as shown in fig. 2, the sterilization and deodorization box of the present invention further comprises a box body frame 5, wherein the box body frame 5 is a supporting frame formed by a plurality of mutually connected supporting rods 501, and the edges and corners of the main box shell 101 and each plate body of the box door are respectively connected with the supporting rods 501 to fill the blank surfaces between the supporting frames, so as to finally enclose the inner cavity of the sterilization and deodorization box. Here, the cabinet frame 5 is provided to improve the stability of the overall structure of the sterilization and deodorization cabinet of the present invention, and preferably, the main cabinet 101 and the cabinet frame 5 may be connected by a detachable connection structure to facilitate the production, assembly and maintenance of the sterilization and deodorization cabinet of the present invention.
Example three:
on the basis of the structure of any one of the above embodiments, it may be arranged that the photocatalyst material 2 is attached to the cabinet component 1, and the main cabinet 101 and/or the cabinet door 102 in the cabinet component 1 to which the photocatalyst material 2 is attached includes a porous material for ventilation; the main box shell 101 and/or the box door 102 to which the photocatalyst material 2 is attached are made of porous materials, so that when the photocatalyst material 2 in the sterilization and deodorization box is irradiated by the UVC light source assembly 3 to efficiently decompose organic gas to obtain carbon dioxide gas and water vapor, the generated gas can flow to the outside, and the gas pressure in the inner cavity is not too high.
Here, the porous material for ventilation may be any one or a combination of more of ceramic, ceramic foam, honeycomb ceramic, nickel foam, glass fiber, polyester fiber, and the like; there is no need to combine various materials to form a new material, as long as it can ensure that the main casing 101 and/or the door 102 to which the photocatalyst 2 is attached has good air permeability and sufficient supporting strength.
The material of the main casing 101 or the door 102 not adhered by the photocatalyst material 2 is selected arbitrarily, and has sufficient supporting strength and low cost, for example, a sheet metal member may be selected.
Example four:
on the basis of the structure of the third embodiment, the photocatalyst material 2 can include one or more of a nano non-metal photocatalyst material and a modified material thereof, a non-metal doped photocatalyst material, an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal doped photocatalyst material, a metal organic framework compound and a nano bismuth-based oxide; for example, the nano-sized non-metal photocatalyst material comprises graphene phase carbon nitride, boron nitride and the like, and the non-metal doped photocatalyst material comprises carbon doped C3N4Nitrogen doped with C3N4Etc. the alkali metal or alkaline earth metal doped photocatalyst material comprises sodium doped C3N4Potassium doped C3N4The nano bismuth-based oxide includes bismuth oxide, bismuth oxycarbonate, bismuth oxychloride, bismuth oxybromide, and the like.
It should be noted that the total thickness of the photocatalyst material 2 and the main box 101 attached thereto, or the total thickness of the photocatalyst material and the box door 102 attached thereto, should not be too thick, generally not exceed 15cm, otherwise the air permeability of the main box 101 and/or the box door 102 comprising the porous material is affected, and the photocatalyst material 2 is also attached to the inner wall of the pores of the porous material, if the pores are too deep, the radiation beam of the UVC light source assembly 3 may not irradiate the photocatalyst material 2 in the pores, which may cause the effectiveness of part of the photocatalyst material 2 in decomposing the odor gas on the object to be sterilized and deodorized to be very limited, thereby reducing the overall working efficiency of the sterilization and deodorization box of the present invention.
Example five:
on the basis of the structure of any one of the above embodiments, the UVC light source assembly 3 may include a plurality of common UVC-LED lamps 301 which are simple and reliable in structure and convenient to control; further, the UVC light source assembly 3 may further include a light source mounting plate 302 disposed in the inner cavity and providing a mounting position for the UVC-LED lamp 301, and the light source mounting plate 302 may be a hollow type or made of a transparent material, so that more radiation beams of the UVC-LED lamp 301 irradiate the photocatalyst material 2, and further the decomposition efficiency of the photocatalyst material 2 on organic gas is further improved.
Example six:
on the basis of the structure of any one of the above embodiments, at least one partition plate 6 for bearing the to-be-sterilized and deodorized articles can be arranged in the inner cavity of the sterilization and deodorization box, when a plurality of partition plates 6 are arranged, the to-be-sterilized and deodorized articles can be placed on different partition plates 6 in a classified manner, so that the to-be-sterilized and deodorized articles are prevented from being stacked and mutually polluted, and the sterilization and deodorization effect of the sterilization and deodorization box is better; more preferably, the baffle 6 is designed in a grid-like manner to facilitate penetration of the radiation beam and the flow of air in the cavity in which the baffle 6 is located.
Of course, the UVC light source assembly 3 may be disposed on the cabinet assembly 1 or on the partition 6, so as to illuminate the deodorizing articles to be sterilized and the photocatalyst material 2 from a comprehensive angle to a maximum extent.
Example seven:
on the basis of the structure of any of the above embodiments, it may be provided that the control assembly 4 further includes a controller, a time adjustment member 402, and a power adjustment member 403; the time adjusting component 402 is electrically connected to the UVC light source assembly 3 through a controller to adjust the operating time of the UVC light source assembly 3, and the power adjusting component 403 is electrically connected to the UVC light source assembly 3 through a controller to adjust the actual operating power of the UVC light source assembly 3.
The arrangement of the time adjusting component 402 and the power adjusting component 403 enables the sterilization and deodorization box of the invention to meet different sterilization and deodorization requirements more accurately under the adjusting action of the time adjusting component and the power adjusting component; here, the time adjustment component 402 and the power adjustment component 403 are both completed by using components with corresponding functions mature in the prior art, and the structure thereof is not described herein, and in addition, the switch control component 401, the time adjustment component 402, and the power adjustment component 403 can be selectively set to a key form or a knob form, or characterized as a touch screen control key, and of course, the above functional components can also be controlled by using a remote control technology mature in the prior art.
Example eight:
the exterior shape of the cabinet component 1 provided by the invention is cuboid, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the cabinet component 101 comprises a first plate 101a, a second plate 101b, a third plate 101c, a fourth plate 101d and a fifth plate 101e, wherein the first plate 101a and the second plate 101b are arranged at intervals and oppositely in the horizontal direction, the third plate 101c and the fourth plate 101d are arranged at intervals and oppositely in the vertical direction, and the fifth plate 101e and the cabinet door 102 are arranged at intervals and oppositely in the horizontal direction; the inner cavity is divided by the partition board 6 to form at least two sub-cavities which are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction; the first plate 101a and the second plate 101b have photocatalyst materials 2 attached to their wall surfaces near the inner cavity, and are provided with UVC light source assemblies 3.
The control assembly 4 of the present invention is disposed on a door that is convenient for a user to operate. The cuboid box component 1 has stable shape and large space of the inner cavity of the box body, and can contain more articles to be sterilized and deodorized.
Example nine:
on the basis of the structure of the eighth embodiment, the length of the outer contour of the box shell component 1 is 45-55cm, the width is 25-35cm, and the height is 45-55 cm; for example, the rectangular parallelepiped enclosure assembly is designed to have a gauge of 50cm by 30cm by 50 cm. The size is suitable for family scenes, and partial basic living goods can be placed in the size for sterilization and deodorization.
Example ten:
on the basis of the structure of the ninth embodiment, in order to match the sterilization and deodorization box with the above specification, the UVC light source assembly 3 may include 6 UVC-LED lamps 301 with a power of 1.5mw, wherein the 3 UVC-LED lamps 301 are uniformly distributed on the left side of the inner cavity, and the other 3 UVC-LED lamps 301 are uniformly distributed on the right side of the inner cavity and are arranged opposite to the 3 UVC-LED lamps 301 arranged on the left side of the inner cavity, so that the radiation beams in the inner cavity are symmetrically and uniformly distributed; the UVC-LED lamp 301 selects a small power of 1.5mw, generates less heat during working, does not have serious heat dissipation problems, and is set to work for 5-10s, so that enough time can be ensured to kill nearly 100% of bacteria, and the photocatalyst material 2 can be ensured to be irradiated by a radiation beam for a certain time to efficiently decompose organic gas.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that, when the sterilization and deodorization box of the embodiment of the present invention is used, the inner cavity needs to be opened through the box door 102, and the box door 102 is closed after the articles to be sterilized and deodorized are placed therein; the UVC light source component 3 is turned on through the switch control component 401, the radiation beam of the UVC light source component 3 irradiates the deodorant articles to be sterilized to kill bacteria on the articles, meanwhile, the radiation beam of the UVC light source component 3 irradiates the photocatalyst material 2, so that the photocatalyst material is beneficial to decomposing peculiar smell on the deodorant articles to be sterilized with greater efficiency, and therefore the basic functions of the sterilization and deodorization box disclosed by the embodiment of the invention are completed. Of course, when the partition plate 6 is disposed in the inner cavity, the articles to be sterilized and deodorized can be placed in a classified manner, and when the time adjustment member 402 and the power adjustment member 403 are disposed, the operating time and the operating power of the UVC light source assembly 3 can be adjusted through the time adjustment member and the power adjustment member, so that the sterilizing and deodorizing requirements can be met accurately.
The sterilization and deodorization box is particularly suitable for sterilization and deodorization of household articles for daily use of infants, and can solve the problems of complicated operation, incomplete sterilization and deodorization and potential safety hazard in the prior art.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included in the following claims and description. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the embodiments can be combined in any way as long as there is no structural conflict. It is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A sterilization and deodorization box for sterilizing and deodorizing articles placed therein, comprising:
the box shell component comprises a main box shell and a box door movably connected with the main box shell, and the main box shell and the box door surround to form an inner cavity for containing sterilization and deodorization articles;
the photocatalyst material is arranged in the inner cavity;
the UVC light source assembly is arranged in the inner cavity and is used for irradiating light onto the photocatalyst material and the to-be-sterilized and deodorized article;
the control assembly comprises a switch control component which is arranged on the main box shell or the box door and is electrically connected with the UVC light source assembly so as to control the opening or closing of the UVC light source assembly.
2. The sterilizing and deodorizing box as claimed in claim 1, wherein said photocatalyst material is attached to said box housing member, and a main box housing and/or a box door of said box housing member to which said photocatalyst material is attached comprises a porous material for ventilation.
3. The sterilizing and deodorizing box according to claim 1, wherein: the sterilization and deodorization box also comprises at least one partition board which is arranged in the inner cavity and is used for bearing the articles to be sterilized and deodorized.
4. The sterilizing and deodorizing box according to claim 3, wherein: the partition board is in a grid shape.
5. The sterilization and deodorization tank as recited in claim 1, wherein: the UVC light source assembly comprises a plurality of UVC-LED lamps.
6. The sterilizing and deodorizing box according to claim 5, wherein: the UVC light source assembly is characterized in that the UVC light source assembly is further arranged in the inner cavity and is a hollowed-out type or a UVC light source mounting plate made of a light-transmitting material, and the UVC-LED lamp is mounted on the UVC light source mounting plate.

The sterilizing and deodorizing box according to claim 1, wherein: the control assembly further comprises a controller, a time adjusting component and/or a power adjusting component, wherein the time adjusting component is electrically connected with the UVC light source assembly through the controller and is used for adjusting the working time of the UVC light source assembly, and the power adjusting component is electrically connected with the UVC light source assembly through the controller and is used for adjusting the actual working power of the UVC light source assembly.
8. The sterilizing and deodorizing box according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the outer contour of the box shell assembly is cuboid, a main box shell of the box shell assembly comprises a first plate body, a second plate body, a third plate body, a fourth plate body and a fifth plate body, the first plate body and the second plate body are arranged at intervals and oppositely in the horizontal direction, the third plate body and the fourth plate body are arranged at intervals and oppositely in the vertical direction, and the fifth plate body and the box door are arranged at intervals and oppositely in the horizontal direction; the partition plate divides the inner cavity into at least two sub-cavities which are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction, and the wall surfaces of the first plate body and the second plate body, which are close to the inner cavity, are both attached with photocatalyst materials and provided with UVC light source assemblies.
9. The sterilizing and deodorizing box according to claim 8, wherein: the outer profile of the cabinet assembly has a length of 45-55cm, a width of 25-35cm and a height of 45-55 cm.
10. The sterilizing and deodorizing box according to claim 9, wherein: the UVC light source assembly comprises 6 UVC-LED lamps with the power of 1.5 mw.
