Abstract
The invention discloses a clamping device for an abrasive flow deburring machine and an installation method of the clamping device, and belongs to the field of machining clamps. A clamping device for an abrasive flow deburring machine comprises a cover plate and a bottom plate, wherein the cover plate and the bottom plate are provided with a plurality of connecting stand columns; the cover plate and the bottom plate are relatively provided with a plurality of through holes; the through holes on the cover plate or the bottom plate are provided with a plurality of pipelines, the pipelines are positioned between the cover plate and the bottom plate, and the other ends of the pipelines are used for connecting workpieces to be processed. The pipeline installation forms the grit passageway at apron or bottom plate to for connecting the work piece burring on the pipeline, the grit that gets into the grit passageway can play the effect of burring and polishing, and the grit high-usage, and can process a plurality of work pieces simultaneously.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of machining clamps, and particularly relates to a clamping device for an abrasive flow deburring machine and an installation method of the clamping device.
Background
The high-pressure abrasive flow deburring machine has obvious advantages in the application of deburring through holes, cross hole orifices and inner corner parts of parts, and the application range is gradually enlarged in aviation and aerospace manufacturing.
At present, a clamping device structure of a high-pressure abrasive flow deburring machine is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a bottom plate, a cylinder body, a joint and a cover plate, and parts are connected with the joint on the bottom plate to form an abrasive channel so as to achieve deburring and polishing effects. The clamping device has the following defects: the clamping device needs to specially manufacture the bottom plate and the bottom plate joint according to different sizes and structures of parts, and has large limitation; the clamping device has the advantages that due to the installation of the bottom plate joint and the space limitation, the number of parts to be clamped at one time is 3-5, and the machining efficiency is low; this clamping device need be full of the grit in the anchor clamps cylinder body inside and just can satisfy two-way circulation in the use, plays the effect of burring and polishing, and the grit utilization ratio is low.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a clamping device for an abrasive flow deburring machine and an installation method thereof.

a clamping device for an abrasive flow deburring machine comprises a cover plate and a bottom plate, wherein the cover plate and the bottom plate are provided with a plurality of connecting stand columns;
the cover plate and the bottom plate are relatively provided with a plurality of through holes;
the through holes on the cover plate or the bottom plate are provided with a plurality of pipelines, the pipelines are positioned between the cover plate and the bottom plate, and the other ends of the pipelines are used for connecting workpieces to be processed.
Further, the pipeline is connected with the workpiece to be processed through a joint.
Further, the pipeline is connected with the through hole through threads.
Further, the pipeline is a metal hose.
Furthermore, the center of the cover plate is provided with a first through hole, and a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed on a series of concentric circles taking the center of the cover plate as the center of a circle.
Furthermore, 3 deep counter bores for mounting and connecting the stand columns are uniformly distributed on the concentric circles positioned on the outermost periphery of the cover plate;
the through hole and the deep counter bore of the bottom plate are arranged the same as those of the cover plate.
Furthermore, grooves are formed in the cover plate and the bottom plate, and the inner diameter of each groove is equal to the outer diameter of the connecting upright post.

A method for installing the clamping device on a high-pressure abrasive flow deburring machine comprises the following steps:
1) connecting one end of the pipeline with the through hole, and connecting the other end of the pipeline with a workpiece to be processed;
2) installing the rest workpieces to be processed according to the process until the installation is finished;
3) and (4) placing the mounted clamping device in a cylinder of a high-pressure abrasive flow deburring machine to start deburring.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the clamping device for the abrasive flow deburring machine and the mounting method of the clamping device, the pipeline is mounted on the cover plate or the bottom plate to form the abrasive channel, so that a workpiece connected to the pipeline is deburred, abrasive entering the abrasive channel can have the deburring and polishing effects, the abrasive utilization rate is high, and a plurality of workpieces can be simultaneously processed; furthermore, workpieces of different specifications can be replaced by replacing the joint connected with the pipeline and the part, and the replacement is convenient and quick and has strong universality.

referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a clamping device for an abrasive flow deburring machine; the clamping device for the abrasive flow deburring machine comprises a cover plate 1, a connecting upright post 2, a pipeline 3 and a bottom plate 4, wherein a first through hole is formed in the center of the cover plate 1, three concentric circles are arranged by taking the center of the cover plate 1 as the center of a circle, a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed in the first two concentric circles, and three deep counter bores are uniformly distributed in the outermost concentric circle; the structural arrangement of the bottom plate 4 is the same as that of the cover plate 1; the outer diameter of the connecting upright post 2 is the same as the inner diameter of the deep counter bore; when the tool is assembled, the bottom plate 4 is aligned with the center of the cover plate 1, and the three connecting upright posts 2 are arranged between the bottom plate 4 and the three deep counter bores of the cover plate 1;
when the device is used, one end of the pipeline 3 is fixed in the through hole, the other end of the pipeline is connected with a workpiece to be processed, and the pipeline 3 is positioned between the bottom plate 4 and the cover plate 1; when the through hole of the bottom plate 4 is connected with the pipeline 3, an abrasive particle channel is formed between the through hole and the pipeline 3, abrasive particles enter a workpiece to be machined through the abrasive particle channel to remove burrs, and the abrasive particles flow out from the corresponding through hole on the cover plate 1; due to the fact that the number and the size of the through holes are different, the machining of a plurality of workpieces to be machined can be compatible; the through holes corresponding to the bottom plate 4 and the cover plate 1 are not connected with the through holes of the pipeline 3, so that abrasive particles are prevented from passing through.
The invention discloses an installation method of a clamping device for an abrasive flow deburring machine, which comprises the following steps:
1) connecting one end of the pipeline with the through hole, and connecting the other end of the pipeline with a workpiece to be processed;
2) installing the rest workpieces to be processed according to the process until the installation is finished;
3) and (4) placing the mounted clamping device in a cylinder of a high-pressure abrasive flow deburring machine to start deburring.
Further, the step 2) further comprises the following operations after the installation is completed:
and plugging through holes which are not provided with the workpieces to be processed in the through holes which are oppositely arranged on the cover plate 1 and the bottom plate 4.

the cover plate (1) and the bottom plate (4) are provided with a plurality of through holes oppositely;
the pipeline machining device is characterized in that a plurality of through holes of the cover plate (1) or the base plate (4) are provided with pipelines (3), the pipelines (3) are located between the cover plate (1) and the base plate (4), and the other ends of the pipelines (3) are used for connecting workpieces to be machined.
2. Clamping device for abrasive flow deflashers according to claim 1, characterized in that the pipe (3) is connected to the workpiece to be machined by means of a joint.
3. Clamping device for an abrasive flow deflasher as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the pipe (3) is connected with the through-hole by means of a thread.
4. Clamping device for an abrasive flow deflasher as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the pipe (3) is a metal hose.

The clamping device for the abrasive flow deburring machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the center of the cover plate (1) is provided with a first through hole, and a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed on a series of concentric circles taking the center of the cover plate (1) as a circle center.
6. The clamping device for the abrasive flow deburring machine according to claim 5, characterized in that 3 deep counter bores for mounting the connecting columns (2) are uniformly distributed on the concentric circles on the outermost periphery of the cover plate (1).
7. The clamping device for the abrasive flow deburring machine of claim 1, characterized in that the through hole and the deep counter bore of the base plate (4) are arranged the same as those of the cover plate (1).
8. The clamping device for the abrasive flow deburring machine of claim 1, further comprising a plug which is matched with the through hole.
9. A method for mounting the clamping device according to any one of claims 1 to 8 on a high-pressure abrasive flow deburring machine, comprising the steps of:
1) one end of the pipeline (3) is connected with the through hole, and the other end of the pipeline is connected with a workpiece to be processed;
2) installing the rest workpieces to be processed according to the process until the installation is finished;
3) and (4) placing the mounted clamping device in a cylinder of a high-pressure abrasive flow deburring machine to start deburring.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising the following operations after the installation of step 2):
and plugging through holes which are not provided with the workpieces to be processed in the through holes which are oppositely arranged on the cover plate (1) and the bottom plate (4).
