fourthly, mixing the carbon dioxide with the solution with constant volume by a steam-water mixer according to the proportion, wherein the temperature of the carbon dioxide and the solution is not higher than 10 ℃ during mixing;
and fifthly, filling, sterilizing and inspecting to obtain a finished product.
The raw materials in the first step are 2.1-2.5 parts of salt, 0.5-0.7 part of citric acid, 0.12-0.17 part of sodium citrate, 0.01-0.02 part of vitamin C, 0.02-0.07 part of potassium sorbate, 0.4-0.7 part of soda water essence, 28-35 parts of white sugar, 2-4 times volume of carbon dioxide, 0.4-0.5 part of sodium benzoate and the balance of water, and the raw materials are prepared into 1000 parts.

1. A production process and a method of salt soda water are characterized in that: the production process and method of the salt soda water are as follows:
firstly, preparing salt soda water production raw materials;
secondly, dissolving white sugar at 60-80 ℃ for 20 minutes, decoloring the dissolved solution by using active carbon and filtering the solution by using diatomite, cooling the filtrate to be lower than 30 ℃, and then pumping the filtrate into a preparation tank;
thirdly, dissolving sodium benzoate, salt, potassium sorbate, citric acid, sodium citrate, vitamin C and soda water essence respectively according to the proportion, filtering the solution by a 200-mesh and 300-mesh filter screen, pumping the solution into a blending tank, and adding water to a constant volume;
fourthly, mixing the carbon dioxide with the solution with constant volume by a steam-water mixer according to the proportion, wherein the temperature of the carbon dioxide and the solution is not higher than 10 ℃ during mixing;
