The invention discloses an electric heating component and an electric heating device, wherein the electric heating component comprises a middle heating layer and protective layers at two sides, wherein first insulating layers are arranged on the surfaces at two sides of the heating layer; an electric heating device comprises a plurality of heating units connected in parallel; the leakage protector has the advantages that when the leakage phenomenon occurs on the first insulating layer, the leaked current can be led out to the external zero line from the conducting layer, the loss of output current is compensated, so that the tripping of the leakage protector can not be generated when the area is increased, the structure is simple, the original structure is not greatly changed, and the large-batch improvement on the existing products is facilitated; and the protective layer is made of materials with better insulating property, so that the use is safe, and the leakage protection performance is better.

With the improvement of living standard of people, floor heating (wall heating) devices are installed in markets, office places and families of residents. The floor heating that uses at present mainly has hot-water heating and warm two kinds of modes of electricity. The core of the electric heating is a heating component, which comprises a heating layer and protective layers on two sides, wherein two conducting strips are arranged on the heating layer and are respectively connected with an external live wire and an external zero line, and in order to prevent electric leakage, two surfaces of two surface heating layers of the heating layer are provided with insulating layers. The electric heating device has simple structure, convenient installation, quick heating and low use cost which is nearly 50 percent lower than that of the water heating device. However, for many years, the electric heating device has not been effectively raised in the market, and although the heating layer material has been developed from carbon fiber to the current graphene, the electric heating market still cannot compete with the water heating market. The invention solves the problems of the electric heating device for a long time, and plays a great role in promoting the market development of the electric heating device.
