Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及设置于雨水排水口的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置及其的监控系统。
背景技术
通常,污染物质可分为排出位置明确的点污染源和排出位置并不明确的面源污染源。点污染源因在排出位置设置额外的净化装置和废水处理设施,因此,以经过一定程度净化的状态排出。相反,面源污染源的排出位置并不明确,面源污染源存在于广阔的地表,并随着降雨一同流入到如河川、江等的水系,从而有可能引发水质污染。
作为面源污染源的例,包括农田、牧场、城市街道、森林、郊区等,主要是接近土壤表面或地表的潜在面源污染物质与雨水一同向水系流入。面源污染源主要为初期降雨时与地表流出水一同流出的污染物质,是指如城市区域的灰尘和垃圾等交通污染物质、在农地喷洒的肥料或农药、土壤渗透物、畜生排泄物、生物的残余物、降落到地表的大气污染物质等。
为了预防因在这种初期降雨中包含的污染物质而引起的河川或江等的水质污染而提供面源污染物质过滤装置。
但是,大部分的面源污染物质过滤装置设置于地表下方,因此,很难监控及维护向雨水接收器、混凝土降雨流出水、道路倾斜面的排水路等流入的各种垃圾或泥土类等的异物质并加以处理,无法通过面源污染物质处理装置防止过滤功能的降低或设施物受损。

发明内容
技术问题
本发明用于解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于,提供降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置,即,设置于如雨水接收器、集水井、道路排水路等的雨水排水口,设置或拆除简便,具有过滤面源污染物质的功能,可通过无线通信监控如降雨流出水流入流出与否及过滤的污染物质捕集量的设施的运营状态。
本发明的目的在于,提供降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置,即,在监控装置设置压电振动传感器来确定监控装置的启动,在防水防震型弹簧缸设置无触点传感器及磁铁来通过开关进行工作,由此,在最低待机电力状态下,可通过把握降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置的重量增加来向外部发送。
而且,本发明的目的在于,提供降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置的监控系统,即,包括可从降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置接收信息来判断是否需要清扫上述降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置或者是否需要更换过滤器等的控制装置。
本发明所要解决的技术问题并不局限于以上提及的问题,本发明所述技术领域的普通技术人员可从以下的记载明确理解未提及的其他问题。
技术手段
用于解决上述问题的本发明一实施例的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置包括:本体(本体可以再利用以往设置于道路的雨水接收器、集水井、排水路过滤装置),使降雨流出水通过上端被开放的开口流入,通过形成于下部的一侧面以上的排出口排出上述降雨流出水;过滤部,位于上述本体的内部,用于过滤通过上述开口流入的降雨流出水;捕集部,与上述过滤部相连接,用于捕集上述降雨流出水来向上述过滤部的内部提供;连接检测部,设置有弹簧缸来与上述过滤部及捕集部相连接,以上述弹簧缸的往复移动为基础来按步骤检测上述过滤部的重量;以及通信部,用于向外部传送由上述连接检测部检测的上述过滤部的重量,上述连接检测部包括无触点传感器及磁铁,上述无触点传感器位于上述弹簧缸的外部,上述磁铁位于上述弹簧缸的内部并与上述弹簧缸的移动相联动。
并且,上述通信部可向外部传送由检测到上述磁铁的无触点传感器产生的信号,通过由检测当上述降雨流出水流入时所产生的振动的压电振动传感器产生的信号启动上述连接检测部来测定是否检测到上述无触点传感器的磁铁的磁力,或者根据预先确定的周期来测定是否检测到上述磁铁的磁力,从而,将上述电信号作为通过上述无触点传感器的重量计测结果值向外部传送。
并且,除检测磁力的无触点传感器之外,连接检测部还可包括:压力传感器,用于测定连接上述捕集部与连接检测部的弹簧缸的压力;以及重量传感器,用于测定基于上述过滤部的过滤器滤网的下垂的拉伸及压缩,通过预先设定的周期观测计划,与降雨流出水是否流入无关地计测上述过滤部的污染物质捕集状态来传送结果值。
并且,上述本体中,可沿着上述开口的内侧延伸形成能够设置上述捕集部、过滤部、通信部等的本体卡定部,可在以往的雨水接收器安装上述捕集部、过滤部、通信部,其形状可根据雨水接收器或集水井等路边排水设备的大小改变。
并且,上述过滤部可包括上部面被开放,在侧面及下部面分别形成固定大小的多个过滤孔,从而具有过滤功能的过滤器滤网或可夹着过滤器滤袋的过滤器滤网。

技术效果
根据本发明,在降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置以可变型大小轻松适用过滤器等,在道路或小区的排水路、雨水接收器、集水井等轻松设置及拆除降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置。

并且,本体110可在以往的雨水接收器(未图示)安装捕集部130、过滤部120、通信部150等,其形状可根据雨水接收器或集水井等到路边排水设备的大小而改变。
并且,虽然未图示,本体110也可以再利用以往设置于道路的雨水接收器、集水井、排水路过滤装置。
参照图1至图5,过滤部120用于过滤降雨流出水,位于本体110的内部。具体地,过滤部120可通过连接检测部140与捕集部130相连接,并位于本体110的内部空间。这种过滤部120为了自身执行过滤功能而开放上部面并在侧面及下部面分别形成规定大小的多个过滤孔122。在此情况下,虽然未图示,过滤部120可包括具有过滤功能的过滤器滤网和可插入过滤器滤袋的过滤器滤网。或者,不使用过滤部120,上述过滤部120可被滤网自身代替。在不使用过滤部120的情况下,滤网可以直接与捕集部130相连接。
并且,过滤部120的下部面部件124呈倾斜结构。下部面部件124呈倾斜结构,由此,向一方向堆积在过滤部120和/或滤网(strainer,未图示)等堆积的污染物质,向另一方向排出降雨流出水,从而,降雨流出水可以更迅速地通过过滤部120。
捕集部130捕集降雨流出水来使所捕集的降雨流出水向过滤部120的内部流动。捕集部130可通过连接检测部140与过滤部120相连接,在上部形成突出部分,从而设置于整个本体卡定部114。
其中,可将在内部堆积污染物质的滤网(strainer,未图示)的一端夹在本体110及捕集部130相接触的部分之间来固定上述滤网。具体地,在本体卡定部114及捕集部130的上部突出部分之间夹在上述滤网来以上述滤网的入口展开的状态固定。对此,降雨流出水向滤网流入,仅有污染物质卡在滤网,降雨流出水可被过滤并向本体110的排出口116排出。
优选地,这种捕集部130从上部到下部,剖面直径逐渐减少,以使降雨流出水向过滤部120或滤网的内部轻松流入。例如,如图4及图5所示,可以为从捕集部130的上部向斜线延伸而成的斜面134。
连接检测部140设置有弹簧缸142来连接过滤部120及捕集部130。对此,通过连接检测部140,过滤部120可挂在捕集部130。
具体地,连接检测部140可分别通过连接环105与过滤部120及捕集部130相连接。在连接检测部140的上部设置捕集部130,在连接检测部140的下部设置过滤部120,因此,在连接环105中的一个可位于捕集部130,另一个可位于连接检测部140,但并不局限于此。
例如,如图2、图4及图5所示,可在捕集部130设置用于固定连接环105的捕集部固定部件135,可在弹簧缸142的一端形成设置有紧固槽的监测部紧固部件145A。固定于上述捕集部固定部件135的连接环105紧固在上述检测部紧固部件145A的紧固槽。并且,可在弹簧缸142的另一端形成用于固定连接环105的检测部固定部件145B,可在过滤部120形成设置有紧固槽的过滤部紧固部件125。固定于上述检测部固定部件145B的连接环105紧固在上述过滤部紧固部件125的紧固槽。
其中,当通过连接检测部140来使过滤部120及捕集部130连接时,为了强化上述连接的力而可追加连接部件172。如图6所示,连接部件172的一端及另一端分别与过滤部120及捕集部130相连接,多个上述连接部件172可设置于适当位置。
并且,除连接部件172之外,可追加支撑部件180。如图7所示,在过滤部120的下部,支撑部件182可以被支撑。图7中示出支撑部件182仅设置于过滤部120的下部中心,但是,上述支撑部件182还可以在过滤部120的下部设置多个。通过上述支撑部件182,在汛期等期间,在过滤部120无法承受基于降雨流出水流入的重量增加而在雨水接收器的内部坠落的情况下,可通过过滤部120的支撑部件182来防止雨水接收器下端的排水孔被堵塞。
并且,连接检测部140可包括:多个无触点传感器146,位于弹簧缸142的外部;以及磁铁148,位于上述弹簧缸142的内部并与上述弹簧缸142的移动相联动。这种无触点传感器146可位于至少1个以上的弹簧缸142的外部。
其中,弹簧缸142在需要防水防震的环境下,为了耐久性的确保和过滤部120的规定重量以上检测而设置。在弹簧缸142的内部气缸142B设置磁铁148,在弹簧缸142的外部外罩142A设置多个无触点传感器146。在多个无触点传感器146中的一个检测到磁力的情况下,在检测到磁力的对应无触点传感器146生成检测信号。上述检测信号可通过通信部150向外部传送。
可根据检测到信号的无触点传感器146的判断过滤部120的重量。在此情况下,可根据与弹簧缸142的移动相联动的磁铁148的位置,无触点传感器146进行工作,因此,以弹簧缸142的往复移动为基础,可按步骤检测过滤部120的重量。例如,如图2、图4及图5所示,在无触点传感器146设置4个的情况下,在最上部无触点传感器146检测到信号的情况下,可将过滤部120内部的重量判断为5kg。并且,在下一个无触点传感器146检测到信号的情况下,可将过滤部120内部的重量判断为10kg。并且,在下一个无触点传感器146检测到信号的情况下,可将过滤部120内部的重量判断为15kg。而且,在最后无触点传感器146检测到信号的情况下,可将过滤部120内部的重量判断为20kg。这仅是例示性数值,可根据过滤部120的大小等改变检测的重量范围。
在此情况下,在弹簧缸142的流动压力临时增减,借助弹簧缸142的反力,无触点传感器146的检测范围发生变动,因此,在这种增减持续规定时间以上的情况下,可判断降雨流出水的流入。
优选地,若与这种降雨识别结果一同,在降雨结束之后(例如,12小时),通过排水等的过滤部120的干燥,过滤部120的重量较少,从而可以进行追加过滤,则防备下一次降雨,降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100的通信部150进入到通信待机状态。由此,当不降雨时,可以使待机电力最小化。
在降雨结束之后,在规定时间内,在最少1个以上的弹簧缸142持续检测到预先设定的基准重量值的情况下,可通过通信部150向外部传送降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100的检验和/或污染物质回收请求等警告信号。
并且,连接检测部140可包括用于检测当降雨流出水流入时发生的振动的压电振动传感器162。即,可通过压电振动传感器162,以电信号观测基于向捕集部130或后述的预处理部280流入的降雨流出水的流动的振动。
在此情况下,可通过在上述压电振动传感器162产生的信号启动上述连接检测部140,从而,可测定是否检测到无触点传感器146的磁铁148的磁力。即,连接检测部140设置有压电振动传感器162,从而,可通过电信号观测基于向捕集部130或后述的预处理部280流入的降雨流出水的流动的振动来启动连接检测部140及通信部150等。或者,不利用上述压电振动传感器162,而是可根据预先计划的规定周期开始计测。即,可根据预先计划的规定周期开始计测的无触点传感器146可在弹簧缸142的外部设置至少一个以上。
通信部150向外部传送在连接检测部140检测的信号。具体地,通信部150向外部传送在上述连接检测部140检测的过滤部120的重量。例如,通信部150可向外部传送在检测到磁铁148的无触点传感器146中产生的信号。在此情况下,通过检测当降雨流出水流入时发生的振动的压电振动传感器162产生的信号启动连接检测部140来测定是否检测到无触点传感器146的磁铁148的磁力,或者可根据预先确定的周期测定是否检测到上述磁铁的磁力,从而,可将上述电信号作为通过上述无触点传感器146的重量计测结果值向外部传送。并且,通信部150可向外部传送由在降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100的多个位置所设置的压电振动传感器162检测的信号。为了防备由连接检测部140无法检测到信号的情况而可设置压电振动传感器162。优选地,压电振动传感器162为了检测降雨流出水的流入与否、过滤部120的水位等而设置于捕集部130的斜面134、过滤部120的流入部分等。并且,在需要清扫过滤部120或者需要更换滤网的情况下,通信部150可向外部传送与此相关的信息。在此情况下,通信部150为了判断是否需要清扫过滤部120等而可设置控制模块(未图示)。为此,控制模块可以为设置有用于内置程序的存储器的微控制单元(MCU,Micro ControlloerUnit)。即,微控制单元起到大脑作用,并起到控制作用。微控制单元可内置于ROM、RAM电路,且呈芯片形态。
例如,在通过弹簧缸142或压力传感器162判断降雨结束的情况下,通信部150的控制模块可利用无触点传感器146及磁铁148来计算过滤部120的重量减少率。其中,过滤部120的重量减少率是指从降雨结束的时间点,随着时间的流逝,因降雨流出水的蒸发或降雨流出水的流出所引起的过滤部120的重量减少的比例。这是为了测定与降雨流出水的影响无关的污染物质的重量。
之后,在过滤部120的重量减少率为基准范围内的情况下,控制模块可对过滤部120的重量与过滤部120的基准重量值进行比较。其中,基准范围是指可检测通过降雨流出水的蒸发或流出,在过滤部120仅残留干燥状态的污染物质的时间点的比较值。并且,基准重量值为过滤部120可收容的污染物质的重量值。即,基准重量值可以与不限制降雨流出水的流动的过滤部120可收容的污染物质的重量相对应。
之后,控制模块能够以过滤部120的重量为基础来判断是否需要清扫过滤部120。即,在过滤部120的重量大于基准重量值的情况下,控制模块可判断为需要清扫过滤部120,在过滤部120的重量小于基准重量值的情况下,控制模块可判断为不需要清扫过滤部120。
而且,向通信部150传送的数据或由通信部150进行处理来生成的信息可存储于外部的装置或云平台等。
并且,通信部150可利用无线保真方式、3G、4G、5G等多种无线网络或无线通信网。例如,通信部150可使用NB-IoT、LoRa、Wifi、Blutooth low energy、LTE-M等的超低电力长距离移动通信网。
此外,虽然未图示,降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100还可包括传感部(未图示)及供电部(未图示)等。
传感部可包括:降雨流出水量传感器,用于测定向过滤部120流入的降雨流出水量;水位传感器,用于测定上述过滤部120的水位;以及温度湿度传感器,用于测定上述过滤部120周围的温度及湿度。降雨流出水量传感器、水位传感器的作用也可以由上述压电振动传感器162执行。可利用上述压电振动传感器162等来检测降雨初期的雨水或降雨结束的情况,在规定时间内,可测定向过滤部120流入的降雨流出水量,可测定过滤部120的内部水位。
供电部向通信部150等供电。上述供电部可利用太阳热来供电。例如,供电部可包括太阳热发电器件、蓄电池、外部电流引入线等。太阳热发电器件利用太阳光来产生电力,蓄电池暂时存储或供给从太阳热发电器件或电池等产生的电力,外部电力通过在临近建筑物或公共设施维护等所需要的电源设置电线来引入。
图8为示出图1的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置中的具有排水槽杆的过滤部的另一实施例的图。
参照图8,过滤部220包括由连接斜面222及杆225形成的排水槽杆。在过滤部220的下部设置用于雨水的排出及污染物质的堆积的杆225,在上述杆225与上述过滤部220之间形成用于雨水及污染物质的轻松移动的连接斜面222。
在此情况下,在杆225的内部堆积污染物质,雨水通过形成于杆225的排水孔2254向外部排出。通过由连接斜面222及杆225形成的排水槽杆,雨水通过排水孔2254排出,在杆225的内部堆积污染物质,因此,不使用额外的过滤袋,而是只需使用具有排水槽杆的过滤部220。其中,杆225可提供污染物质的堆积空间,并可提供能够防止过滤部220因无法承受基于降雨流出水流入的重量增加而坠落的现象的支撑力。
并且,可在杆225的一面形成透明窗2252,从而可观察内部。可通过透明窗2252来确认在杆225的内部堆积的污染物质的量,由此,可判断是否需要清扫杆225的内部。
图9为分解示出本发明另一实施例的降雨流出水过滤装置的图。
参照图9,与在上述内容中说明的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100比较,本发明另一实施例的降雨流出水过滤装置200还包括形成于一侧面以上的一个以上的预处理部280。以下,在相同范畴内,将省略对于本体110、过滤部120、捕集部130、连接检测部140、通信部150的详细说明。
预处理部280在捕集降雨流出水来向过滤部120的内部提供之前沉淀降雨流出水的粗杂质。如图8所示,预处理部280位于捕集部130的下部与过滤部120的上部之间,并用于过滤从捕集部130向过滤部120流动的降雨流出水的粗杂质。在此情况下,预处理部280与捕集部130可通过扣环等连接。
图10为示出图9的降雨流出水过滤装置中的预处理部的再一实施例的图。
参照图10,与图9的降雨流出水过滤装置200比较,图10的降雨流出水过滤装置202的预处理部282的结构不同。如图10所示,预处理部282由位于捕集部130的下部与过滤部120的上部之间的斜线结构物282A及位于上述过滤部120的侧面的侧部结构物282B形成。
图11为示出图9的降雨流出水过滤装置中的预处理部的另一实施例的图。
参照图11,与图9的降雨流出水过滤装置200及图10的降雨流出水过滤装置202比较,图11的降雨流出水过滤装置204的预处理部284的结构不同。如图11所示,预处理部284由位于捕集部130的下部与过滤部120的上部之间的中间结构物284A、位于上述中间结构物284A的至少一端的斜线连接结构物284B及位于上述过滤部120的侧面的侧部结构物284C形成。
在图9至图11中,捕集部130可在预处理部280、282、284形成扣环(未图示)来连接,或者可利用螺栓和螺母等来与上述预处理部280、282、284连接。
图12为分解示出本发明另一实施例的降雨流出水过滤装置的图。
参照图12,与在上述内容中说明的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100相比,本发明另一实施例的降雨流出水过滤装置300可代替连接检测部140来体现。以下,在相同范畴内,将省略对于本体110、过滤部120、捕集部130、连接检测部140、通信部150的详细说明。
如图12所示,代替连接检测部140,可利用压缩杆360来连接过滤部320等。具体地,压缩杆360可被本体110支撑或者可设置于垂直水路的壁等,将过滤部扣环328挂在上述压缩杆360,从而可设置具有过滤部扣环328的过滤部320,在压缩杆360连接设置测定基于过滤部320的过滤器滤网的下垂的拉伸或压缩的重量传感器362,可通过连接部件372连接上述重量传感器362与过滤部320之间。
其中,捕集部130可在被本体110支撑或者能够以铰链形态固定于可设置于垂直水路的壁等的压缩杆360。
对此,无触点传感器146可被重量传感器362代替,通过过滤部扣环328,将捕集部130与过滤部320的连接结构挂在压缩杆360或者可通过铰链等连接。
图13为示出图9的降雨流出水过滤装置中的与压缩杆相连接的结构的再一实施例的图。
如图13所示,连接检测部140与设置于垂直水路的壁等的压缩杆360直接连接,上述连接检测部140可以与上述过滤部120相连接,其中,捕集部130可通过在被本体110支撑或者可设置于垂直水路的壁等的压缩杆360以铰链形态固定的方法与连接检测部140相连接。
图14为示出图9的降雨流出水过滤装置中的与压缩杆相连接的结构的另一例的图。
如图14所示,压缩杆360可被本体110支撑或者可设置于垂直水路的壁等,通过将过滤部扣环328挂在上述压缩杆360来设置具有过滤部扣环328的过滤部320,压缩杆360与用于测定连接检测部140的弹簧缸142的压力的压力传感器374连接设置,可通过连接检测部140连接上述压力传感器374与过滤部320之间。
其中,捕集部130能够以铰链形态固定于可被本体110支撑或者可设置于垂直水路的壁等的压缩杆360。
对此,无触点传感器146可被压力传感器374代替,捕集部130与过滤部320的连接结构可通过将过滤部扣环328挂在压缩杆360或者通过铰链等来借助前端部的压缩力而固定于压缩杆360的方法进行连接。
图15为示出本发明一实施例的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置的监控系统的概念的图。
参照图15,降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置的监控系统10包括降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100及远程控制装置500。
在此情况下,已在上述内容中对降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100的详细结构进行了说明,因此,在以下内容中将省略详细说明。其中,降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100可被基于另一实施例的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置200、202、204、300、302、304代替。
远程控制装置500以从通信部150接收的降雨流出水流入与否和重量信息为基础来判断是否需要清扫降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100。
如上所述,可在降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100的通信部150判断过滤部120的清扫与否或滤网等的更换与否等。只是,通过通信部150接收在降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100的连接检测部140等检测的信号来在外部管理装置500进行判断,由此,可只需在以往的地下埋设型面源污染降低设施等适用感测及通信功能来使用。
可在外部管理装置500接收重量信息等,因此,可利用降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100来监控环境信息,降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100可被用成自动气相测定装置(AWS)。为此,外部管理装置500可包括:通信模块(未图示),可以与降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置100进行通信;判断模块(未图示),用于判断是否需要清扫过滤部120等;以及存储模块(未图示),用于存储在上述通信模块接收的信息及在上述判断模块判断的信息等。并且,1个外部管理装置500具有与多个过滤装置100进行通信的功能,由此,对各个过滤装置100计测的降雨流出水流入与否及污染物质捕集量进行比较,可在外部管理装置500判断特定过滤装置100的周边过滤装置100是否正常工作。
并且,在判断是否需要清扫过滤部120等的情况下,外部管理装置500可生成清扫必要信息来向管理人员提供。为此,外部管理装置500可包括用于显示视觉信息的显示器、用于发生警告音等的扬声器以及通过光来进行警告的发光器件等。
以上,参照附图,详细说明了本发明的实施例,本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员可在不变更本发明的技术思想或必要特征的情况下将本发明实施成其他具体实施方式。因此,以上记述的实施例在所有方面均是例示性实施例,而并非用于限定本发明。
Claims (7)
1.一种降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置,其特征在于,
包括:
本体,使降雨流出水通过上端被开放的开口流入,通过形成于下部的一侧面的排出口排出上述降雨流出水;
过滤部,位于上述本体的内部,用于过滤通过上述开口流入的降雨流出水,在下部设置有由连接斜面及杆形成的排水槽杆,所述连接斜面用于雨水及污染物质的移动,所述杆用于雨水的排出及污染物质的堆积,并且在所述杆形成有使过滤的所述降雨流出水向外部排出的排水孔和能够确认堆积的污染物质的量的透明窗;
捕集部,与上述过滤部相连接,用于捕集上述降雨流出水来向上述过滤部的内部提供;
预处理部,位于所述捕集部的下部与所述过滤部的上部之间,并用于过滤从所述捕集部向所述过滤部流动的降雨流出水的粗杂质,
连接检测部,包括一端形成检测部紧固部件且另一端形成检测部固定部件的弹簧缸,以上述弹簧缸的往复移动为基础来检测上述过滤部的重量,其中,固定于上述捕集部所具备的捕集部固定部件的连接环紧固在上述检测部紧固部件的紧固槽,并且固定于上述检测部固定部件的连接环紧固在上述过滤部所具备的过滤部紧固部件的紧固槽;以及
通信部,用于向外部传送由上述连接检测部检测的上述过滤部的重量,
上述连接检测部包括无触点传感器及磁铁,上述无触点传感器位于上述弹簧缸的外部,上述磁铁位于上述弹簧缸的内部并与上述弹簧缸的移动相联动,
上述通信部向外部传送在检测到上述磁铁的无触点传感器产生的信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置,其特征在于,在上述本体中,沿着上述开口的内侧延伸形成能够设置上述捕集部的本体卡定部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置,其特征在于,上述过滤部包括通过上部面被开放且在侧面及下部面分别形成有规定大小的多个过滤孔来具有过滤功能的过滤器滤网或能够插入过滤器滤袋的过滤器滤网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置,其特征在于,上述捕集部呈剖面直径从上部到下部逐渐减小的形状,与上述本体之间的连接通过本体卡定部实现,或者通过扣环与预处理部相连接,或者通过借助前端部的压缩力来以铰链形态固定于被上述本体支撑的压缩杆的方法与上述连接检测部相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置,其特征在于,上述连接检测部分别通过连接环来与上述过滤部及捕集部相连接,上述连接检测部设置有压电振动传感器,从而,通过电信号观测基于向上述捕集部或预处理部流入的降雨流出水的流动的振动来启动上述连接检测部及通信部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置,其特征在于,在上述连接检测部中,在上述弹簧缸的外部形成一个以上的上述无触点传感器,上述无触点传感器通过上述压电振动传感器的启动的电信号来转换成动作状态或者根据预先计划的规定周期开始计测。
7.一种降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置的监控系统,其特征在于,包括:
根据权利要求1所述的降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置;以及
远程控制装置,以从上述降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置的通信部接收的上述重量信息为基础来判断是否需要清扫上述降雨流出水污染物质过滤装置。
