Abstract
The patent relates to a brush type sputum suction tube, which comprises a guide wire, a sputum suction tube, a long-head soft brush and a short-head spherical brush; the guide wire fixed on the sputum suction tube can improve the hardness of the sputum suction tube; when the brush type sputum suction tube is placed in an airway and retreats to suck sputum, the long-head soft brush and the short-head spherical brush can be automatically opened due to resistance, the long-head soft brush can enable the sputum suction tube to be far away from the airway wall, the mucous membrane is prevented from being damaged by the lower end opening of the sputum suction tube due to negative pressure during sputum suction, and meanwhile, the short-head spherical brush is prevented from contacting the tube wall; the long-head soft brush above the long-head soft brush can clean secretions in the artificial airway during sputum suction, and the harder short-head spherical brush can play the greatest role in cleaning larger secretions which cannot be brought out by cilia of the long-head soft brush or sputum emboli with higher viscosity.
Description
Technical Field
The patent relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a brush type sputum suction tube.
Background
In medical work, the sputum suction tube is a common medical consumable for quickly and effectively clearing the airway secretions. Although thin sputum can be sucked out by the sputum suction tube which is clinically used at present, viscous sputum and sputum embolus and sputum scab in the artificial airway cannot be effectively cleaned, and the viscous sputum and the sputum embolus and the sputum scab in the artificial airway are high-risk factors for suffocating patients. In the past, the artificial airway can only be replaced without any way mainly by increasing the humidification of the airway or sucking phlegm by a bronchofiberscope. The disadvantages of these methods are obvious: increasing airway humidification increases the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in patients; the bronchofiberscope has preparation time for sputum suction, so that medical accidents caused by optimal rescue time when a patient suffocates are easily missed, and the risk of airway injury is increased by repeated operation; in addition to significantly increasing the hospitalization cost of the patient, the replacement of the artificial airway may also cause oropharyngeal injury and laryngeal edema, particularly for patients with difficult intubation, and may cause suffocation of the patient after intubation, thereby endangering the life of the patient.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of this patent is to provide a structure is short relatively, uses in time, convenient, clinical use cheap medical brush type suction catheter to the not enough and shortcoming that prior art exists.
The technical scheme of this patent is: a medical brush type sputum aspirator comprises a guide wire, a sputum aspirator tube, a long-head soft brush and a short-head spherical brush. The long-head soft brush can enable the sputum suction tube to be far away from the airway wall, so that the mucous membrane is prevented from being damaged by the opening at the lower end of the sputum suction tube due to negative pressure during sputum suction, and meanwhile, the short-head ball is prevented from contacting the tube wall; when sucking phlegm, the secretion in the artificial airway is cleaned by the long-head soft brush above the long-head soft brush, and the harder short-head spherical brush can play the greatest role in cleaning the secretion and phlegm plug which are larger or higher in viscosity and cannot be brought out by the cilia of the long-head soft brush.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a brush-type sputum aspirator tube according to the present invention in a closed configuration;
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the brush-type sputum-aspirating tube of this patent when it is expanded;
1. a short-head spherical brush body; 2. the lower end of the sputum suction tube is opened; 3. the front end cilium of the long-head soft brush; 4. a short-head spherical brush front end spherical cap; 5. a long-head soft brush body; 6. a sputum suction tube; 7. a guide wire; 8. the upper end of the sputum suction tube.
Detailed Description
Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the brush type sputum aspirator tube comprises a guide wire, a sputum aspirator tube, a long-head soft brush and a short-head spherical brush, wherein the lower end of the sputum aspirator tube comprises a lower end opening 2 of the sputum aspirator tube, the long-head soft brush and the short-head spherical brush. The long-head soft brush consists of a front cilium 3 of the long-head soft brush and a long-head soft brush body 5; the short-head spherical brush consists of a short-head spherical brush body 1 and a short-head spherical brush front end spherical cap 4.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, when the brush type sputum aspirator tube is placed in an airway, the long-head soft brush and the short-head spherical brush are automatically in a contracted state due to the resistance of the airway, so that the sputum aspirator tube is conveniently placed in the airway, and the guide wire 7 fixed on the sputum aspirator tube has the length not exceeding the lower end opening of the sputum aspirator tube and is embedded in the wall of the sputum aspirator tube, so that the brush type sputum aspirator tube has the functions of supporting the sputum aspirator tube, improving the hardness of the sputum aspirator tube and being conveniently placed at the lower end of an artificial airway.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 1, the brush type sputum aspirator is used under the aseptic principle, when the brush type sputum aspirator is placed in an air flue and retreats to aspirate sputum, a long-head soft brush and a short-head spherical brush can be automatically opened due to resistance, wherein cilia 3 of the long-head soft brush are longer and softer, so that the sputum aspirator can be far away from the wall of the air flue, the mucous membrane is prevented from being damaged by the opening at the lower end of the sputum aspirator due to negative pressure during sputum aspiration, and meanwhile, the short-head spherical brush 4 is prevented from contacting the wall of the air flue; the secretion in the artificial airway can be cleaned by the long-head soft brush above the long-head soft brush during sputum suction, and the harder short-head spherical brush can play the greatest role in cleaning the secretion and sputum plug which are larger or higher in viscosity and cannot be brought out by the cilia of the long-head soft brush.
Example 4
Of course, the above description is not intended to limit the scope of the brush-type sputum aspirator of the present invention, and the brush-type sputum aspirator of the present invention is not intended to be limited to the above description, and those skilled in the art should also make changes, modifications, additions or substitutions within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
