Abstract

本发明提供一种托盘挤出模压装置,包括料斗、螺杆挤出机、真空排气口、片材模头、片材、切刀、横向导辊、位置传感器、物料推板、纵向导辊、纵向导辊支架、上模、下模;螺杆挤出机左侧与固定器件连接固定,右侧与片材模头相连,切刀设置在片材出口附近,物料推板与横向导辊垂直且位于横向导辊一端,纵向导辊位于横向导辊末端,纵向导辊下有纵向导辊支架支撑,下模与纵向导辊尾端相近。通过引入高背压的锥形双螺杆挤出机、大幅面板材模具先进行高填充木塑材料板材挤出,再经过自动化裁切、装模、模压成型,实现木塑材料在线挤出模压成型的自动化,解决了木塑材料流动性差无法进注塑成型大幅面异型制品的工艺难题。

一种托盘挤出模压装置
技术领域
本发明涉及模压装置领域,更具体地,涉及一种托盘挤出模压装置。
背景技术
木塑复合材料是一种充分利用农林废弃物与可回收再生塑料制备的一种兼具塑料加工性能与木材质感的新型复合材料。作为木塑复合材料的主要原材料植物纤维含量通常高达50%以上,高含量植物纤维的加入改变了树脂基体的加工流变行为,使其黏度升高,流动性、耐热性变差,注塑加工困难。物流托盘是一种工民用领域应用广泛的一种工具,需求数量巨大,性能要求各异,传统的物流托盘有一体注塑成型结构与组合式结构,注塑成型对设备要求较高,注塑机吨位较大,生产过程设备投入较高。组装成型的托盘结构相对松散,整体性较差,刚性不足,受力通常不能满足复杂的应用工况,用于生产该类托盘的材料多为一性加工而成的材料,托盘破坏以后很难再重复回收利用,给环境造成了一定的破坏,相应提升了整体物流系统的生物碳足迹。利用木塑复合材料一次模压成型物流托盘,一方面可以充分利用高填充木塑复合材料,减少传统石化资源的消耗,降低塑料污染强度;另一方面,高填充的植物纤维高值化利用缓解了农林废弃物的对生态污染的问题,改善了农村环境,提高了人们生活质量。但是因木塑复合材料流动性较差,很难通过注塑成型加工,且注塑过程属于高剪切历程,会对植物纤维产生烧焦现象,影响制品力学性能,挤出模压一体成型工艺技术则可以解决该问题。
发明内容
本发明针对高填充木塑复合材料流动性差,大幅面制件注塑困难的问题,提供一种托盘挤出模压装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种托盘挤出模压装置:包括料斗、螺杆挤出机、真空排气口、片材模头、片材、切刀、横向导辊、位置传感器、物料推板、纵向导辊、纵向导辊支架、上模、下模;螺杆挤出机左侧与固定器件连接固定,右侧与片材模头相连,切刀设置在片材出口附近,物料推板与横向导辊垂直且位于横向导辊一端,纵向导辊位于横向导辊末端,纵向导辊下有纵向导辊支架支撑,下模与纵向导辊尾端相近。
进一步的,切刀与位置传感器相连,当片材到达位置传感器设定位置,切刀执行切割运作。
进一步的,多根横向导辊通过链条由驱动电机同步驱动,位置传感器安装于最后一板横向导辊的位置。
进一步的,根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘挤出模压装置,其特征在于:纵向导辊固定于纵向导辊支架上,多根纵向导辊通过链条由驱动电机同步驱动。
进一步的,纵向导辊支架可以在打开的模压机上模与下模之间移动。
进一步的,螺杆挤出机、真空排气口与片材模头构成木塑材料片材挤出系统。
本发明的有益效果为通过引入高背压的锥形双螺杆挤出机、大幅面板材模具先进行高填充木塑材料板材挤出,再经过自动化裁切、装模、模压成型,实现木塑材料在线挤出模压成型的自动化,有效减少了人工操作,实现了对高填充木塑材料大幅面制品高效加工成型工艺,解决了木塑材料流动性差无法进注塑成型大幅面异型制品的工艺难题。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种托盘挤出模压装置:包括料斗、螺杆挤出机、真空排气口、片材模头、片材、切刀、横向导辊、位置传感器、物料推板、纵向导辊、纵向导辊支架、上模、下模;螺杆挤出机左侧与固定器件连接固定,右侧与片材模头相连,切刀设置在片材出口附近,物料推板与横向导辊垂直且位于横向导辊一端,纵向导辊位于横向导辊末端,纵向导辊下有纵向导辊支架支撑,下模与纵向导辊尾端相近。
切刀与位置传感器相连,当片材到达位置传感器设定位置,切刀执行切割运作;多根横向导辊通过链条由驱动电机同步驱动,位置传感器安装于最后一板横向导辊的位置;纵向导辊固定于纵向导辊支架上,多根纵向导辊通过链条由驱动电机同步驱动;纵向导辊支架可以在打开的模压机上模与下模之间移动;螺杆挤出机、真空排气口与片材模头构成木塑材料片材挤出系统。
将木塑材料颗粒放入料斗中,在螺杆挤出机的塑化下向前输送,植物纤维加热后挥发的水分通过真空排气口排出木塑材料熔体经过片材模头挤出成型,片材的宽度不大于托盘的长度或宽度;片材由在横向导辊作用下向前运动,当片材末端达到位置传感器设定的位置后切刀向下运动将片材切断;物料推板立即启动将片材推送至纵向导辊,纵向导辊支架带动纵向导辊以及其上的片材进入上模与下模之间的空间;当片材到达上模与下模的边缘位置,纵向导辊缓慢转动使片材逐渐落入下模模腔,纵向导辊支架同时向后退出,直至木塑片材全部落入下模模腔,纵向导辊支架带动纵向导辊全部退出上模与下模之间的空间;上模下压,木塑材料在高温与高压作用下压制成型托盘,冷却后将托盘取出、包装、入库。

Claims (6)

1.一种托盘挤出模压装置,包括料斗、螺杆挤出机、真空排气口、片材模头、片材、切刀、横向导辊、位置传感器、物料推板、纵向导辊、纵向导辊支架、上模、下模;起特征在于:螺杆挤出机左侧与固定器件连接固定,右侧与片材模头相连,切刀设置在片材出口附近,物料推板与横向导辊垂直且位于横向导辊一端,纵向导辊位于横向导辊末端,纵向导辊下有纵向导辊支架支撑,下模与纵向导辊尾端相近。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘挤出模压装置,其特征在于:切刀与位置传感器相连,当片材到达位置传感器设定位置,切刀执行切割运作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘挤出模压装置,其特征在于:多根横向导辊通过链条由驱动电机同步驱动,位置传感器安装于最后一板横向导辊的位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘挤出模压装置,其特征在于:纵向导辊固定于纵向导辊支架上,多根纵向导辊通过链条由驱动电机同步驱动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘挤出模压装置,其特征在于:纵向导辊支架可以在打开的模压机上模与下模之间移动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘挤出模压装置,其特征在于:螺杆挤出机、真空排气口与片材模头构成木塑材料片材挤出系统。
