Patent CN103238834B discloses a composition for treating skin itch and a preparation method thereof, the composition is composed of peach kernel extract, seville orange flower extract, mulberry leaf extract, perilla leaf extract and dark plum fruit extract, and the purposes of relieving skin allergy and skin itch are achieved by regulating blood, promoting blood circulation, dispelling wind and relieving exterior syndrome and inhibiting the generation of allergic factors in vivo. The purpose of treatment is achieved by oral administration.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composition for treating dry and itching skin and skin-care ointment thereof, which have the effects of dispelling wind, relieving itching and nourishing skin, do not contain hormones and antibiotics, are safe and non-toxic, have small side effect when being externally used on the skin and have remarkable curative effect.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a composition for dry and itchy skin characterized by: comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.2 to 0.5 portion of hirudin, 0.6 to 1.5 portions of aloe extract, 0.1 to 0.3 portion of prepared fleece-flower root, 0.1 to 0.3 portion of honeysuckle, 0.8 to 1 portion of glycerol, 0.6 to 1 portion of vitamin E and 0.1 to 0.3 portion of borneol.
The further technical scheme is that the raw materials of the components by weight are as follows: 0.4 part of hirudin, 1.2 parts of aloe extract, 0.2 part of prepared fleece-flower root, 0.2 part of honeysuckle flower, 0.9 part of glycerol, 0.8 part of vitamin E and 0.2 part of borneol.
The invention also provides a skin-care ointment for treating dry and itching skin, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) mixing the prepared polygonum multiflorum and the honeysuckle according to the weight ratio of 1:1, adding 6-10 times of water, decocting for 2 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate I;
2) uniformly stirring hirudin and aloe extract at a weight ratio of 1:3, sterilizing at 80-90 deg.C, inactivating enzyme for 10min to obtain mixture I;
3) mixing the filtrate I obtained in the step 1) and the mixture I obtained in the step 2), adding glycerol, and homogenizing at 80-90 ℃ by using a vacuum homogenizer to obtain a mixture II;
4) cooling the mixture II to room temperature, adding vitamin E and borneol while stirring, and preparing into colloidal ointment.
Wherein the functions of the raw materials are as follows:
hirudin: has effects in promoting blood circulation, dispelling blood stasis, promoting skin microcirculation, relieving skin, promoting skin absorption of other medicinal components, promoting local metabolism, and improving skin immunity;
aloe extract: contains a large amount of aloin, and has effects of keeping moisture, eliminating inflammation, inhibiting bacteria, relieving itching, resisting allergy, and softening skin;
preparing fleece-flower root: has effects in nourishing yin, nourishing blood, dispelling pathogenic wind, and removing toxic substances;
honeysuckle flower: disperse wind-heat, clear away heat and toxic material;
glycerol: moistening skin and keeping moisture;
and D, vitamin E: promoting blood circulation, and accelerating cell repair and regeneration;
borneol: clearing away heat and toxic material.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the composition and the skin care ointment are safe, have no toxic or side effect, are used for treating dry skin and pruritus, are externally applied to skin pruritus parts, are easy to absorb by skin, have the effects of dispelling wind, removing toxicity, resisting bacteria and relieving itching, and simultaneously nourish the skin, condition the skin, enhance the skin immunity, effectively consolidate the treatment effect and avoid repeated disease conditions.

The composition for treating the dry skin pruritus comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.4 part of hirudin, 1.2 parts of aloe extract, 0.2 part of prepared fleece-flower root, 0.2 part of honeysuckle flower, 0.9 part of glycerol, 0.8 part of vitamin E and 0.2 part of borneol.
Example 3
The composition for treating the dry skin pruritus comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5 part of hirudin, 1.5 parts of aloe extract, 0.3 part of prepared fleece-flower root, 0.3 part of honeysuckle flower, 1 part of glycerol, 1 part of vitamin E and 0.3 part of borneol.
Example 4
A skin care ointment for treating skin dryness and pruritus is prepared by the following steps:
1) respectively taking 10g of prepared fleece-flower root and honeysuckle, mixing the prepared fleece-flower root and the honeysuckle, adding 6 times of water, decocting for 2 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate I;
2) mixing hirudin 20g and Aloe extract 60g, stirring, sterilizing at 80 deg.C for 10min to obtain mixture I;
3) mixing the filtrate I obtained in the step 1) and the mixture I obtained in the step 2), adding 80g of glycerol, and homogenizing at 80 ℃ by using a vacuum homogenizer to obtain a mixture II;
4) cooling the mixture II to room temperature, adding 60g of vitamin E and 10g of borneol while stirring, and preparing the colloidal ointment.
The use method comprises the following steps: the ointment is applied to the affected part three times a day for 7 days as a treatment course.
Example 5
A skin care ointment for treating skin dryness and pruritus is prepared by the following steps:
1) respectively taking 20g of prepared fleece-flower root and honeysuckle, mixing the prepared fleece-flower root and the honeysuckle, adding 7 times of water, decocting for 2 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate I;
2) mixing hirudin 40g and Aloe extract 120g, stirring, sterilizing at 85 deg.C for 10min to obtain mixture I;
3) mixing the filtrate I obtained in the step 1) and the mixture I obtained in the step 2), adding 90g of glycerol, and homogenizing at 90 ℃ by using a vacuum homogenizer to obtain a mixture II;
4) cooling the mixture II to room temperature, adding 80g of vitamin E and 20g of borneol while stirring, and preparing the colloidal ointment.
The use method comprises the following steps: the ointment is applied to the affected part three times a day for 7 days as a treatment course.
Example 6
A skin care ointment for treating skin dryness and pruritus is prepared by the following steps:
1) respectively taking 30g of prepared fleece-flower root and honeysuckle, mixing the prepared fleece-flower root and the honeysuckle, adding 8 times of water, decocting for 2 hours, and filtering to obtain filtrate I;
2) mixing 50g hirudin and 150g Aloe extract, stirring, sterilizing at 90 deg.C for 10min to inactivate enzyme to obtain mixture I;
3) mixing the filtrate I obtained in the step 1) and the mixture I obtained in the step 2), adding 100g of glycerol, and homogenizing at 85 ℃ by using a vacuum homogenizer to obtain a mixture II;
4) cooling the mixture II to room temperature, adding vitamin E100g and Borneolum Syntheticum 30g under stirring, and making into colloidal ointment.
The use method comprises the following steps: the ointment is applied to the affected part three times a day for 7 days as a treatment course.
According to the application, the prepared fleece-flower root, the honeysuckle extract and the borneol are used for nourishing yin, clearing heat, dispelling wind, removing toxicity and relieving the symptom of skin itch, meanwhile, the hirudin and the aloe extract are added to achieve the effects of promoting skin microcirculation, diminishing inflammation and resisting allergy, and the glycerin and the vitamin E are used for moistening and moisturizing the skin and consolidating the effects, so that relapse is avoided. And the ointment is prepared and directly applied on the surface layer of the skin, so that the absorption is faster, the discomfort is relieved very quickly, and the ointment is deeply favored by patients.

A composition for dry and itchy skin characterized by: comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.2 to 0.5 portion of hirudin, 0.6 to 1.5 portions of aloe extract, 0.1 to 0.3 portion of prepared fleece-flower root, 0.1 to 0.3 portion of honeysuckle, 0.8 to 1 portion of glycerol, 0.6 to 1 portion of vitamin E and 0.1 to 0.3 portion of borneol.

Composition for cutaneous pruritus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the weight components are as follows: 0.4 part of hirudin, 1.2 parts of aloe extract, 0.2 part of prepared fleece-flower root, 0.2 part of honeysuckle flower, 0.9 part of glycerol, 0.8 part of vitamin E and 0.2 part of borneol.
