The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the clothes are put on the conveyor belt 4 in use, the first rotary plate 7 folds sleeves of the clothes, then the conveyor belt 4 conveys the clothes away, when the clothes are conveyed to a certain place, the third motor 21 rotates to drive the limiting column 23 to move forwards, so that the limiting column 23 is just above the clothes, then the second motor 9 rotates to drive the second rotary plate 11 and the third rotary plate 16 to rotate, the collar of the clothes and the lower side of the clothes can be folded through the second rotary plate 11 and the third rotary plate 16 and the limiting column 23, the clothes are conveyed to the sliding plate 43 by the clothes folding conveyor belt 4, the sliding plate 43 slides the clothes to the packaging groove 45, the next half of packaging bags are fixed on the packaging plate 44 through the second roller 42 and the push block 36 and the third roller 48 before the clothes slide to the packaging groove 45, and when the clothes slide to the packaging groove 45, the first half of packaging bags on the first rolling barrel 26 are drawn out to the upper side of the clothes through the first roller 38, the heat seal 52 is then extended and retracted downwardly by the second cylinder 50 and the pressure plate 58 will first contact the bag, after which the second movable post 51 will continue to be pressed downwardly until the heat seal 52 also contacts the bag web, allowing the bag to heat-engage, and then the first cylinder 60 will press the cutting blade 62 downwardly to cut the bag.
