Abstract
The invention relates to a circulating water culture system with a controllable water outlet layer position, and belongs to the technical field of fish culture. The device comprises a culture pond, a purifying pond, a water inlet pipe and a water pump; the purifying pond is higher than the culturing pond; the bottom of the culture pond is provided with a water pump, the water pump is connected with one end of a water inlet pipe, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the top of the purification pond; the water outlet pipe is connected with the water outlet pipe; one end of the water outlet level control pipe is connected with one end of the water outlet pipe in a matched manner through a leakage net; the other end of the water outlet pipe passes through the bottom of the purifying tank and is communicated with the top of the culturing tank. The circulation system provided by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, easy to implement, simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost; the depth of the water layer of the effluent can be controlled, so that the water of the water layer with a certain depth can be discharged as required.

Background
The running water fish farming is a way of high-density fine farming of fish in a fish pond with water flow exchange. Reservoirs, lakes, river channels, streams, spring water and the like are generally used as water sources, and water continuously flows through a fish pond by means of water head, drainage or interception facilities, a water pump and the like, or discharged water is purified and then injected into the fish pond. Because the water flow plays the roles of inputting dissolved oxygen and removing fish excreta, the pool water can keep good water quality, and creates conditions for high-density fine culture of fish.
The main process of fish culture in running water is to control the fish culture environment to promote the growth and development of fish and to exert the growth potential of fish to the maximum. At present, the automatic monitoring and control of the flow rate, dissolved oxygen, water temperature, pH, the content of various inorganic matters and organic matters, illumination, bait feeding amount and the like of pond water by using a computer are gradually developed from a primary form of normal-temperature running water, and the modern high-efficiency fish culture mode is realized.
The water-flowing fish culture can be divided into two basic types, namely an open type and a closed type according to the water utilization mode. After flowing through the fish pond, the open water source is not recycled, so the water consumption is larger, the open water source is generally used in areas with abundant water sources, and the water flow is mainly generated by natural water head difference, namely the water inlet end of the culture pond is higher than the water outlet end. The closed circulation type running water fish culture is characterized in that the water flow is formed in the pond by mechanical power. Currently, the position of the effluent water layer of a closed circulation type running water culture system purification system is fixed, so that water can be discharged from the fixed water layer deeply.

As shown in figure 1, the circulating water culture system with the position of a water outlet layer controllable comprises a culture pond 1, a purifying pond 2, a water inlet pipe 3 and a water pump 4; the purifying pond 2 is positioned higher than the culture pond 1; the bottom of the culture pond 1 is provided with a water pump 4, the water pump 4 is connected with one end of a water inlet pipe 3, and the other end of the water inlet pipe 3 is communicated with the top of the purification pond 2;
the device also comprises a water outlet water level control pipe 5, a leakage net 6 and a water outlet pipe 7; one end of the water outlet level control pipe 5 is connected with one end of the water outlet pipe 7 in a matched manner through a leakage net 6; the other end of the water outlet pipe 7 passes through the bottom of the purifying tank 2 and is communicated with the top of the culture tank 1.
One end of the water outlet level control pipe 5 is closed, and the other end is open; the open end faces to the bottom of the purifying tank 2, and the closed end faces to the surface of the purifying tank 2.
The leakage net 6 comprises a first fixing ring 61, a second fixing ring 62 and a filter screen 63, wherein the filter screen 63 is arranged between the first fixing ring 61 and the second fixing ring 62; the second fixing ring 62 is fixed on the top end of the water outlet pipe 7, and the first fixing ring 61 is connected with the inside of the water outlet level control pipe 5 in a matched manner.
The water outlet pipe 7 is fixed at the bottom of the purifying tank 2, and the pipe diameter is 5-10 cm.
The relative position of the water outlet level control pipe 5 and the water outlet pipe 7 can be adjusted and is relatively fixed through the drain net 6.
The distance between the bottom of the water outlet level control pipe 5 and the bottom of the purifying tank 2 is 0-2 meters; the length of the water outlet level control pipe 5 is the same as the depth of the purifying tank 2, and the pipe diameter is 8-15 cm.
The open end of the water outlet level control pipe 5 can move up and down, and does not exceed the height of the drain net 6 when moving upwards, and is embedded into the bottom of the pool when moving downwards; the bottom of the tank is provided with an embedded circular groove with the aperture consistent with that of the water outlet level control pipe 5, thereby controlling the water to flow out.

When the invention works, cultivation is carried out in the cultivation pond 1; the water pump 4 pumps water from the bottom of the culture pond 1, and flows into the purification pond 2 from the upper part of the purification pond 2 along the water inlet pipe 3 for purification; the bottom of the normal condition of the water outlet water level control pipe 5 is a certain distance away from the bottom of the purifying pond 2, water flows into the water outlet water level control pipe 5 from the bottom of the water outlet water level control pipe 5, flows to the upper part of the water outlet net 6 through the water outlet net 6 fixed in the water outlet water level control pipe 5, flows into the water outlet pipe 7 from the port of the water outlet pipe 7, and flows back to the purifying pond 1 through the outlet, so that the whole purifying cycle is completed.
In the water outlet process, the position of the water outlet layer in the purifying pond can be controlled only by manually controlling the height of the water outlet water level control pipe 5, so that water can be taken from the required depth of the water layer, and water quality adjustment is convenient for cultivation staff.
The fish and vegetable symbiotic cultivation can be performed in the cultivation pond, the application range is wide, the operation is simple and convenient, and the popularization prospect is good.
