Abstract
The invention discloses a novel fabric with stretching, twisting and color changing effects, which comprises a base fabric, wherein the outer surface of the base fabric is coated with a color changing resin layer and a water-based polycarbonate type polyurethane layer; performing press polishing treatment on the filled base fabric; coating a color-changing resin layer on the base fabric subjected to the press polishing treatment, and drying at a low temperature; coating the base fabric coated with the color-changing resin layer with water-based polycarbonate polyurethane, and drying at high temperature; rolling and standing the base fabric of the two coating layers until the coating layers and the base fabric are completely crosslinked and cured; and (5) washing and tension-free drying the cured finished product. When the fabric provided by the invention bears external forces such as stretching or twisting, the stressed part of the fabric can generate a color changing effect, the color is gradually changed from light to dark along with the change of the deformation gradient of the fabric, and the fabric can recover the original color after the external force is eliminated.

A novel fabric with stretching, twisting and color changing effects comprises a base fabric, and is characterized in that: the outer surface of the base fabric is coated with a color-changing resin layer and a water-based polycarbonate type polyurethane layer, the color-changing resin layer is formed by mixing water-based polyurethane resin, water-based organic color paste, color-changing wax powder, a dispersing agent, an organic silicon leveling agent, a polyether type defoaming agent and a thickening agent, and the water-based polycarbonate type polyurethane layer is formed by mixing water-based polycarbonate type polyurethane resin, an aziridine crosslinking agent, an organic silicon leveling agent, a polyether type defoaming agent and a thickening agent.

The production process according to claim 1, characterized in that: the mass ratio of the aqueous polyurethane resin, the aqueous organic color paste, the color-changing wax powder, the dispersing agent, the organic silicon flatting agent, the polyether type defoaming agent and the thickening agent is 1 (0.03-0.05): (0.03-0.05): 0.01-0.015): 0.005-0.01): 0.01-0.05), and the mass ratio of the aqueous polycarbonate polyurethane resin, the aziridine crosslinking agent, the organic silicon flatting agent, the polyether type defoaming agent and the thickening agent is 1:0.0025 (0.005-0.01): 0.002-0.005): 0.01-0.05.
3. A production process of a novel fabric with stretching, twisting and color changing effects is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) filling and leveling the cloth marks of the base fabric by using a gravure printing water-based polyurethane adhesive, and drying;
(2) performing press polishing treatment on the filled base fabric;
(3) coating a color-changing resin layer on the base fabric subjected to the press polishing treatment, and drying at a low temperature;
(4) coating the base fabric coated with the color-changing resin layer with water-based polycarbonate polyurethane, and drying at high temperature;
(5) rolling and standing the base fabric of the two coating layers until the coating layers and the base fabric are completely crosslinked and cured;
(6) and (5) washing and tension-free drying the cured finished product.
4. The production process according to claim 2, characterized in that: the drying degree in the step (1) is 70-80%, wherein the drying temperature is 70-80 ℃, and the drying time is 18-23 s.

The production process according to claim 2, characterized in that: the aqueous polyurethane adhesive in the step (1) is prepared by stirring and mixing aqueous polyurethane cold-resistant primer coating, deionized water, aqueous inorganic color paste, aziridine cross-linking agent, dispersing agent, polyether defoaming agent and thickening agent according to the mass ratio of 1 (0.2-0.3), (0.05-0.06), (0.01-0.015), (0.002-0.005) and (0.01-0.05).
6. The production process according to claim 2, characterized in that: the pressure light treatment temperature in the step (2) is 170-190 ℃.
7. The production process according to claim 2, characterized in that: and (3) coating the discoloring resin layer in a clearance coating manner, wherein the coating clearance is 0.35-0.45mm, the coating tension is 10-13kgf, the drying temperature is 80-85 ℃, and the drying time is 0.8-1 min.
8. The production process according to claim 2, characterized in that: the drying temperature in the step (4) is 150-160 ℃, and the heat treatment time is 0.8-1.2 min.
9. The production process according to claim 2, characterized in that: and (5) rolling and standing for more than 24 hours.
10. The production process according to claim 2, characterized in that: the washing temperature in the step (6) is 15-25 ℃, and the tension-free drying temperature is 100-120 ℃.
