As can be seen from the above, the U-shaped glass curtain wall mounting structure 30 is obtained by splicing a plurality of small glass curtain wall units 40, and therefore, how to design a clamping mechanism to realize the fast and stable splicing of the plurality of small glass curtain wall units 40 is a technical problem to be solved by the present invention.
In the invention, the splicing frame 41 is provided with a clamping mechanism 50 (as shown in fig. 4), and the clamping mechanism 50 is used for realizing the rapid and stable splicing of two adjacent small glass curtain wall units 40.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the latch mechanism 50 includes: clamping base 100, movable clamping block 200, and elastic reset piece 300.
Wherein, the clamping base 100 is provided with an inserting receiving hole 110.
The clamping base 100 is provided with an inserting rod 120, the inserting rod 120 is located outside the inserting receiving hole 110, and the inserting rod 120 is provided with an inclined guiding surface 121.
The clamping base 100 and the insertion rod 120 are provided with a clamping block accommodating groove 130, and the clamping block accommodating groove 130 is partially arranged on the upper portion of the clamping base 100 and is separately arranged on the insertion rod 120.
The movable clamping block 200 is rotatably disposed in the clamping block accommodating groove 130, the movable clamping block 200 is a hemisphere structure, and the clamping block accommodating groove 130 is a hemisphere groove structure.
The movable clamping block 200 has a blocking protrusion 210, and the elastic restoring member 300 is used for providing elastic restoring force to the movable clamping block 200, so that the blocking protrusion 210 protrudes out of the clamping block receiving slot 130 and is located in the insertion receiving hole 110. In this embodiment, the elastic return element 300 is a tension spring. In other embodiments, the return spring 300 may also be a torsion spring structure.
Further, the latch mechanism 50 further includes an unlocking knob 400 (shown in fig. 4), and the unlocking knob 400 is connected to the movable latch block 200 via a rotating shaft (not shown).
It should be noted that, in the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the number of the latch mechanisms 50 is four, and four latch mechanisms 50 are respectively provided on four side frames of the splicing frame 41.
The assembling process of the small glass curtain wall unit 40 with the clamping mechanism 50 is described below (please refer to fig. 6 and 7 together):
in the process of splicing the two small glass curtain wall units 40, the insertion rod 120 on one clamping mechanism 50 can enter the insertion receiving hole 110 of the other clamping mechanism 50;
in the process that the plugging rod 120 enters the plugging receiving hole 110, since the plugging rod 120 has an inclined guide surface 121, the inclined guide surface 121 of the plugging rod 120 smoothly pushes the movable clamping block 200 to rotate by the blocking protrusion 210, and then the movable clamping block 200 is temporarily and completely received in the clamping block receiving groove 130;
when the insertion rod 120 is completely inserted into the insertion receiving hole 110, the elastic restoring member 300 provides elastic restoring force to the movable clamping block 200, so that the blocking protrusion 210 protrudes out of the clamping block receiving slot 130 and is located in the insertion receiving hole 110 again, and at this time, the protruding blocking protrusion 210 is clamped to the slot wall of another clamping block receiving slot 130;
the blocking protrusion 210 blocks the blocking piece receiving slot 130, so that the two blocking mechanisms 50 can be tightly locked together and cannot be released, and thus the two glass curtain wall small units 40 can be spliced together under the action of the two blocking mechanisms 50.
When necessary, the two glass curtain wall small units 40 need to be dismantled, the operation method is very convenient and fast, and only the unlocking knob 400 (as shown in fig. 4) needs to be screwed, the unlocking knob 400 can drive the movable clamping block 200 to rotate through the rotating shaft, the movable clamping block 200 can overcome the elastic force of the reset elastic piece 300 to enable the blocking convex head 210 to be completely accommodated in the clamping block accommodating groove 130, so that the clamping block accommodating groove 130 is not blocked by the other blocking convex head 210, the two glass curtain wall small units 40 are pushed away from each other, and the two clamping mechanisms 50 can be separated from each other, so that the two glass curtain wall small units 40 are dismantled;
it should be noted that, only by screwing the unlocking knob 400 on one of the clamping mechanisms 50, the currently rotating movable clamping block 200 will also push the movable clamping block 200 on the other clamping mechanism 50 to rotate, and the movable clamping blocks 200 on both clamping mechanisms 50 will rotate simultaneously and be completely accommodated in the clamping block accommodating groove 130, so as to achieve convenient and fast unlocking.
It should be further noted that, a receiving groove (not shown) is formed on the side frame of the splicing frame 41, and the receiving groove is used for installing the clamping mechanism 50, and when the clamping mechanism 50 does not need to be installed on one side frame of the splicing frame 41, the clamping mechanism 50 can be removed from the side frame of the splicing frame 41. For example, after the U-shaped glass curtain wall mounting structure 30 is obtained by splicing a plurality of small glass curtain wall units 40, the edges of the whole U-shaped glass curtain wall mounting structure 30 may have protruding latch mechanisms 50 (as shown in fig. 3), and these latch mechanisms 50 are not needed, so that these protruding latch mechanisms 50 can be removed from the receiving slots.
