taking the old piston assembly off the piston rod 2, and installing a new piston assembly;
the quick-release part and the piston rod 2 are driven by the jigger 13 to move the piston assembly 15 to a half position in the cylinder sleeve 16, the quick-release part is taken out from the hoop 14, and the quick-release part is disconnected with the piston rod 2;
and (3) connecting the external connecting rod 1 with the piston rod 2 again, and reinstalling the clamping head 3 of the external connecting rod 1 into the clamping hoop 14 to complete the replacement of the piston.
The invention provides a flexible and quick-disassembling piston rod convenient to disassemble, which is characterized in that a bolt-connected continuous structure is adopted, and a special quick-disassembling piece is adopted to realize quick disassembly of the piston rod by combining the structural characteristics of a slurry pump, so that the replacement time is saved to the greatest extent, the replacement difficulty is reduced, the defect that the whole piston rod is scrapped due to part of the damaged piston rod is overcome, and parts such as a spray pipe assembly 17, a cylinder sleeve gland and the like are not required to be disassembled when a piston assembly is replaced, so that the piston rod is more convenient and quick, and time and labor are saved.
