Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑物保温装饰板，包括板体，所述板体的内侧设有空腔，所述空腔的内部固定设有镂空架，且所述镂空架设置为多个，多个所述镂空架之间均设有吸音海绵，所述板体的底部固定设有防水层，所述防水层的底部固定设有防火层，所述板体的顶部设有保温层，且所述保温层为聚合物砂浆材料制成。本发明通过防火层以及防水层分别为板体做防火以及防水处理，吸音海绵可为板体做隔音处理，镂空架配合加强筋增加板体强度的同时降低板体的生产成本，保温层提高板体的保温性能，装饰板为复合式结构进行设计，具有隔音、防火以及防水功能，实用性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域，具体涉及一种建筑物保温装饰板。
背景技术
保温装饰板又称保温装饰一体板，也叫一体板，是由保温材料、装饰面板等组成，各个厂家对保温装饰板的称呼略有不同，保温装饰板、节能装饰板、保温装饰一体板板、外墙外保温一体板、保温一体板、外墙保温装饰板等，是在工厂预制成型的具有外墙保温和装饰功能的板材；
现有技术存在以下不足：装饰板的设计结构单一，隔音、防水以及防火性能差，实用性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新设计的建筑物保温装饰板，通过防火层以及防水层分别为板体做防火以及防水处理，吸音海绵可为板体做隔音处理，镂空架配合加强筋增加板体强度的同时降低板体的生产成本，保温层提高板体的保温性能，装饰板为复合式结构进行设计，具有隔音、防火以及防水功能，实用性好，以解决技术中的上述不足之处。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种建筑物保温装饰板，包括板体，所述板体的内侧设有空腔，所述空腔的内部固定设有镂空架，且所述镂空架设置为多个，多个所述镂空架之间均设有吸音海绵，所述板体的底部固定设有防水层，所述防水层的底部固定设有防火层，所述板体的顶部设有保温层，且所述保温层为聚合物砂浆材料制成。
优选的，多个所述镂空架之间关于板体呈直线排列分布，且所述吸音海绵均匀分布在多个镂空架之间的空位中。
优选的，所述空腔的内侧设有加强筋，所述加强筋设置为四个，且四个所述加强筋之间呈平行设置，四个所述加强筋均与板体固定连接。
优选的，所述防水层为聚氨酯材料制成，所述防火层为玻璃丝绵材料制成，且所述防水层与防火层为一体式结构设计。
优选的，所述保温层的顶部固定设有安装板，且所述安装板与保温层成一体式结构设计。
优选的，所述安装板的顶部设置十字槽，所述十字槽的中心处设有锚固件，且所述锚固件嵌入设置在十字槽中，并与十字槽的嵌入处内壁过盈配合。
优选的，所述安装板的两侧均设有连接件，所述连接件设置为四个，且四个所述连接件均与安装板通过螺钉固定连接，所述安装板的一侧设有墙体，所述锚固件与墙体通过螺栓固定连接，所述连接件与墙体通过螺钉固定连接。
在上述技术方案中，本发明提供的技术效果和优点：
本发明通过防火层以及防水层分别为板体做防火以及防水处理，吸音海绵可为板体做隔音处理，镂空架配合加强筋增加板体强度的同时降低板体的生产成本，保温层提高板体的保温性能，与现有结构单一的装饰板相比，装饰板为复合式结构进行设计，具有隔音、防火以及防水功能，实用性好。

为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案，下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细介绍。
参见图1-5，本发明提供的建筑物保温装饰板，其包括板体1，所述板体1的内侧设有空腔2，所述空腔2的内部固定设有镂空架3，且所述镂空架3设置为多个，多个所述镂空架3之间均设有吸音海绵4，所述板体1的底部固定设有防水层6，所述防水层6的底部固定设有防火层7，所述板体1的顶部设有保温层8，且所述保温层8为聚合物砂浆材料制成；
进一步的，在上述技术方案中，多个所述镂空架3之间关于板体1呈直线排列分布，且所述吸音海绵4均匀分布在多个镂空架3之间的空位中，通过设置的吸音海绵4有效隔音；
进一步的，在上述技术方案中，所述空腔2的内侧设有加强筋5，所述加强筋5设置为四个，且四个所述加强筋5之间呈平行设置，四个所述加强筋5均与板体1固定连接，通过设置的加强筋5加固了板体1；
进一步的，在上述技术方案中，所述防水层6为聚氨酯材料制成，所述防火层7为玻璃丝绵材料制成，且所述防水层6与防火层7为一体式结构设计，防火以及防水性能好；
进一步的，在上述技术方案中，所述保温层8的顶部固定设有安装板9，且所述安装板9与保温层8成一体式结构设计，通过设置的安装板9便于板体1的安装；
进一步的，在上述技术方案中，所述安装板9的顶部设置十字槽10，所述十字槽10的中心处设有锚固件11，且所述锚固件11嵌入设置在十字槽10中，并与十字槽10的嵌入处内壁过盈配合，通过设置的锚固件11便于安装板9的安装；
进一步的，在上述技术方案中，所述安装板9的两侧均设有连接件12，所述连接件12设置为四个，且四个所述连接件12均与安装板9通过螺钉固定连接，所述安装板9的一侧设有墙体13，所述锚固件11与墙体13通过螺栓固定连接，所述连接件12与墙体13通过螺钉固定连接，通过设置的连接件12便于安装板9的安装；
其具体安装步骤为：安装板9通过粘胶粘合在墙体13上，使用螺钉将四个连接件12固定在墙体13上，再从墙体13的另一侧穿入螺栓，螺栓旋入锚固件11后，板体1与墙体13的组装完成，使用时，防火层7以及防水层6分别为板体1做防火以及防水处理，吸音海绵4可为板体1做隔音处理，镂空架3配合加强筋5增加板体1强度的同时降低板体1的生产成本，保温层8提高板体1的保温性能，装饰板为复合式结构进行设计，具有隔音、防火以及防水功能，实用性好，该实施例具体解决了现有技术中装饰板实用性差的问题。
本发明的工作原理：防火层7以及防水层6分别为板体1做防火以及防水处理，吸音海绵4可为板体1做隔音处理，镂空架3配合加强筋5增加板体1强度的同时降低板体1的生产成本，保温层8提高板体1的保温性能。

1.一种建筑物保温装饰板，包括板体(1)，其特征在于：所述板体(1)的内侧设有空腔(2)，所述空腔(2)的内部固定设有镂空架(3)，且所述镂空架(3)设置为多个，多个所述镂空架(3)之间均设有吸音海绵(4)，所述板体(1)的底部固定设有防水层(6)，所述防水层(6)的底部固定设有防火层(7)，所述板体(1)的顶部设有保温层(8)，且所述保温层(8)为聚合物砂浆材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑物保温装饰板，其特征在于：多个所述镂空架(3)之间关于板体(1)呈直线排列分布，且所述吸音海绵(4)均匀分布在多个镂空架(3)之间的空位中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑物保温装饰板，其特征在于：所述空腔(2)的内侧设有加强筋(5)，所述加强筋(5)设置为四个，且四个所述加强筋(5)之间呈平行设置，四个所述加强筋(5)均与板体(1)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的建筑物保温装饰板，其特征在于：所述防水层(6)为聚氨酯材料制成，所述防火层(7)为玻璃丝绵材料制成，且所述防水层(6)与防火层(7)为一体式结构设计。
5.根据权利要求1所述的建筑物保温装饰板，其特征在于：所述保温层(8)的顶部固定设有安装板(9)，且所述安装板(9)与保温层(8)成一体式结构设计。
6.根据权利要求5所述的建筑物保温装饰板，其特征在于：所述安装板(9)的顶部设置十字槽(10)，所述十字槽(10)的中心处设有锚固件(11)，且所述锚固件(11)嵌入设置在十字槽(10)中，并与十字槽(10)的嵌入处内壁过盈配合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的建筑物保温装饰板，其特征在于：所述安装板(9)的两侧均设有连接件(12)，所述连接件(12)设置为四个，且四个所述连接件(12)均与安装板(9)通过螺钉固定连接，所述安装板(9)的一侧设有墙体(13)，所述锚固件(11)与墙体(13)通过螺栓固定连接，所述连接件(12)与墙体(13)通过螺钉固定连接。
