Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ecological environment, in particular to a garden permeable pavement structure.
Background
Rainwater is a valuable and economical water resource in cities. The rainwater is guided to the non-closed road surface from the closed road surface or the roof and is subjected to infiltration filtration of soil, so that the strength of surface runoff of the rainwater can be reduced, the groundwater is supplemented, partial pollutants in the rainwater can be removed, and the rainwater is removed on site to reduce accidents caused by water accumulation. The filtered rainwater can be used as city non-drinking water, so that the demand of drinking water is reduced, water resources are saved, and the pressure of city water supply is relieved.
In addition, rainwater collection can save the construction cost of a drinking water distribution pipe network, and considerable economic benefits are obtained. Therefore, rainwater collection on the water permeable pavement is a feasible rainwater utilization technology, and the water permeable design of the water permeable pavement is widely applied to the construction of various pavements.
Since the 90 s of the 20 th century, it has become popular internationally to cover urban pavements with water-permeable materials or to change previously-laid hardened pavements into water-permeable pavements to enhance the ecological effect of cities. However, after long-term use, the micro-pores are easily blocked to influence the water permeable effect, and under the low-temperature climate conditions in the north in long winter, the brick body of the water permeable floor tile is easy to be frozen to cause the strength reduction, and the cost of the water permeable floor tile is higher, thereby influencing the popularization prospect.

Drawings
Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a garden permeable pavement structure provided by the invention.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a gardens permeable pavement structure includes:
the method comprises the following steps that (1) an original soil base layer 1, namely an original soil layer, is paid off according to design requirements, and the original soil layer of a road bed is tamped or compacted by a tamping machine or a road roller according to design terrain to form the original soil base layer 1;
and the cushion layer 2 is positioned on the original soil base layer 1, the thickness of the cushion layer is 35-45mm, and the medical stone plate comprises silicate and kaolinite. The cushion layer 2 is a structural layer formed by a mixture containing sand, mud blocks and water, the sand is medium sand or coarse sand, the weight percentage of the structural layer containing the mud is less than 5%, and the weight percentage of the structural layer containing the mud blocks is less than 2%; a weight percent moisture content of less than 3%; in other words, the cushion layer 2 adopts medium sand or coarse sand with better water permeability, and the mud content is less than 5 percent; the content of mud blocks is less than 2 percent; the water content is less than 3%, and the thickness is 35-45 mm. Can prevent water or underground water permeating into the roadbed from rising due to capillary phenomenon, and relieve the influence of frost heaving of the water-containing soil matrix on the overall stability of the pavement structure.
The micro-seepage layer 3 is positioned on the cushion layer 2, the micro-seepage layer 3 comprises micro-seepage pipelines, each micro-seepage pipeline comprises a main pipe and a branch pipe, and the main pipes and the branch pipes are optionally distributed below the water storage layer 4 in a vein shape and are used for collecting and guiding downward seepage rainwater; gardens greenery patches are often equipped with in gardens pavement both sides, and each branch pipe of micro-seepage pipeline can be connected to the greenery patches, collects the water conservancy diversion to the rainwater of infiltration, carries the water source accuracy to plant roots, more is favorable to the plant to absorb, or water conservancy diversion to catch basin and municipal pipeline.
The water storage layer 4 is positioned on the micro-seepage layer, and the water storage layer 4 comprises a graded broken stone layer, or the water storage layer 4 consists of graded broken stones;
the permeable layer is positioned on the water storage layer 4 and comprises a gabion base layer 51 positioned on the water storage layer 4 and a leveling layer 52 positioned on the gabion base layer; the screed layer includes: a mixed layer of cement, fine sand and water, wherein the volume ratio of the cement to the fine sand ranges from (1-1.5) to (12-16), and the mud content of the fine sand is less than 2%; the cement content is less than 1 wt%, the water content is less than 3 wt%, and the thickness of the leveling layer is 30-40 mm; or the leveling layer is stone slag. In other words, the screed: the mortar is formed by paving cement and fine sand or stone slag, the volume ratio of the cement to the fine sand is 1-1.5: 12-16, and the mud content of the sand is less than 2%; the content of mud blocks is less than 1 percent; the water content is less than 3%. The water permeability coefficient of the bonding leveling layer is 2.0 multiplied by 10 < -2 > cm/s, and the thickness is 30-40 mm.
The gabion base layer comprises a gabion framework, wherein volcanic rock, ceramsite and pebble mixtures are filled in the gabion framework, and pervious concrete is poured on the gabion framework.
A gabion base layer: the interior of the gabion frame is filled with volcanic rock, ceramsite and pebbles in a mixed manner, and is formed by pouring head pervious concrete. The structure has the characteristics of enough strength and good water permeability.
The water collecting layer 6 is positioned on the permeable layer, wherein the water collecting layer 6 comprises a plurality of rows of medical stone plates, the medical stone plates are in at least one shape of square, diamond, wave and tile shapes, and are vertically or obliquely arranged relative to the original soil base layer 1, at least part of two adjacent rows of medical stone plates in the plurality of rows of medical stone plates are arranged side by side, and/or at least part of two adjacent rows of medical stone plates are staggered; and a mixture of fine aggregate and fine sand is filled between two adjacent medical stone plates, and optionally, the weight ratio of the fine aggregate to the fine sand in the mixture is 2: 1.
The prefabricated medical stone plates are in a special-shaped sheet structure (including but not limited to square, diamond, wave and tile shapes) with the side length of 25-30mm, and are vertically or obliquely and longitudinally arranged, so that a pavement structure is formed. Each row of stone slabs can be laid side by side in an aligned mode, can also be arranged in a staggered mode, can be spliced into various patterns and patterns, and is attractive and practical.
The medical stone has double adsorbability, on one hand, because the medical stone takes silicate as a main component, the medical stone has good adsorbability; on the other hand, because the medical stone contains clay minerals such as kaolinite and the like, has a porous spongy special structure and strong electrostatic attraction, has strong adsorption force on heavy metal ions and harmful toxins in water, and can remove heavy metals such as mercury, lead, cadmium, arsenic, fluorine and the like, and harmful substances such as chloride, cyanide, residual pesticide, trimethyl alkane and the like in water. The adsorption rate is 20000 times of that of the activated carbon with the same surface area. The adsorption rate to heavy metal and colibacillus can reach more than 96%.
The gaps between the adjacent stone slabs are filled with a mixture of fine aggregate and fine sand which are uniformly mixed in a ratio of 2:1, and the upper surface of the pavement is leveled. Rainwater can flow into the underground along with the broken stone gaps between the vertical surfaces of the stone slabs, and broken stones and fine sand can play the roles of primary filtering and water purification, so that the blockage of a permeable layer is prevented.
