Abstract

The pressure regulating valve is internally provided with a spring, the upper part of the spring is arranged on the valve body of the pressure regulating valve, and the lower part of the spring is supported on the sealing element.
When the pressure of steam pushes up the sealing member upwards, the spring is in a compressed state and drives the pressure regulating valve to move upwards integrally, the bottom of the sealing member is separated from the air outlet hole, and the steam enters the air outlet cavity through the air outlet hole and is discharged to the outside of the cooking utensil from the air outlet cavity.
The top of the cooking utensil is provided with an exhaust port, the exhaust port is communicated with the air outlet cavity, and steam entering the air outlet cavity is discharged to the outside of the cooking utensil through the exhaust port.
The central axis of the exhaust port and the central axis of the air outlet are parallel to each other and positioned on different straight lines.
The sealing element comprises an annular step part and a protruding part, and the annular step part and the protruding part are in smooth transition connection.
The lower part of the spring is supported on the annular step part, and the bottom of the protruding part is matched with the size and shape of the air outlet hole.
The annular step part is provided with an annular lip extending inwards and horizontally.
An air accommodating chamber is formed between the upper part of the protruding part and the annular lip.
The cooking utensil is an electric cooker, a pressure cooker or an electric hot pot and other utensils.
Compared with the prior art, the cooking utensil has the beneficial effects that the pressure regulating valve is arranged on the inner cover, so that steam heated in the inner container of the cooking utensil does not need to pass through the pressure regulating valve, but is directly discharged through the air outlet cavity between the inner cover and the heat preservation cover plate, and therefore, the pressure regulating valve does not remain dirt and is not required to be cleaned. Meanwhile, the pressure regulating valve is not arranged on the heat-preserving cover plate, so that the heat-preserving cover plate is easier to clean.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in more detail below to facilitate an understanding of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the cooking appliance with the pressure regulating mechanism mounted on the inner cover comprises a heat insulation cover plate 2 and an inner cover 3, an air outlet cavity 4 is arranged between the heat insulation cover plate 2 and the inner cover 3, an air outlet hole 6 is formed in the heat insulation cover plate 2, the pressure regulating mechanism comprises a pressure regulating valve 1 and a sealing piece 5, the pressure regulating valve 1 is mounted on the inner cover 3 and is positioned above the air outlet hole 6, a spring 7 is arranged in the pressure regulating valve 1, the upper part of the spring 7 is mounted on a valve body of the pressure regulating valve 1, and the lower part of the spring 7 is supported on the sealing piece 5. The sealing element 5 is arranged between the air outlet hole 6 and the pressure regulating valve 1, the sealing element 5 is used for isolating the pressure regulating valve from the air outlet cavity, the weight of the pressure regulating valve is pressed on the spring 7 and is transferred to the sealing element 5 through the spring, so that the bottom of the sealing element 5 blocks the air outlet hole 6, when the pressure of steam lifts the sealing element 5 upwards, the spring 7 is in a compressed state and drives the pressure regulating valve to move upwards integrally, the bottom of the sealing element 5 is separated from the air outlet hole 6, the steam enters the air outlet cavity 4 through the air outlet hole 6, the top of the cooking utensil is provided with the air outlet 8, the air outlet 8 is communicated with the air outlet cavity 4, and the steam entering the air outlet cavity 4 is finally discharged to the outside of the cooking utensil through the air outlet 8 (see the direction of an arrow in fig. 2).
The central axis of the exhaust port 8 and the central axis of the air outlet 6 are parallel to each other and are positioned on different straight lines. This arrangement allows the exhaust port 8 to avoid the position of the pressure regulating valve 1 and allows the steam to be away from the pressure regulating valve 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the sealing member 5 includes an annular step 51 and a boss 52, and the annular step 51 and the boss 52 are in smooth transition connection. The lower part of the spring 7 is supported on the annular step part 51, and the bottom of the protruding part 52 is matched with the size and shape of the air outlet hole 6.
The annular step 51 is provided with an inwardly horizontally extending annular lip 54.
A plenum 53 is formed between the upper side of the boss 52 and the annular lip 54. Because the material of bellying 52 is flexible material, be provided with the air in the air-holding chamber 53, when spring 7 downwardly applied force for air-holding chamber 53 and bellying 52 take place elastic deformation, and then make the bottom of bellying 52 and venthole 6 more closely laminate, sealing shutoff effect is better.
When the cooking appliance does not generate steam or little steam is generated, the pressure of the steam is insufficient to jack up the sealing element 5, the spring 7 and the pressure regulating valve 1 (for example, heating is just started), the weight of the pressure regulating valve presses on the spring 7 and is transmitted to the sealing element 5 through the spring, so that the bulge 52 at the bottom of the sealing element 5 blocks the air outlet hole 6, thereby forming a sealed micro-pressure environment in the inner container of the cooking appliance, and the inner container is heated more fully and rapidly (the principle is similar to that of a pressure cooker). When the pressure of the steam is large enough to jack up the sealing member 5, the spring 7 and the pressure regulating valve 1, the sealing member 5, the spring 7 and the pressure regulating valve 1 move upwards as a whole, the boss 52 at the bottom of the sealing member 5 is separated from the air outlet hole 6, the steam enters the air outlet cavity 4 through the air outlet hole 6, and the steam cannot enter the inside of the pressure regulating valve because the sealing member 5 isolates the pressure regulating valve from the air outlet cavity 4, can only enter the air outlet 8 along the air outlet cavity 4 (see the arrow direction in fig. 2), and is discharged to the outside of the cooking utensil through the air outlet 8. No steam enters the pressure regulating valve 1 in the whole process, so that the pressure regulating valve does not need to be cleaned.
In addition to not cleaning the pressure regulating valve, the invention has the advantage of convenient cleaning of the heat preservation cover plate as can be clearly seen by comparing fig. 1 and 4.
The pressure regulating valve 1 in the prior art shown in fig. 1 is arranged on the heat-preserving cover plate 2 and is positioned in the space between the heat-preserving cover plate and the inner container of the cooking utensil, and steam is discharged through the pressure regulating valve, so that the pressure regulating valve 1 is difficult to clean, and the heat-preserving cover plate 2 is inconvenient to clean as a whole.
The heat-insulating cover plate 2 of the invention shown in fig. 4 is not provided with a pressure regulating valve (because the pressure regulating valve is arranged on the inner cover), so that one surface of the heat-insulating cover plate 2 facing the inner container of the cooking utensil is basically in a plane structure, and the heat-insulating cover plate is very convenient to clean and has no sanitary dead angle.
As a preferred embodiment, the cooking appliance may be an electric cooker, a pressure cooker or an electric hot pot.
