The drilling equipment refers to a machine and equipment which uses a tool harder and sharper than a target object to leave a cylindrical hole or hole in the target object by means of rotary cutting or rotary extrusion, and plays an important role in industrial production. The drilling device is also needed in the steel plate processing process, holes are processed on the drilling device, and subsequent processing and use are facilitated. The existing steel plate drilling device can only vertically drill a steel plate, so that the drilled vertical steel plate is drilled, and a more complex process is needed when an inclined hole needs to be drilled; in addition, the structure of adopting the water spray usually cools off to the cooling of drill bit at current drilling in-process, is about to the cooling water directly spout on the drill bit, though also can play the effect of cooling, but the spun water yield is less, and the heat on the drill bit can't be quick is walked by the hosepipe, and the cooling effect is poor, and the drill bit temperature is still very high, is unfavorable for the life of drill bit. Therefore, there is a need for an improved steel plate drilling apparatus that solves the above problems.

The invention aims to provide an angle-adjustable drilling device for processing a steel plate, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a drilling device capable of adjusting angles for processing a steel plate comprises an operation table, supporting legs, supporting columns, a top plate, a feeding hydraulic cylinder and a lifting plate; the lower sides of four corners of the operating platform are fixedly provided with supporting legs for supporting the operating platform, vertical supporting columns are fixedly arranged on the four corners of the upper side of the operating platform, and the upper ends of the supporting columns are fixedly provided with horizontal top plates so that the top plates are fixedly arranged above the operating platform; a feeding hydraulic cylinder which is telescopic in the vertical direction is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the top plate, a horizontal lifting plate is fixedly arranged on the output end of the feeding hydraulic cylinder, the lifting plate ascends and descends in the vertical direction, a drilling motor which faces vertically downwards is fixedly arranged at the central position of the lower side of the lifting plate, a drill bit is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the drilling motor, and the drilling motor drives the drill bit to drill a steel plate below the drill bit; the left side and the right side of the drilling motor are provided with pressing cylinders fixed on the lifting plate, the pressing cylinders are vertically arranged, each pressing cylinder is composed of a sleeve, a piston located in the sleeve and a piston rod installed on the piston, a sealing structure is arranged in the sleeve, the piston is located at the lowest end in a natural state, and when the piston rod receives pressure, the piston moves to compress the air in the piston and generate downward pressure; the pressing plate is arranged at the lower end of the pressing cylinder, and the pressing cylinder is rotatably connected with the pressing plate through a horizontal pin shaft, so that the angle of the pressing plate can be adjusted in the water direction, the steel plate can be adaptively adjusted according to different inclinations, and the pressing force on the steel plate is ensured; the drill bit is characterized in that a placing plate with an angle adjusted in the vertical direction is arranged below the drill bit, one end of the placing plate is rotatably connected to the operating table through a supporting seat, and an ejector rod which ascends and descends in the vertical direction is arranged on the lower side of the other end of the placing plate.
Further: the sliding sleeve is fixedly installed on the position, corresponding to the lifting plate, of the supporting column, and the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the supporting column and in clearance fit with the supporting column, so that the sliding sleeve slides on the outer side of the supporting column, and the sliding sleeve is prevented from being deviated in the horizontal direction.
Further: ejector pin fixed connection is on angle adjusting cylinder's output shaft, reciprocates through angle adjusting cylinder drive ejector pin, carries out lifting or decline to placing the board this end, changes the inclination of placing the board.
Further: the outside cover of drill bit is equipped with the cooling water cover of installing on the clamp plate, and the intercommunication has the water pipe in the cooling water cover, sends into the cooling water in the cooling water cover, and attached on the steel sheet surface at the support ring, the cooling water level that gets into rises, submerges the drill bit in the aquatic, in time absorbs the heat that the drilling produced.
Further: the cooling water cover comprises support rings positioned at the upper end and the lower end, water retaining leather connected between the upper support ring and the lower support ring and a support spring adhered to the outer side wall of the water retaining leather, and the support spring supports the water retaining leather to form a cylindrical structure.
Further: the support ring is made of rubber, is fixedly connected to the end parts of the pressing plates on the two corresponding sides and is attached to the surface of the steel plate along with the pressing plates.
Further: the sand groove is formed in the corresponding upper surface right below the drill bit, sand is filled in the sand groove, and water and scrap iron flowing from the upper side fall into the sand groove.

Further: the cooling water tank is made of copper, so that heat in water is quickly diffused into surrounding air, or other cooling modes are adopted to reduce the water temperature in the cooling water tank.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the steel plate on the placing plate capable of adjusting the angle is inclined to form an included angle with the drill bit, so that the drill bit is still fed downwards and is processed into the inclined hole on the steel plate, and the pressing plate can be pressed on the surface of the steel plate in the process of processing the inclined hole, so that the processing accuracy is maintained; the cooling water cover is located the outside of drill bit when driling to can follow the clamp plate and attached on the steel sheet surface, make inside water level rise, submerge the drill bit in aqueous, make the heat that its drilling produced by water absorb fast, the water clearing hole falls into the husky inslot of below after the drilling, cooling in the cooling basin is flowed back again, makes the cooling water circulation flow, carries out rapid cooling, the life of extension drill bit to drill bit and steel sheet.

Referring to the drawings, in the embodiment of the invention, the angle-adjustable drilling device for processing the steel plate comprises an operating table 1, supporting legs 2, supporting columns 3, a top plate 4, a feeding hydraulic cylinder 5 and a lifting plate 6; the lower sides of four corners of the operating table 1 are fixedly provided with supporting legs 2 for supporting the operating table 1, four corners of the upper side of the operating table 1 are fixedly provided with vertical supporting columns 3, the upper ends of the supporting columns 3 are fixedly provided with horizontal top plates 4, and the top plates 4 are fixed above the operating table 1; the fixed feeding hydraulic cylinder 5 that is provided with in vertical direction is flexible in the downside of roof 4, fixed mounting has horizontally lifter plate 6 on feeding hydraulic cylinder 5's the output, lifter plate 6 goes up and down in vertical direction, in order to guarantee that lifter plate 6 goes up and down in vertical direction stably, fixed mounting has sliding sleeve 7 on the support column 3 position that lifter plate 6 corresponds, sliding sleeve 7 cover is in the outside of support column 3, and rather than clearance fit, make sliding sleeve 7 slide in the outside of support column 3, avoid squinting in the horizontal direction.
A vertically downward drilling motor 8 is fixedly installed at the center of the lower side of the lifting plate 6, a drill bit 9 is coaxially and fixedly installed on an output shaft of the drilling motor 8, and the drilling motor 8 drives the drill bit 9 to drill a steel plate below; the left side and the right side of the drilling motor 8 are provided with pressing cylinders 10 fixed on the lifting plate 6, the pressing cylinders 10 are vertically arranged, each pressing cylinder 10 is composed of a sleeve, a piston positioned in the sleeve and a piston rod arranged on the piston, a sealing structure is arranged in the sleeve, the piston is positioned at the lowest end in a natural state, and when the piston rod receives pressure, the piston moves to compress the internal air and generate downward pressure; the pressing plate 11 is arranged at the lower end of the pressing cylinder 10, and the pressing cylinder 10 is rotatably connected with the pressing plate 11 through a horizontal pin shaft 12, so that the pressing plate 11 can be adjusted in angle in the water direction, and the pressing force on the steel plate is ensured by adjusting the adaptability of the steel plates with different inclinations.
The lower part of the drill bit 9 is provided with a placing plate 13 which is angle-adjusted in the vertical direction, one end of the placing plate 13 is rotatably connected to the operating platform 1 through a supporting seat 16, the lower side of the other end of the placing plate is provided with an ejector rod 14 which ascends and descends in the vertical direction, the ejector rod 14 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of an angle adjusting cylinder 15, the ejector rod 14 is driven to move up and down through the angle adjusting cylinder 15, the end of the placing plate 13 is lifted or descended, and the inclination angle of the placing plate 13 is changed.
When needs are to carry out the inclined drilling to the steel sheet on, through the lift of angle adjustment cylinder 15 drive ejector pin 14, the height position of placing the 13 this end of board is adjusted, and one section rotates around angle adjustment cylinder 15 in addition to the board 13 becomes certain inclination is placed in the regulation, is at this moment with the steel sheet as for place board 13 on the back again, and drill bit 9 still feeds downwards and realizes the inclined drilling.
On the basis of embodiment 1, a cooling water cover 18 is sleeved outside the drill bit 9, the cooling water cover 18 comprises support rings 19 located at the upper end and the lower end, water-retaining leather 20 connected between the upper support ring 19 and the lower support ring 19, and support springs 21 adhered to the outer side walls of the water-retaining leather 20, the support rings 19 are made of rubber, are fixedly connected to the ends of pressing plates 11 on the corresponding two sides, and are adhered to the surface of a steel plate along with the pressing plates 11, the support springs 21 support the water-retaining leather 20 to form a cylindrical structure, water pipes 22 are communicated with the cooling water cover 18, cooling water is fed into the cooling water cover 18, the support rings 19 are adhered to the surface of the steel plate, the water level of the entering cooling water rises, the drill bit 9 is submerged in water, and heat generated by drilling; the upper surface of the drill bit 1 corresponding to the position right below the drill bit 9 is provided with a sand groove 17, sand is filled in the sand groove 17, and water and scrap iron flowing downwards from the upper part fall into the sand groove 17.
A cooling water tank 23 is arranged at the lower side of the operation table 1, a vertical baffle 25 is fixed at the bottom in the cooling water tank 23, the interior is divided into a left part and a right part, a sedimentation chamber 27 is arranged at the left side, a sand blocking net 26 is embedded and arranged at the top of the sedimentation chamber 27, the upper part of the sand blocking net 26 is communicated in the sand tank 17, so that water flowing down through sand at the upper part enters the sedimentation chamber 27, the water in the sedimentation cavity 27 flows into the right side by bypassing the upper end of the upper layer water through the baffle 25 after sedimentation, the right end of the baffle 25 is communicated with the circulating pump 24, the circulating pump 24 is connected on the water pipe 22, the circulating pump 24 pumps out the water after the temperature of the interior is reduced again, so that the cooling water in the cooling water tank 23 flows circularly, the water consumption is reduced, the cooling water tank 23 is made of copper, so that heat in water is transferred to the cooling water tank 23, and quickly diffused into the ambient air outside the cooling water tank 23 or other cooling means is used to reduce the temperature of the water in the cooling water tank 23.
