Side pulleys 504 are provided at both left and right ends of the connecting portion 501, a movable plate installation groove 304 for placing the movable plate 5 is provided on the lower surface of the elevating plate 3, and side grooves engaged with the side pulleys 504 are provided on both left and right side walls of the movable plate installation groove 304. A fixed plate 7 is arranged at the top of the lifting bracket 2, a rotating motor 6 is arranged below the fixed plate 7, the lifting plate 3 is arranged above the fixed plate 7 and connected with an output shaft of the rotating motor 6, and balls for reducing friction force are arranged between the fixed plate 7 and the lifting plate 3. The lifting plate 3 can rotate on the fixing plate 7, can extend in different directions, and meets various use environments.
