The quick positioning fixture is adopted for processing, the positioning boss and the floating support mechanism are utilized to realize quick and accurate installation of the bearing seat, the circumference positioning mechanism is utilized to quickly position the circumference of the appearance of the bearing seat blank, and the pressing plate mechanism is used for pressing a workpiece; the whole clamp operation process does not need any hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and other power equipment, and the quick positioning and clamping of the bearing seat can be realized only through simple manual operation of an operator. When the fixture is used, the fixture base plate 2 is fixed on a machine tool workbench, an inner hole of the bearing seat 1 is arranged in the shaft part of the positioning boss 5, the excircle and the step surface of the shaft part of the positioning boss 5 are used for positioning the inner hole and the end surface of the bearing seat 1, and the bearing seat 1 is supported by the positioning boss 5 and the floating support mechanism 4 together; a hexagonal end cover 11 is rotated by using a general tool to drive a cam 10 to rotate around a pin shaft 9 fixed on a bottom plate 2, the cam 10 pushes a sliding plate 7 to move forwards, one end of a circumference positioning plate 8 connected with the sliding plate 7, which is contacted with a bearing seat 1, pushes the bearing seat 1 to rotate around the center of a positioning boss 5 until two ends of the circumference positioning plate 8 are contacted with the bearing seat 1, and the circumferential positioning of the bearing seat 1 is realized; after the positioning operation is finished, a pressing plate of the pressing plate mechanism 6 is installed, and a bolt in the pressing plate mechanism 6 is rotated to press the bearing seat 1.
The circumference locating plate 8 in this embodiment is a U-shaped structure, and the end parts of both ends are provided with rotating pinch rollers. The bearing seat is positioned and fixed by the better matched positioning lug boss. And the hexagonal end cover 11 is provided with a screw locked with the pin shaft 9 so as to lock the cam and ensure the positioning and fixing work of the circumference positioning mechanism.
The pressing plate in the pressing plate mechanism 6 in the embodiment is a U-shaped clamp, and the pressing plate can be installed or removed by rotating a little nut on the bolt, and is quickly pressed or loosened to realize quick operation.
