Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to be limiting.
In a first embodiment, with reference to fig. 1, the present invention provides an exclusive detection method for lighting an indicator light of an automobile combination meter, including:
judging whether the current indicator lamp to be detected is in a normal lighting state or not in a positioning and picking mode; under the condition that the current indicator lamp to be detected is normally lightened, further judging whether other non-current indicator lamps except the current indicator lamp to be detected on the automobile instrument are in a dark state or not, and if so, judging that the current indicator lamp to be detected is normal; otherwise, a fault is prompted.
This embodiment realizes detecting the exclusive that the current pilot lamp that awaits measuring of automobile combination meter was lighted through two steps, has guaranteed that each pilot lamp just lights under the condition of setting for lighting to the quality control to automobile instrument pilot lamp has been realized.
For example, suppose that an automobile instrument has three rows and three columns of indicator lights, and the first column of indicator light in the first row is taken as the indicator light to be detected currently, only one indicator light is turned on, and the other 8 indicator lights are in the off state, so that the current state is determined to be qualified.
The faults that may occur in this embodiment include two states: one is that when the indicator lamp to be detected is turned on at present, other indicator lamps are also turned on, and the fault state can be determined by further judging the condition. And the other one is that the current indicator lamp to be detected is not lighted, and the situation directly judges that the current indicator lamp to be detected has a fault, so that the detection of the second step can not be continued.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the method for determining whether the current indicator lamp to be detected is in a normal lighting state in a positioning and picking manner includes:
continuously photographing the automobile instrument to be detected by using a camera to obtain a sequential instrument indicator lamp image with a time mark;
configuring all indicator lamp position templates, and calibrating the real position of each indicator lamp on the templates;
simultaneously configuring lighting time sequence tables of all the indicator lamps;
determining the position of the current indicator lamp to be detected according to all indicator lamp position templates;
according to the lighting time sequence table, positioning and picking up the current indicator lamp image unit to be detected on the corresponding instrument indicator lamp image;
and comparing the current to-be-detected indicator lamp image unit with the area of the current to-be-detected indicator lamp on the indicator lamp position template, and determining whether the current to-be-detected indicator lamp is normal or not.
In this embodiment, the image of the indicator light can be acquired by various high-definition cameras. The real position of each indicator light on the indicator light position template is used as a basis for positioning and picking; and lighting the time sequence table as a basis for selecting the image of the instrument indicating lamp at the current moment. The positioning and picking of the current indicator lamp image unit to be detected comprises the interception of a region with brightness meeting a preset brightness threshold value, namely, the area range of the region with certain brightness is used as the judgment basis of the current indicator lamp state to be detected.
Still further, with reference to fig. 2, the specific method for comparing the area of the current indicator light to be detected on the current indicator light image unit to be detected and the indicator light position template includes:
calculating the area of the current indicator lamp image unit to be detected, and setting A; setting the area of the current indicator lamp to be detected on the indicator lamp position template as B;
if the absolute value of the difference value between the A and the B is smaller than the preset area threshold value, judging that the current indicator lamp to be detected is normal; otherwise, prompting the current fault of the indicator lamp to be detected. When the absolute value A-B is less than C, namely the deviation of the absolute value A-B is not more than C, judging that the current state of the indicator lamp to be detected is normal, and judging that the current automobile instrument is qualified after all the indicator lamps pass the detection. And C is a preset area threshold value.
The present embodiment further defines a method for area comparison, and the preset area threshold may be set according to experimental measurement or empirical value. The size of the area a should be equivalent to the brightness area of the corresponding indicator light on the indicator light position template under the condition that only the indicator light to be detected is lighted currently. If the indicator lights are simultaneously lighted around the indicator light to be detected, the pick-up area of the image unit of the indicator light to be detected is affected, that is, the difference between the A and the B exceeds the normal range. Therefore, the present embodiment can obtain an accurate determination result.
Still further, the specific method for judging whether other non-current indicator lamps except the current indicator lamp to be detected on the automobile instrument are in a dark state includes:
preprocessing the corresponding instrument indicator light image to remove known interference items; obtaining an indicator lamp image to be judged;
configuring a calibration image of the instrument indicating lamp in a normal lighting state of each indicating lamp;
and matching the indicator lamp image to be judged with the corresponding instrument indicator lamp calibration image, and judging that other non-current indicator lamps are in a dark state when the coincidence degree of the indicator lamp image and the corresponding instrument indicator lamp calibration image reaches a preset matching threshold value.
Whether other non-current indicator lamps are lightened or not can be judged in an image processing mode. The instrument light image needs to be preprocessed to remove some significant distractors before it can be used for diagnostic purposes.
Still further, the meter indicator light calibration image includes:
and each current indicator lamp to be detected is an automobile instrument image which is lighted, and other non-current indicator lamps are in a dark state.
In the present embodiment, a calibration image corresponding to a case where each indicator lamp is turned on and the other indicator lamps are not turned on is arranged on the automobile instrument. That is, in the above-mentioned example of nine indicator lights, the gauge image of the meter indicator light includes nine indicator lights. The similarity between the indicator light image to be judged and the corresponding calibration image can be judged. The determination may be made by other suitable image processing means.
Still further, whether other non-current indicator lamps except the current indicator lamp to be detected on the automobile instrument are in a dark state or not is judged, and when the judgment result is negative, the fault detection comprises the following steps:
carrying out fault detection on the current indicator lamp to be detected; and detecting faults of the lighted indicator lamps in other non-current indicator lamps.
When the current indicator lamp to be detected determines the fault, the judging program can be directly ended, and the fault is processed. And under the condition that the current indicator lamp to be detected is normal, if other indicator lamps are judged to be lighted, the comprehensive detection of the automobile instrument is required to be carried out so as to eliminate the fault.
In conclusion, the method can realize the detection of the automobile instrument indicating lamp. The intelligent camera is used for capturing the automobile instrument image, and after the automobile instrument image is compared with the template image, when the current indicator lamp is automatically judged to be turned on, whether other indicator lamps are turned on or not is judged, so that unqualified products are prevented from leaving a factory, and the product quality is improved.
