Under the cooperative action of the two components, the power of the oil cylinders is reduced, and the lifting speed and the stability of the upright are improved.

When the upright post supporting assembly 3 is completely erected to the position of the use state, the supporting frame 3.3 on the upright post supporting assembly 3 is completely separated from the auxiliary erecting mechanism 2, only the upright post supporting assembly 1 supports the upright post supporting assembly 3 as an upper section, and the upright post supporting assembly 3 is supported by a basic fulcrum (namely, the rotating shaft 6 of the upright post supporting frame 3.3 is connected to the crawler-type pile driver platform 4), wherein the fulcrum is always connected in the non-erected state or the erected state. 3. According to the main upright post supporting mechanism 1, when the upright post supporting assembly 3 is completely erected to the position of the use state, the main upright post supporting mechanism 1 can also be used for pulling the upright post supporting assembly 3 to tilt, and the working range of the working part of the crawler-type pile driver is further expanded.

Claims (10)

1. An auxiliary upright post erecting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) arranging a main upright post supporting mechanism of the crawler pile driver, wherein the main upright post supporting mechanism is used for supporting the upper half part of the upright post supporting assembly in a horizontal state and applying thrust when the upright post supporting assembly is erected from the horizontal state to a vertical state, and the main upright post supporting mechanism is connected to the middle part of a platform of the crawler pile driver;
(2) arranging an auxiliary lifting mechanism for supporting the lower half part of the horizontal upright support assembly and applying thrust to the lifting of the upright support assembly converted from the horizontal state to the vertical state, wherein the auxiliary lifting mechanism is connected to the front part of the crawler-type pile driver platform;
(3) when the upright post support assembly in a horizontal state is erected, the auxiliary erecting mechanism is started, a pushing arm bracket on the mechanism is driven by the acting force of an auxiliary erecting oil cylinder, firstly, the auxiliary erecting pushing arm bracket is changed from a bearing state to be pushed to the upright post support assembly to be erected, and the upright post support assembly is pushed to a position forming a set included angle with a crawler type pile driver platform from the horizontal state under the pushing of the auxiliary erecting pushing arm bracket;
(4) after the upright post supporting assembly is supported to the position with the set included angle, the main upright post supporting mechanism is started, a piston rod connected with the upright post supporting assembly on the mechanism is driven by the acting force of an upright post inclined strut oil cylinder and an upright post inclined strut oil cylinder, and meanwhile, the auxiliary supporting mechanism is matched to further push the upright post supporting assembly to be lifted, so that the upright post supporting assembly is completely lifted to the position of a use state under the acting force of the two, and piling preparation is well carried out even if the upright post supporting assembly is in a vertical state.
2. A method of assisting erection of a column according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(5) when the upright post supporting assembly is completely erected to the vertical position, the main upright post supporting mechanism is further used for pulling the upright post supporting assembly to enable the upright post supporting assembly to perform the tilting action in the left and right directions: the supporting cylinder barrel on the main upright post supporting mechanism is connected to the crawler-type pile driver platform, the piston rod on the upright post inclined strut oil cylinder is connected to the movable supporting seat on the upright post supporting assembly, the piston rod on the upright post inclined strut oil cylinder can simultaneously stretch out and draw back, so that the upright post supporting assembly can tilt forwards or backwards, and the piston rod on the upright post inclined strut oil cylinder of the upright post inclined strut oil cylinder can selectively stretch out and draw back by a single piston rod, so that the upright post supporting assembly can tilt leftwards or rightwards, and the piling construction of the inclined piles can be implemented.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the mast support assembly is pushed from a horizontal position to a set angle with the crawler pile driver platform, wherein the set angle is in the range of 20 to 35 degrees.
4. A mast assisted erecting apparatus for carrying out the method of any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
a main column supporting mechanism for supporting the upper half part of the column support assembly in a horizontal state and applying thrust to the column support assembly converted from the horizontal state to a vertical state during erection, wherein the main column supporting mechanism is connected to the middle part of the crawler-type pile driver platform;
and the auxiliary lifting mechanism is used for supporting the lower half part of the horizontal upright supporting assembly and applying thrust when the upright supporting assembly is lifted from the horizontal state to the vertical state, and is connected to the front part of the crawler-type pile driver platform.
5. The mast assisted erecting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said main mast raising mechanism comprises:
the upright post supporting and fixing frame is used for supporting the upper half part of the upright post supporting assembly in a horizontal state and is connected to the middle part of the crawler-type pile driver platform;
the upright post inclined strut oil cylinder is used for pushing the upright post supporting assembly to quickly lift the upright post supporting assembly, and is connected between the upright post supporting fixed frame and a movable supporting seat on the upright post supporting assembly;
the cylinder barrel on the upright post inclined strut oil cylinder is connected to the crawler-type pile driver platform, the piston rod on the upright post inclined strut oil cylinder is connected to the movable supporting seat on the upright post supporting assembly, the piston rod on the upright post inclined strut oil cylinder can stretch out and draw back simultaneously, so that the upright post supporting assembly can tilt forwards or backwards, and the piston rod on the upright post inclined strut oil cylinder can selectively stretch out and draw back by a single piston rod, so that the upright post supporting assembly can tilt leftwards or rightwards.
6. The mast assisted erecting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said assisted erecting mechanism comprises:
the auxiliary lifting pushing arm bracket is used for pushing the stand column support assembly to quickly lift, a rotating shaft at one end of the auxiliary lifting pushing arm bracket is connected to the crawler type pile driver platform, and the other end of the auxiliary lifting pushing arm bracket is connected to an auxiliary lifting oil cylinder;
