The device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the light sensing module comprises a resistor R1, a resistor R2, a light sensor RT1 and a capacitor C1, a first end of the resistor R1 is connected to the power input VCC, a second end of the resistor R1 is connected to a first end of the light sensor RT1, a second end of the light sensor RT1 is connected to the control module, a first end of the resistor R2 is connected to a second end of the light sensor RT1, a second end of the resistor R2 is grounded, a first end of the capacitor C1 is connected to the second end of the light sensor RT1, and a second end of the capacitor C1 is connected to the second end of the resistor R2.
