Abstract
The invention discloses a kitchen waste co-processing system and a kitchen waste co-processing method by waste power generation. The pretreatment system comprises a material receiving conveying system, a sundry sorting system, a solid-liquid separation system and an oil-water separation system, kitchen waste and kitchen waste are fed through the material receiving conveying system, enter the sundry sorting system for mechanical pretreatment to separate inorganic sundries, are pulped to form organic slurry, the organic slurry forms oil-containing organic feed liquid and a separated solid phase after passing through the solid-liquid separation system, and the organic feed liquid passes through the oil-water separation system to separate grease and wastewater. The kitchen waste has the characteristics of high moisture, high salinity, high organic matter content, obvious component space-time difference and coexistence of harmfulness and resource. At present, the common kitchen waste treatment technologies at home and abroad, such as incineration, sanitary landfill, ecological feed, anaerobic digestion, aerobic composting, earthworm composting and the like, generally have the defects of low resource utilization efficiency and unsatisfactory economic benefit.
The garbage power generation is utilized to cooperatively treat kitchen waste and kitchen waste, on one hand, the organic components of the waste can be thoroughly oxidized and decomposed by utilizing the high temperature of an incineration system of the garbage power generation; on the other hand, ash generated by burning the garbage can be used as a cement admixture, and toxic substances in the garbage can be decomposed into corresponding inorganic substances and heavy metals to be solidified in cement clinker. Meanwhile, part of high-temperature waste gas generated by incineration can be used as a heat source to realize heat recovery.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a system and a method for cooperatively treating kitchen waste and kitchen waste by utilizing waste power generation. The system comprises a garbage pretreatment system and a household garbage co-processing system. The pretreatment system comprises a material receiving and conveying system, a sundries sorting system, a solid-liquid separation system and an oil-water separation system. Kitchen waste and kitchen waste are fed through a material receiving and conveying system, enter a sundry sorting system for mechanical pretreatment to separate inorganic sundries, and are pulped to form organic slurry, and the organic slurry passes through a solid-liquid separation system to form oil-containing organic feed liquid and a separated solid phase. The organic feed liquid passes through an oil-water separation system to separate grease and wastewater.
