Abstract
The invention discloses an aluminum profile supporting and guiding device for a cable of a shield machine for drilling a tunnel, which comprises: the base is made of aluminum profiles and is in a strip shape, and the base is used for being fixed on the front side of the winding drum; a first wheel set; wherein: the first wheel set includes: the first bracket is erected on the base; the four first guide wheels are arranged on the first support, four first guide wheels are arranged in a manner of being parallel to each other, the wheel surfaces of the four first guide wheels are wrapped into a first hole for the cable to penetrate through, and the cable penetrates through the first hole and is wound on the winding drum. The cable is limited by the first hole surrounded by the first wheel set, so that the cable cannot be separated from the wheel surface of the first guide wheel even if the cable is in a loose state and a cable-stayed state.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for supporting and guiding a cable used by a shield machine.
Background
The shield machine for drilling the tunnel in the prior art mostly adopts electric energy as a power source, so a power supply needs to be electrically connected with the shield machine by utilizing a cable, and the shield machine is a moving part, so that a storage device such as a winding drum is arranged on the shield machine to enable the cable to be timely collected and released.
In the prior art, a support guide device is further arranged in front of the winding drum to guide and support the cable before the cable is wound on the winding drum, so that the disorder degree of the cable wound on the winding drum is reduced as much as possible, the support guide device is generally a guide wheel erected at a certain height, an arc-shaped wheel of the guide wheel has certain guiding and supporting functions on the cable, and the disorder degree of the cable wound on the winding drum can be reduced to a certain degree.
However, guiding and supporting the cable by only one guiding wheel has the following disadvantages:
1. when the cable is in a slack state, the cable may be separated from the wheel surface of the guide wheel, and the guide wheel loses the guiding and supporting functions.
2. If the cable is in a cable-stayed state in a direction not perpendicular to the axis of the guide wheel, the cable may be separated from the wheel surface of the guide wheel.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the disclosed embodiment of the present invention discloses an aluminum profile support guide apparatus for a cable 100 of a shield machine for drilling a tunnel, the apparatus including: base 30, first wheelset 10, second wheelset 20.
The base 30 is made of aluminum section, the base 30 is in a strip shape, and the base 30 is fixed on the shield tunneling machine by a fastener and is perpendicular to the axial different surface of the winding drum 200 for winding the cable 100 on the shield tunneling machine.

The cable 100 is first inserted through the first hole 61.
The second wheel set 20 is erected on the base 30 and is located between the winding drum 200 and the first wheel set 10, specifically, the second wheel set 20 includes a second bracket 22, two second guide wheels 21, a second upright 23, and the sliding block 40 configured as above; the slider 40 is also connected to the base 30 as described above so that the slider 40 can also adjust its position on the base 30.
The lower end of the second upright column 23 is fixed on the slide block 40 by a flange and a fastener, and the second bracket 22 is fixed on the upper end of the second upright column 23; the second bracket 22 is processed into a shape like a Chinese character 'yi', so that a shape like a Chinese character 'yi' is formed in the second bracket 22, the two second guide wheels 21 are horizontally installed in the shape like a Chinese character 'yi', wheel surfaces of the two second guide wheels 21 surround to form a second hole 62, and the cable 100 passing through the first hole 61 passes through the second hole 62 and is wound on the winding drum 200.
A bearing seat 50 is also provided between the second bracket 22 and the second upright 23 to enable horizontal rotation of the second bracket 22 relative to the second upright 23.
The support guide rotation provided by the invention has the advantages that:
1. the cable 100 is limited by the first hole 61 surrounded by the first wheel set 10, which prevents the cable 100 from separating from the wheel surface of the first guide wheel 11 even in a slack state and a diagonal state.
2. The first hole 61 is enclosed by the wheel surfaces of the four first guide wheels 11, so that the cable 100 has one first guide wheel 11 to support the cable 100 when the cable is obliquely pulled in each direction, and the cable 100 is prevented from generating large sliding friction with the first guide wheel 11 by the rotation of the first guide wheel 11, thereby effectively reducing the abrasion loss of the cable 100.
3. The second wheel set 20 not only provides further support and guidance for the cable 100, but also is important: the second wheel set 20 enables the cable 100 to be wound on the drum 200 in a reciprocating manner from side to side by swinging, thereby enabling the cable 100 to be wound on the drum 200 more orderly.
