(1) installing a lock head oppositely from the pull-close direction of one end of the zipper, and sewing 3cm cloth strips on two sides of the zipper respectively, wherein the width reaches (5 cm);

note that: and (4) performing spot check on the ready cloth cover to determine whether the cloth cover is suitable or not at the beginning and in the process of each batch of production.
1.3.3 cushion core buffering cotton cushion cover of lying on back
A. Blanking: cotton pad wool: 1, block by block; 2 neck arc ears are cut by using a sample plate;

(5) turning over the cotton sleeve, checking and finishing the manufacture;
note that: and (4) performing spot check on the ready cloth cover to determine whether the cloth cover is suitable or not at the beginning and in the process of each batch of production.
1.3.4 supine cushion core cotton cloth coat
A. Blanking: cutting cloth strips on one side of the neck arc according to a sample plate;

4.3.6 side-lying cushion core cotton cloth coat
A. Blanking: bottom 55 x 35.5 x 1 block, 20 x 35.5 x 1 block, zipper length 35.5cm, other and inner sleeve the same.
B. Sewing:

Example 2, referring to fig. 8 to 10, the side cushion core (b) of the present invention includes a side region (b 1) and a supine low concave region (b 2), the supine low concave region (b 2) is disposed in the middle of the side region (b 1), and the side region (b 1) and the supine low concave region (b 2) are transited in an arc structure, so that the comfort is better; also, referring to fig. 10, the supine foveal region (b 2) is formed with a curvature, one side being lower than the other.
Example 3, referring to fig. 11 to 13, the side cushion core (b) of the present invention includes a side region (b 1) and a supine low concave region (b 2), the supine low concave region (b 2) is disposed in the middle of the side region (b 1), and the side region (b 1) and the supine low concave region (b 2) are transited in an arc structure, so that the comfort is better; referring to fig. 13, the height of the supine depression area (b 2) is the same from front to back, and may be adapted to the needs of the customer.
The structure, the appearance, the material and the process manufacturing effect of the embodiment 1 are optimal, and other materials can be replaced by the same structure; the core part for lateral decubitus was manufactured in the same shape as in examples 2 and 3, but the effect was slightly weaker than that in example 1.

A cervical spondylosis rehabilitation device is characterized in that: the cervical vertebra curvature adjusting cushion is composed of two independent structures, namely a supine cushion core (a) and a side lying cushion core (b), wherein the upper part and the lower part are combined, and a cervical vertebra curvature adjusting cushion (c) is additionally arranged, wherein the supine cushion core (a) is formed by weaving cattail and is provided with a plurality of different thicknesses to form a plurality of different heights, and an upper neck support (a 2) and a lower neck support (a 3) are arranged in the width direction of the supine cushion core (a); the side lying cushion core (b) is made of kapok and bamboo fiber which are used as buffer materials, has a plurality of different thicknesses and different heights, and is provided with a supine low concave part (b 2) in the middle; the cervical curvature adjusting pad (c) is made of kapok and bamboo fiber which are used as buffer materials, a plurality of cervical curvature adjusting pads (c) with different thicknesses are formed, and the cervical curvature adjusting pads (c) are added or subtracted according to the cervical curvature; the supine cushion core (a), the side-lying cushion core (b) and the cervical curvature adjusting cushion (c), and the supine cushion core (a) are arranged and combined to provide a plurality of choices of different heights for users.

The cervical spondylosis rehabilitation apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the supine cushion core (a) comprises a cushion core main body (a 1), an upper neck support (a 2) and a lower neck support (a 3), wherein the upper neck support (a 2) and the lower neck support (a 3) are respectively arranged at the central position of the supine cushion core (a), a cervical vertebra curvature adjusting region is formed between the upper neck support (a 2) and the lower neck support (a 3), and a cervical vertebra curvature adjusting cushion (c) is arranged in the cervical vertebra curvature adjusting region.
3. The cervical spondylosis rehabilitation apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the upper neck support (a 2) and the lower neck support (a 3) are of semi-circular arc structures, and the diameter of the upper neck support (a 2) is larger than that of the lower neck support (a 3).
4. The cervical spondylosis rehabilitation apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the side lying cushion core (b) comprises a side lying area (b 1) and a supine low concave area (b 2), and the supine low concave area (b 2) is arranged in the middle of the side lying area (b 1).

The cervical spondylosis rehabilitation apparatus of claim 1, wherein: cervical vertebra curvature adjusting pad (c) be the cuboid structure, and interior multilayer buffering cotton pad (c 1) of joining in marriage, can add the subtract according to cervical vertebra curvature size and subtract the number of piles.
