the bending die comprises an elastic piece (30), one end of the elastic piece (30) is connected into the bending groove (21), when the upper die (20) moves downwards to be matched with the lower die (10), the plate (200') to be bent is extruded to form a U-shaped plate (200) in the bending groove (21), the U-shaped plate (200) abuts against the other end of the elastic piece (30), and therefore the U-shaped plate (200) has the tendency to be separated from the bending groove (21).

The bend punch module of claim 1, further comprising: and a separation plate (31), wherein the separation plate (31) is arranged in the bending groove (21), is perpendicular to the punch (211), and is connected with the other end of the elastic member (30) so that the separation plate (31) and the elastic member (30) move synchronously.
3. The bending and punching module according to claim 2, wherein the separating plate (31) is further provided with a connecting hole (311) which penetrates up and down, and the connecting hole (311) is matched with the punch (211).
4. A bending and punching module according to claim 3, characterized in that said elastic member (30) comprises a compression spring adapted to be fitted over said punch (211).

The bending and punching module according to claim 1, further comprising bearings (22), wherein the bearings (22) are pivotally connected to two sides of the bending groove (21), the contour surfaces of the bearings (22) slightly protrude out of the side walls of the bending groove (21), the upper surface of the plate to be bent (200') is in rolling connection with the bearings (22) when the lower die (10) is matched with the upper die (20), and the shortest span of the contour surfaces of the two bearings (22) in the first direction is equal to the outer contour width of the U-shaped plate (200) in the first direction.
6. A bend-punching module according to claim 5, characterised in that said bearing (22) is detachably connected to said bending groove (21) by means of fasteners.

The bending and punching module according to claim 1, further comprising a pair of limiting plates (12), said limiting plates (12) being arranged along a first direction at intervals on both sides of the support table (11) of the lower die (10) to form limiting cavities (12A), said plate to be bent (200') being adapted to fit within said limiting cavities (12A).
8. A bend-punching module according to claim 7, characterised in that the span of the limiting cavity (12A) in the first direction is equal to the span of the outer contour of the bending groove (21) in the first direction.
9. Bending and punching module according to claim 7, further comprising at least one baffle arranged on at least one side of said confinement cavity (12A) along a second direction to define a second direction of said plate to be bent (200'), wherein said second direction is perpendicular to said first direction.
10. The bend punch module of claim 1 further comprising a guide mechanism, the guide mechanism comprising: the guide post (13) is arranged on the upper die (20) or the lower die (10), and the guide hole (23) is arranged on the lower die (10) or the upper die (20), and the guide post (13) is matched with the guide hole (23).
