the diversion plate extends to the spraying hole;
furthermore, the diversion trench is divided into a first diversion trench and a second diversion trench through an intermediate partition plate, the diversion plate is provided with a dividing rib, the dividing rib is connected with the top of the intermediate partition plate, and the two sides of the dividing rib on the inner wall layer are respectively provided with a left side spraying hole and a right side spraying hole.

The fumigation apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein said peripheral wall of said retractable sleeve member is a retractable corrugated wall having an opening at one end for sealingly engaging said end surface and an opening at the other end for sealingly engaging said side opening of said main housing.

The fumigation apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein an end of said peripheral wall remote from said end surface extends into said main housing from said side opening and is in sliding engagement with an inner wall of said main housing, and a sealing structure is provided on said peripheral wall or on the inner wall of said main housing, and said peripheral wall and said main housing are in sliding sealing engagement through said sealing structure; the sealing structure comprises a groove which is arranged on the outer wall surface of the peripheral wall and surrounds the peripheral wall for a circle, a sealing ring is sleeved in the groove, and the sealing ring is compressed and arranged between the groove and the inner wall surface of the main shell; or, the sealing structure comprises a groove arranged on the inner wall of the main shell along the circumference of the inner wall of the main shell, a sealing ring is sleeved in the groove, and the sealing ring is compressed and arranged between the groove and the outer wall surface of the circumferential wall.
4. The fumigation apparatus of claim 1, including a drive mechanism, said drive mechanism comprising:
the handle part, one end of the handle part is rotatably connected to the main shell;
one end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the handle part, the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the peripheral wall or the end face, the handle part rotates, and the telescopic sleeve is driven by the connecting rod to slide into/out of the main shell;
the fumigation and washing instrument further comprises a positioning seat arranged on the outer wall of the main shell, a clamping groove is formed in the positioning seat, and the handle part is connected to the surface of the main shell in a rotating and clamping manner and fixed in the clamping groove to limit the position of the telescopic sleeve.
5. The fumigation apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein said end surface is provided with two through holes communicating with the fumigation chamber inside the fumigation apparatus, and two baffles for closing/opening said two through holes, respectively;
the baffle is rotatably connected to the end face, the baffle rotates towards the through hole to seal the through hole, and the baffle is far away from the through hole to rotate to open the through hole.

The fumigation and washing instrument as defined in claim 1, wherein the main housing and the upper cover are sequentially provided with an inner wall layer, a waterproof layer and a heat-insulating layer from inside to outside, the inner wall layer of the main housing is provided with a through hole, a first chamber is formed between the inner wall layer of the main housing and the waterproof layer, a second chamber is formed between the inner wall layer of the upper cover and the waterproof layer, the liquid pumping device is arranged in the first chamber, the spraying device is arranged in the second chamber, the water inlet end of the liquid pumping device extends to the bottom end of the first chamber through a liquid inlet pipeline, and the water outlet end of the liquid pumping device extends from the first chamber to the second chamber through a transmission pipeline and is connected with the spraying device;
the inner wall layer of the upper cover is provided with water spray holes, the spraying device comprises a shell, a plurality of water spray pipes communicated to the water spray holes are arranged on the shell, and the transmission pipeline is communicated with the shell.

The fumigation and washing instrument as defined in claim 6, wherein the upper cover is mounted on the main housing by a wire hinge, the wire hinge includes a hinge seat and a hinge piece, the hinge seat is mounted on the upper opening of the main housing, the hinge piece is fixed on the upper cover, the hinge seat is provided with a first tube, the hinge piece is provided with a second tube, the second tube is partially inserted into the first tube and is rotatably engaged with the first tube, and the transmission pipeline extends from the first chamber to the second chamber in the upper cover through the first tube and the second tube in sequence and is connected to the spraying device.

The fumigation and washing instrument as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a controller, a temperature sensor, a heating device, a limb part recognition device and a storage module, wherein the storage module stores corresponding relations between different limb parts and fumigation and washing temperatures, the limb part recognition device is hermetically arranged on the inner wall layer of the upper cover/main shell or on the inner wall layer of the main shell and collects the limb parts extending into the fumigation and washing chamber from the through holes, and the controller acquires corresponding target fumigation and washing temperatures from the storage module according to recognition results and controls the heating device to be heated to the target fumigation and washing temperatures according to information detected by the temperature sensor;
wherein, temperature sensor sets up in first cavity, and temperature sensor includes temperature detection circuitry, temperature detection circuitry includes:
the temperature detection circuit comprises a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, a fourth resistor and a power supply, wherein the first resistor is connected with the second resistor, the second resistor is connected with the third resistor, the third resistor is connected with the fourth resistor, and the fourth resistor is connected with the first resistor;
the limb part recognition device comprises an image acquisition device, and the image acquisition device acquires the limb images in the fumigation and washing chamber and determines the corresponding limb parts.
