Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electric power overhaul tools, and particularly relates to a supporting device for replacing auxiliary materials of an iron tower.
Background
In order to further improve the intrinsic safety level of the overhead transmission line crossing the high-speed railway, the highway and the important transmission channel section (hereinafter referred to as three spans for short), ensure the safety and the stability of the three spans and the crossed objects, ensure the public safety and the power grid safety, and replace the iron tower with the strength which does not meet the requirement of the three spans for eliminating the hidden danger that the structural importance coefficient of the three spans tower of the transmission line is lower than 1.1. However, the workload and the cost for replacing the whole base iron tower are large, the cost is high, and the limitation of the terrain is large, so that if the tower material of the iron tower which does not meet the requirement of three spans can be replaced pertinently, the workload and the cost can be greatly reduced. Based on the above factors, it is necessary to develop a supporting device for replacing auxiliary materials of an iron tower, which can respectively replace two parts of auxiliary materials of a main column of the iron tower and auxiliary materials of a cross arm of the iron tower, thereby ensuring the personal safety of workers and improving the working efficiency of maintenance work.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the supporting device for replacing the auxiliary materials of the iron tower, which can respectively replace the main column auxiliary materials of the iron tower and the cross arm auxiliary materials of the iron tower, ensure the personal safety of workers and improve the working efficiency of maintenance work.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a supporting device for replacing auxiliary materials of an iron tower comprises a hydraulic screw rod mechanism, a sleeve structure, a pair of cross arm clamping seats and a pair of main column clamping seats, wherein the pair of cross arm clamping seats comprises a first cross arm clamping seat and a second cross arm clamping seat;
the length of the sleeve structure is adjustable, the hydraulic screw mechanism is a bidirectional hydraulic pump, the sleeve structure is made of 2A12 aluminum alloy materials, the yield strength is larger than or equal to 265mpa, and the tensile strength is larger than or equal to 410 mpa.
Furthermore, the sleeve structure includes an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, a plurality of through holes are formed in the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, the inner sleeve is inserted into the outer sleeve, and the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are fixed through the bolt insertion through holes, so that the length change of the sleeve structure is realized, and a pair of fixing plates is arranged at one end, located on the outer side, of the inner sleeve.
Furthermore, the first cross arm clamping seat comprises a bottom plate and a T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate, the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate through bolts, a frame-type fixing support is arranged on the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate, a pair of fixing lug clamps are detachably arranged on the fixing support, bolt fixing holes are formed in the fixing lug clamps, and the outer sleeve can be connected with the fixing lug clamps through bolts;
the second cross arm clamping seat comprises a bottom plate and a T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate, the bottom plate and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate are fixedly connected through bolts, a frame-shaped fixing support is arranged on the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate, and a pair of connecting plates parallel to the bottom plate are fixedly arranged on the fixing support in parallel.
Furthermore, the first main column clamping seat comprises a bottom plate and a T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate, the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate through bolts, a frame-type fixing support is arranged on the bottom plate, a pair of fixing lug clamps are detachably arranged on the fixing support, bolt fixing holes are formed in the fixing lug clamps, and the outer sleeve can be connected with the fixing lug clamps through bolts;
the second main column clamping seat comprises a bottom plate and a T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate, the bottom plate and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate are fixedly connected through bolts, a frame-shaped fixing support is arranged on the bottom plate, and a connecting plate parallel to the bottom plate is fixedly arranged on the fixing support.
Furthermore, a connecting block is fixedly arranged at the telescopic end of the hydraulic screw mechanism, at least one pair of sliding rollers is fixedly arranged on the connecting block, and the sliding rollers penetrate through the body of the hydraulic screw mechanism and can drive the sliding rollers to stretch when the telescopic end of the hydraulic screw mechanism stretches.
Furthermore, a first parallel fixing plate and a pair of second parallel fixing plates are respectively and fixedly arranged at the telescopic end and the body end of the hydraulic screw rod mechanism, a connecting plate of the second cross arm clamping seat or the second main column clamping seat can be inserted between the pair of second parallel fixing plates and is fixedly connected with the second parallel fixing plates, and the pair of fixing plates of the inner sleeve can be fixedly connected with the first parallel fixing plates.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
the iron tower auxiliary material replacing and supporting device is high in safety coefficient, convenient to install, light in weight and high in universality, the working load can reach 25KN, the device is suitable for angle steel towers of various types, and the iron tower auxiliary materials needing to be replaced can be effectively replaced.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 19, the supporting device for replacing auxiliary materials of an iron tower provided in this embodiment includes a hydraulic screw mechanism 1, a sleeve structure 2, a pair of cross arm clamping seats and a pair of main column clamping seats, where the pair of cross arm clamping seats includes a first cross arm clamping seat 3 and a second cross arm clamping seat 4, the pair of main column clamping seats includes a first main column clamping seat 5 and a second main column clamping seat 6, one end of the sleeve structure 2 is fixedly connected to the first cross arm clamping seat 3 or the first main column clamping seat 5, the other end is fixedly connected to the hydraulic screw mechanism 1, and the other end of the hydraulic screw mechanism 1 is fixedly connected to the second cross arm clamping seat 4 or the second main column clamping seat 6;
the length of the sleeve structure 2 is adjustable, the hydraulic screw mechanism 1 is a bidirectional hydraulic pump, the sleeve structure 2 is made of 2A12 aluminum alloy materials, the yield strength is larger than or equal to 265mpa, and the tensile strength is larger than or equal to 410 mpa.
It should be noted that the sleeve structure 2 includes an inner sleeve 201 and an outer sleeve 202, a plurality of through holes 203 are respectively formed in the inner sleeve 201 and the outer sleeve 202, the inner sleeve 201 is inserted into the outer sleeve 202, and is fixed by inserting bolts into the through holes 203, so as to change the length of the sleeve structure 2, and a pair of fixing plates 204 is disposed at one end of the inner sleeve 201 located at the outer side.
Further, the first cross arm clamping seat 3 comprises a bottom plate 301 and a T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate 302, the bottom plate 301 and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate 302 are fixedly connected through bolts, a frame-type fixing support 303 is arranged on the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate 302, a pair of fixing ear clamps 304 are detachably arranged on the fixing support 303, bolt fixing holes 305 are arranged on the fixing ear clamps 304, and the outer sleeve 202 can be in bolt connection with the fixing ear clamps 304;
the second cross arm clamping seat 4 comprises a bottom plate 401 and a T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate 402, the bottom plate 401 and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate 402 are fixedly connected through bolts, a frame-shaped fixing support 403 is arranged on the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate 402, and a pair of connecting plates 404 parallel to the bottom plate 401 is fixedly arranged on the fixing support 403 in parallel.
Further, the first main column clamping seat 5 includes a bottom plate 501 and a T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate 502, the bottom plate 501 and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate 502 are fixedly connected through a bolt, a frame-shaped fixing support 503 is arranged on the bottom plate 501, a pair of fixing ear clamps 504 are detachably arranged on the fixing support 503, a bolt fixing hole 505 is arranged on the fixing ear clamp 504, and the outer sleeve 202 can be connected with the fixing ear clamps 504 through bolts;
the second main column clamping seat 6 comprises a bottom plate 601 and a T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate 602, the bottom plate 601 and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate 602 are fixedly connected through bolts, a frame-shaped fixing support 603 is arranged on the bottom plate 601, and a connecting plate 604 parallel to the bottom plate 601 is fixedly arranged on the fixing support 603.
Further, it can be considered that a connection block 101 is fixedly arranged at a telescopic end of the hydraulic screw mechanism 1, at least one pair of sliding rollers 102 is fixedly arranged on the connection block 101, and the sliding rollers 102 penetrate through a body of the hydraulic screw mechanism 1 and can drive the sliding rollers 102 to stretch when the telescopic end of the hydraulic screw mechanism 1 stretches.
It should be noted that the telescopic end and the body end of the hydraulic screw mechanism 1 are respectively and fixedly provided with a first parallel fixing plate 103 and a pair of second parallel fixing plates 104, the connecting plate of the second cross arm clamping seat 4 or the second main column clamping seat 6 can be inserted between and fixedly connected with the pair of second parallel fixing plates 104, and the pair of fixing plates 204 of the inner sleeve 201 can be fixedly connected with the first parallel fixing plate 103.
It should be noted that the fixing and connecting manner in the present invention adopts conventional means such as bolts, rivets, welding, etc. which are mature in the prior art, and is not described herein again, but due to the above reasons, the repeated reproduction of those skilled in the art will not be affected.
For example, in this embodiment, when the main column auxiliary material of the iron tower needs to be replaced, the first main column clamping seat and the second main column clamping seat are respectively clamped at two ends of the main column auxiliary material needing to be replaced, it should be noted that the main column auxiliary material is clamped between the bottom plate of the first main column clamping seat and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate, and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate is used for adapting to the L-shaped main column auxiliary material 7, as shown in fig. 9, the main column auxiliary material at the other end is clamped between the bottom plate of the second main column clamping seat and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate, and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate is used for adapting to the L-shaped main column auxiliary material 8, as shown in fig. 12, and the bottom plate and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate are fixedly connected by bolts; a first parallel fixing plate at the telescopic end of the hydraulic screw mechanism is inserted into and fixedly connected with a pair of fixing plates of the inner sleeve, a pair of second parallel fixing plates at the body end of the hydraulic screw mechanism is fixedly connected with a connecting plate of a second main column clamping seat, and the outer sleeve is connected with a fixing lug clamp of the first main column clamping seat through a bolt; the device main body is made of alloy steel and aluminum alloy, so that the weight is reduced as much as possible;
when the cross arm auxiliary material of the iron tower needs to be replaced, the first cross arm clamping seat and the second cross arm clamping seat are respectively clamped at two ends of the cross arm auxiliary material needing to be replaced, it needs to be explained that the cross arm auxiliary material is clamped between a bottom plate of the first cross arm clamping seat and a T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate, the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate is used for adapting to an L-shaped cross arm auxiliary material, the cross arm auxiliary material at the other end is clamped between the bottom plate of the second cross arm clamping seat and the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate, the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate is used for adapting to an L-shaped cross arm auxiliary material 9, as shown in fig. 18, and the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the T-shaped auxiliary material clamping plate through bolts; a first parallel fixing plate at the telescopic end of the hydraulic screw mechanism is inserted into and fixedly connected with a pair of fixing plates of the inner sleeve, a pair of second parallel fixing plates at the body end of the hydraulic screw mechanism is fixedly connected with a connecting plate of a second cross arm clamping seat, and it needs to be explained that which connecting plate on the second cross arm clamping seat is connected with the pair of second parallel fixing plates of the hydraulic screw mechanism is adjusted according to the angle of the plane angle steel on the cross arm, and the outer sleeve is connected with a fixing lug clamp of the first cross arm clamping seat through a bolt; the device main part adopts alloy steel and aluminum alloy material, lightens weight as far as possible.
