Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems that the leakage of a valve along a valve rod, a copper nut and a gate valve upper shell is caused by the failure of the conventional combined seal, and the replacement of the combined seal is accompanied by a certain danger during the common leakage, the invention provides a valve leakage controller and a method for a gas well wellhead.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the valve leakage controller for the wellhead of the gas well comprises a gas control device, a screw rod, an upper flange plate and a lower flange plate, wherein the upper flange plate is positioned above the lower flange plate, and the upper flange plate is connected with the lower flange plate through a plurality of screw rods; the air control device is arranged on the upper flange plate.
The gas control device at least comprises a transition piston ring sleeved on the outer side of the lower part of the valve rod nut, and the lower end of the transition piston ring downwards penetrates through the upper flange plate and is connected with the lower surface of the upper flange plate through outer threads; the transition piston ring is characterized in that a sealing spacer ring is arranged on the middle annular table surface of the transition piston ring, an outer cylinder is arranged outside the sealing spacer ring, a pressing cap is arranged at the top of the sealing spacer ring, a through hole is formed in the top of the pressing cap, an inner core is connected to the inner portion of the through hole in a penetrating manner, and the lower portion of the inner core is located inside the sealing spacer ring.
The inner core is of a hexagonal structure, and a plurality of sealing rings and O-rings are arranged between the outer surface of the lower part of the inner core and the inner surface of the sealing spacer ring.
The sealing spacer ring is in threaded connection with the middle annular table surface of the transition piston ring, and a sealing ring is arranged between the sealing spacer ring and the middle annular table surface of the transition piston ring.
The three-way valve is fixed outside the outer cylinder, the three-way valve is communicated with the sealing spacer ring, and the three-way valve is fixed with the high-pressure air release stop valve and the pressure gauge.
The outer side of the transition piston ring is provided with a limiting plate, and the limiting plate is fixed on the upper surface of the upper flange plate.
A valve leakage control method for a gas well wellhead comprises the following specific steps: when the internal combined seal of the external leakage valve fails and the external leakage condition of gas occurs, the valve external leakage controller is installed, the valve is slowly opened through the inner core, when the valve is opened to the maximum position, a tool is used for blocking a valve gas channel, after the blocking tool is blocked, the external leakage gas in the gas control device is discharged through the deflation stop valve, after the gas is completely discharged, the corresponding sealing spacer ring and the transition piston ring are removed, the upper shell of the valve is removed, and the combined seal is replaced.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
when the internal combined seal (packing) of the leakage valve fails, the valve leakage controller is installed, the valve is slowly opened by rotating the switch connecting rod, namely the inner core, when the valve is opened to the maximum position, a tool is used for blocking a valve gas channel, after the blocking tool is blocked, the leakage gas in the gas control device body is discharged by the gas discharging device, after the gas is completely discharged, the corresponding sealing spacer ring and the transition piston ring are removed, the upper shell of the valve is removed, and the combined seal is replaced, so that the occurrence of danger is avoided.

Example 1:
in order to overcome the problems that the leakage of the valve along the valve rod, the copper nut and the upper shell of the gate valve caused by the failure of the combined seal in the prior art can be caused, and a certain danger can be caused by the replacement of the combined seal when the combined seal is normally leaked outwards, the invention provides the valve leakage controller and the method for the wellhead of the gas well, which are shown in the figures 1-2.
The valve leakage controller for the wellhead of the gas well comprises a gas control device, a screw 1, an upper flange plate 9 and a lower flange plate 10, wherein the upper flange plate 9 is positioned above the lower flange plate 10, and the upper flange plate 9 is connected with the lower flange plate 10 through a plurality of screws 1; the air control device is arranged on the upper flange plate 9.
When the internal combined seal (packing) of the leakage valve fails and the gas leakage condition occurs, the valve leakage controller is installed, the valve is slowly opened by rotating the switch connecting rod, namely the inner core 6, when the valve is opened to the maximum position, a tool is used for blocking a valve gas channel, after the blocking tool is blocked, the gas leakage in the gas control device is discharged by using the gas release stop valve, after the gas is completely discharged, the corresponding sealing spacer ring 5 and the transition piston ring 3 are removed, the upper shell of the valve is removed, the combined seal is replaced, and the occurrence of danger is avoided.
Example 2:
based on the embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the gas control device at least includes a transitional piston ring 3 sleeved on the outer side of the lower portion of the valve rod nut, where the lower end of the transitional piston ring 3 passes through the upper flange plate 9 downwards and is connected with the lower surface of the upper flange plate 9 through an outer thread; the transition piston ring is characterized in that a sealing spacer ring 5 is arranged on the annular table top in the middle of the transition piston ring 3, an outer cylinder 11 is arranged outside the sealing spacer ring 5, a pressing cap is arranged at the top of the sealing spacer ring 5, a through hole is formed in the top of the pressing cap, an inner core 6 is connected to the inner portion of the through hole in a penetrating mode, and the lower portion of the inner core 6 is located inside the sealing spacer ring 5.
The inner core 6 is of a hexagonal structure, and a plurality of sealing rings 8 and O-rings 7 are arranged between the outer surface of the lower part of the inner core 6 and the inner surface of the sealing spacer ring 5.
Further, the lower part of the inner core 6 is of an inner hexagonal structure, a plurality of sealing rings 8 and O-rings 7 are arranged between the outer surface of the lower part of the inner core 6 and the inner surface of the sealing spacer ring 5 at intervals, the inner hexagonal structure of the lower part of the inner core 6 can be matched with the outer hexagonal structure of the upper part of the valve rod nut, and a sealed inner cavity is formed through the action between the sealing rings 8 and the O-rings 7.
The sealing spacer ring 5 is in threaded connection with the middle annular table surface of the transition piston ring 3, and a sealing ring 8 is arranged between the sealing spacer ring 5 and the middle annular table surface of the transition piston ring 3.

The invention provides a valve leakage controller for a gas well wellhead, which comprises a gas control device arranged on a leakage valve, wherein the gas control device comprises a transition piston ring 3 sleeved on the outer side of the lower part of a valve rod nut, a sealing separation ring 5 is arranged on an annular table surface in the middle of the transition piston ring 3, an outer cylinder 11 is arranged outside the sealing separation ring 5, a pressing cap is integrally formed at the top of the sealing separation ring 5, a through hole is arranged at the top of the pressing cap, an inner core 6 is connected in the through hole in a penetrating way, the lower part of the inner core 6 is positioned in the sealing separation ring 5, after the inner combined seal (packing) of the leakage valve fails, the valve leakage controller is arranged, the valve is slowly opened by rotating a switch connecting rod, namely the inner core 6, when the valve is opened to the maximum position, a tool is used for blocking a valve gas channel, after a blocking tool is blocked, the leakage gas in the gas control device body is discharged by using a deflation stop valve, after the gas discharge is completed, the corresponding sealing separation ring 5 and the piston ring 3 are removed, and the upper shell of the valve is removed, and the danger of the combination is avoided.
