本发明公开了一种控制聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂稳定性的方法,通过在溶液中加入复合型的稳定剂即延缓聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的凝胶,从而为制备高浓度的聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂产品提供技术支持。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制备高浓度聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的方法,尤其是水性条件下限制环氧氯丙烷及其衍生物与酰胺基或胺基反应的方法。
背景技术
环氧氯丙烷改性聚酰胺聚胺水性树脂在许多领域涉及,环氧氯丙烷在反应体系中即可作为接枝物也可作为交联剂,正是由于环氧氯丙烷及其衍生物的活性特点,使得环氧氯丙烷改性聚酰胺聚胺水性树脂后的稳定性较差。为了解决以上问题,当前主要是通过调节体系pH值抑制交联反应,延长产品储存期;但是即使在pH值抑制条件下,当产品浓度过高时,也依然发生交联反应,导致产品凝胶。特别是在反应过程中,环氧氯丙烷使用量较少的情况下制备出来的产品稳定性更差。所以目前水溶性聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的固含量一般都控制在12.5%左右,很难有所突破;较低的固含量导致产品运输成本非常高,严重影响了产品销售范围和利润。因此需要找到一种可以控制产品交联的方法,提升产品固含量、延长存储时间。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种通过添加阻聚剂制备高浓度聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的方法,其方法包括如下步骤:将叔丁基对苯二酚、对苯二酚或、羟基苯甲醚中或苄基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种组成阻聚剂,加入聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂。
具体实施方式
在环氧氯丙烷改性聚酰胺聚胺水性树脂反应达到指定粘度后,加入一定量的盐酸,将体系pH值调节至2.0~6.0之间,然后加入一定量的阻聚剂混合均匀,在根据产品固含量的需求补加稀释水即可。阻
聚剂的用量为产品中聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂有效含量的0.2%~2%,一般情况下,产品固含量越高需要添加阻聚剂的量越大。阻聚剂由叔丁基对苯二酚、对苯二酚或、羟基苯甲醚中或苄基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种组成,由几种物质组合时没有配比限制。

Claims (8)

1.一种高浓度聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:将叔丁基对苯二酚、对苯二酚或、羟基苯甲醚中或苄基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种组成阻聚剂,加入聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高浓度聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的制备方法,其特征在于聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的固含量范围为25%~80%。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高浓度聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的制备方法,其特征在于阻聚剂由叔丁基对苯二酚、对苯二酚或、羟基苯甲醚中或苄基三甲基氯化铵中的一种或几种组成。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高浓度聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的制备方法,其特征在于阻聚剂的用量为产品中聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂有效含量的0.2%~2%。
5.根据以上工艺可制备高浓度聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂。
6.根据以上工艺可制备低氯丙醇高浓度聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂。
7.根据以上工艺制备的聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂可用于作为造纸湿强剂。
8.根据以上工艺制备的聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂可用于作为阳离子乳化剂,如AKD阳离子乳化剂。
