Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetic preparation, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine mask with heat-clearing and detoxifying effects and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine mask is prepared from pure traditional Chinese medicines, has small irritation and does not contain substances such as hormone, heavy metal and the like. At present, most of the traditional Chinese medicines are prepared into mask powder for use. The mask powder mainly comprises soft mask powder, washing film powder and hard films, wherein the soft mask powder can be integrally formed and taken off from the face, and the mask powder is powdered mask powder consisting of soft mask powder base materials (film materials) and filling materials: the film material is a key raw material for solidifying and film-forming soft film powder, and the filling material is generally composed of talcum powder, corn starch and diatomite. Common soft membrane powder comprises plant series, fruit and vegetable series, flower fragrance series, traditional Chinese medicine series and the like, the natural-component membrane powder is added into the soft membrane powder soybean, the smell, the color and the like of membrane materials are kept, other additional pigments, essence and chemical preservatives are not added, and the soft membrane powder is natural and mild in material from the safety aspect. However, the currently available soft film powder requires a small amount of natural ingredients due to its properties, and the efficacy of the soft film powder is limited due to the small amount of natural ingredients, which may inhibit film formation to some extent. For the facial mask powder of traditional Chinese medicine series, the intense traditional Chinese medicine flavor exists mostly, and the comfort level is reduced in the using process.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the traditional Chinese medicine mask with the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, the traditional Chinese medicine additive ingredients of the mask are greatly improved, the film forming property is good, the traditional Chinese medicine mask has light traditional Chinese medicine fragrance, and the smell is pleasant.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine mask with the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the purpose is as follows:
the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine mask with the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, which consists of a soft mask powder and a blending agent; the soft film powder comprises the following specific raw materials: 40-45 parts of traditional Chinese medicine powder, 1-2 parts of sodium alginate, 0.5-0.8 part of inositol hexaphosphate, 15-20 parts of diatomite, 8-10 parts of chitosan and 2-3 parts of gluconolactone; the blending agent comprises the following specific raw materials: 1-3% of fruit acid-citric acid aqueous solution; the percentages are volume percentages.
The traditional Chinese medicine powder used by the invention is composed of the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 30g of fructus forsythiae, 30g of honeysuckle, 20g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 20g of scutellaria baicalensis, 15g of radix sophorae flavescentis, 15g of dandelion, 10g of talcum powder and 6g of liquorice.
Further, the mass ratio of the fruit acid to the citric acid is 1: 2.
when the facial mask prepared by the invention is used, the mass ratio of the soft mask powder to the blending liquid is 1: 2-4.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine mask, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing fructus forsythiae, honeysuckle, salvia miltiorrhiza, scutellaria baicalensis, radix sophorae flavescentis, dandelion, talcum powder and liquorice in parts by weight, uniformly mixing, crushing to 200-mesh powder with 300 meshes to obtain a mixture, adding alpha amylase and eggshell powder, adding water which is 5-6 times of the total weight of the raw materials, heating to 30-40 ℃, keeping the temperature and stirring for 40-50min, cooling to room temperature after stirring is finished, drying, and crushing to 200-mesh powder with 300 meshes again to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder;
(2) adding the Chinese medicinal powder into the soft film powder, stirring, adding the blending agent, and stirring to obtain uniform mixed solution.
Further, the mass ratio of the mixture to the alpha amylase to the eggshell powder is 1: 0.02-0.03: 0.05-0.08.
Further, the water content of the traditional Chinese medicine powder is 3-4%.
When the facial mask prepared by the invention is not used, the soft mask powder and the blender do not need to be mixed and are stored separately.
In the formula of the invention, fructus forsythiae and honeysuckle flower are used as monarch drugs for clearing away heat and toxic materials and eliminating stagnation and detumescence. For swelling and pain relieving when blood harmonizes, the salvia miltiorrhiza can activate blood and remove stasis, cool blood and cure carbuncle; the scutellaria baicalensis clears heat and dries dampness, and purges fire and detoxifies the toxin, so as to treat carbuncle swelling and sore; the radix sophorae flavescentis clears heat and dries dampness, and eliminates dampness and evil; the dandelion is used as a ministerial drug for clearing heat and removing toxicity, promoting diuresis and eliminating carbuncle. Talcum powder, sweet and light in flavor, cold in nature, and used as adjuvant drug for eliminating dampness and healing wound. So that the liquorice can clear away heat and toxic material and coordinate the effects of the other drugs in the recipe. The medicines are combined to play the roles of clearing heat and removing toxicity, and relieving swelling and pain, and are used for treating skin diseases such as acne caused by lung channel wind-heat syndrome.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the mask powder prepared by the invention has good film forming property, can form a soft film after being coated, is mild and non-irritant to skin, has elegant traditional Chinese medicine smell, is not pungent, and improves the use comfort level;
