A thermos cup according to claim 1, wherein: the seal ring comprises a first annular connecting portion; the first annular connecting part is connected with the inner wall of the top of the heat-insulating cup cover, and a first annular sealing part extends downwards from the first annular connecting part; the outer diameter of the pushing piece is gradually reduced from bottom to top to form a conical pushing part, and the conical pushing part is abutted against the inner side of the first annular sealing part; the first annular sealing part is outwards bent under the pushing of the conical pushing part to fill the gap and is in sealing connection with the inner wall of the cup opening of the heat-preservation cup body.

A thermos cup according to claim 9, wherein: the distal shaft end and the proximal shaft end are both straight ends; the far shaft end is arranged in parallel with the driving plate, and the near shaft end is positioned at the end part of the driving plate and is arranged perpendicular to the driving plate.

A thermos cup according to claim 9, wherein: the top of the heat-preservation cup cover is concavely provided with a containing groove, and a first stepped groove and a second stepped groove which are reduced in a stepped manner are arranged in the containing groove; the bottom of the second step groove is provided with a pair of through holes in a penetrating mode, and the upper portions of the two push rods respectively movably penetrate through the two through holes to be connected with the connecting shaft in a rotating mode.
12. A thermos cup according to claim 9, wherein: the driving plate is semicircular; a circular or oval through hole penetrates through the driving plate.
13. A thermos cup according to any of claims 1-8, characterized in that: the middle part of the pushing piece is provided with a one-way exhaust valve.
