Detailed Description
The dismounting device 100 for the plug-in arrester or the plug-in voltage transformer for the gas insulated switchgear as shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a fixing plate 110 made of channel steel.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixing plate 110 has a downward fixing groove 111, and two smooth sides 111a and 111b of the fixing groove 111 have symmetrical long waist holes 112 and 113, and the long waist holes 112 and 113 are mainly used to facilitate the overall hanging and installation of the dismounting device 100.
As shown in fig. 2, the bottom of the mounting holes 114, 115, 116 is welded with corresponding internal thread sleeves 121, 122, 123, and round steel tubular conduits 131, 132, 133 are mounted on the lower portions of the internal thread sleeves 121, 122, 123.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper parts of the conduits 131, 132, 133 are provided with conduit external thread sections 131a, 132a, 133a, and the conduit external thread sections 131a, 132a, 133a are matched and screwed with the internal thread sleeves 121, 122, 123.
The upper part of the mounting holes 114, 115 and 116 is provided with a handle 150 through a thrust bearing 140.

In addition, a screw positioning screw hole 162 is formed in the middle of the screw 160, and a screw mounting through hole 163 is formed in the bottom of the screw 160.
The side surfaces of the guide pipes 131, 132, 133 are opened with long grooves 131b, 132b, 133b for observing the screw 140, and the bottoms of the long grooves are opened with arcs.
The centers of the handle circular tube 152, the screw 160, the internal thread sleeves 121, 122 and 123 and the guide tubes 131, 132 and 133 are consistent.
As shown in fig. 8, the set screw 170 passes through the elongated slots 131b, 132b, 133b and is engaged with the screw set screw hole 162, and the set screw 170 is mainly used for positioning and mounting the screw 160. When the screw positioning screw hole 162 coincides with the semicircular arc position at the bottom of the long groove 131b, 132b, 133b, the positioning screw 170 is required to be installed, and the position is the installation position of the positioning screw 170 of the dismounting device 100 (the initial position after the dismounting device 100 is installed).
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, depending on the usage environment, a hanging ring bolt 180 or a closed-loop metal chain 190 is attached to the detaching device 100, and the detaching device 100 is attached to the top of the lightning arrester 200 or the voltage transformer 300 by the hanging ring bolt 180 or the closed-loop metal chain 190.
With particular reference to fig. 11, in the inflatable cabinet frame 400, the dismounting device 100 is mounted in the inflatable cabinet frame 400 by positioning the frame holes 411 and 412 at the two sides of the inflatable cabinet frame 400 and the long waist holes 112 and 113 and then fixing them by bolts.
After the device is fixed, the circular ring hoisting bolt 180 is installed in the top threaded hole 210 of the phase plug-in arrester 200, and the hoisting circular ring 181 of the circular ring hoisting bolt 180 penetrates through the closed-loop metal chain 190 after being fastened.
Two ends of the closed-loop metal chain 190 are respectively sleeved into two ends of a through bolt installed on a screw installation through hole 163 at the bottom of the screw 160 below the dismounting device 100.
Firstly, the fixing bolt between the plug-in lightning arrester 200 and the gas-filled cabinet 400 is removed, then the handle 150 is rotated to enable the screw 160 to vertically lift upwards to eject the top handle circular tube 152, an upward force is acted on the top of the plug-in lightning arrester 200 through the closed-loop metal chain 190 to pull the plug-in lightning arrester out of the inner taper sleeve pipe plug 420 of the gas-filled cabinet 400, and the plug-in lightning arrester is removed after being pulled out.
With particular reference to fig. 12, in the inflatable cabinet frame 400, the dismounting device 100 is mounted in the inflatable cabinet frame 400 by positioning the frame holes 411 and 412 at the two sides of the inflatable cabinet frame 400 and the long waist holes 112 and 113 and then fixing them by bolts.
After the device is fixed, the circular hoisting bolt 180 is installed in the threaded hole 310 at the top of the phase plug-in voltage transformer 300, and the hoisting circular ring 181 of the circular hoisting bolt 180 penetrates through the closed-loop metal chain 190 after being fastened. Two ends of the closed-loop metal chain 190 are respectively sleeved into two ends of a through bolt installed on a screw installation through hole 163 at the bottom of the screw 160 below the dismounting device 100.
The plug-in voltage transformer 300 and the fixing bolt of the inflatable cabinet are firstly disassembled, the fixing bolt between the plug-in voltage transformer 300 and the inflatable cabinet 400 is disassembled, the positioning screw 170 is loosened, then the handle 150 is rotated to enable the screw 160 to vertically lift upwards to eject the circular tube 152 of the top handle, an upward force is acted on the top of the plug-in voltage transformer 300 through the closed-loop metal chain 190, the plug-in voltage transformer is pulled out from the inner taper sleeve pipe plug 420 of the inflatable cabinet 400, and the plug-in voltage transformer is removed after being pulled out.

a handle is arranged at the upper part of the mounting hole through a thrust bearing;
a screw rod penetrates through the guide pipe, the internal thread sleeve, the fixing plate mounting hole and the thrust bearing and is in threaded connection with the handle; the middle part of the screw rod is provided with a screw rod positioning screw hole, and the bottom of the screw rod is provided with a screw rod mounting through hole.
