Currently, bolting is one of the main bolting methods for roadways or chambers, and requires drilling a hole on a top plate and then installing a bolting. At present, a pneumatic rock drill is mostly adopted for drilling in a mine, during drilling, a plurality of workers are required to combine to hold the rock drill, a drill rod extends upwards into a top plate, after one hole is drilled, the workers combine to move the pneumatic rock drill to the next place where the hole needs to be drilled, and then the next hole is drilled.

As shown in fig. 1, a mobile roof drilling device comprises a rock drill 1, a lifting mechanism 3 and a mobile flat car 4;
the lifting mechanism 3 comprises a scissor assembly, a telescopic cylinder 34, a lifting support plate 31 and a base 35, wherein the scissor assembly and the telescopic cylinder 34 are arranged on the base 35 in a bilateral symmetry manner, the scissor assembly comprises an outer support rod 33 and an inner support rod 32, the upper end of the outer support rod 33 is hinged with the lower surface of the lifting support plate 31, the lower end of the outer support rod 33 is hinged with the upper surface of the base 35, the hinged position of the lower end can slide back and forth relative to the base 35, the lower end of the inner supporting rod 32 is hinged with the upper surface of the base 35, the upper end of the inner supporting rod is hinged with the lower surface of the lifting supporting plate 31, the hinged position of the upper end can slide back and forth relative to the lifting supporting plate 31, the middle part of the outer supporting rod 33 is crossed with the middle part of the inner supporting rod 32 and is hinged with the inner supporting rod, the lower end of the telescopic cylinder 34 is hinged with the upper surface of the base 35, the upper end of the telescopic cylinder is hinged with the upper part of the outer supporting rod;
the rock drill 1 is fixed on the lifting support plate 31 and the base 35 is fixed on the mobile platform wagon 4.

To increase the reliability of the system and to make the drill rod obtain a greater upward drilling force, the telescopic cylinder 34 is further a hydraulic cylinder.
