the photovoltaic mechanism comprises a driving bevel gear (16), a cleaning plate (17), a cleaning block (18), a connecting assembly and two photovoltaic assemblies, the driving bevel gear (16) is fixed at the top end of a rotating shaft (12), the two photovoltaic assemblies are respectively positioned at two sides of the driving bevel gear (16), each photovoltaic assembly comprises a photovoltaic plate (19), a first roller (20), a driven bevel gear (21), a belt (22), a dustproof film (23) and two supporting units, the photovoltaic plates (19) are fixed on a top plate (3), the driven bevel gear (21) is meshed with the driving bevel gear (16), the driven bevel gear (21) is coaxially fixed on the first roller (20), two ends of the first roller (20) are respectively arranged above the top plate (3) through the two supporting units, and the first roller (20) is connected with the connecting assembly through the belt (22), one end of the dustproof film (23) is wound on the first roller (20), the other end of the dustproof film (23) is fixedly connected with the cleaning plate (17), two ends of the cleaning plate (17) are fixedly connected with belts (22) of the two photovoltaic modules respectively, and the cleaning block (18) is fixed below the cleaning plate (17).
