The cavity 8 is vacuumized, so that heat in the fermentation box 1 is not easy to dissipate, energy supply for keeping the temperature in the fermentation box 1 is reduced, and energy consumption is low; the temperature in the fermentation box 1 is transmitted to a thermometer 13 at the outer side of the fermentation box 1 through a temperature sensor 14, so that a worker can conveniently know the temperature condition in the fermentation box 1 in real time; when the temperature in the fermentation box 1 is reduced, only the air suction pump 12 needs to be closed, the switch valve 11 on the air inlet pipe 9 is opened, high-temperature steam is introduced into the cavity 8 to heat the fermentation box 1, and therefore the temperature in the fermentation box 1 can be kept.
The temperature in the fermentation box 1 enables microorganisms in the fermentation liquor to be in a state of higher activity, so that the fermentation efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the stirring blades 7 continuously stir the fermentation liquor, so that the contact chance of microorganisms and organic matters in the fermentation liquor is increased, and the fermentation efficiency is further improved.
