During normal pulling raising and lowering, the chain 44 tensions the locking block 54 so that its lower end presses against a torsion spring 55 provided on the elevating turntable 50, the torsion spring 55 is compressed, and the locking block 54 and the latch rail 18 are in a position relatively parallel and not in contact with each other. When the chain 44 is suddenly broken, the tension is lost above the locking block 54, and the elastic force of the torsion spring 55 at the lower end drives the locking block 54 to rotate and be just clamped between the adjacent tooth blocks 181, so that the lifting turntable 50 stops falling. The anti-falling device provided by the invention is of a pure mechanical structure, is simple and reliable, and can ensure that the lifting rotary table 50 can be clamped in time when the chain 44 is broken, thereby avoiding falling accidents.
